It was such a relief to talk to a Doctor who did not dismiss my symptoms, but understood and listened. Her responses were kind, caring and showed a level of empathy that I have not experienced before when speaking to health professionals regarding my menopause symptoms and how it is affecting my life. Dr Seepana is so knowledgeable and it’s clear that women’s health is her passion. I left her surgery feeling empowered with knowledge and the hope that I no longer needed suffer. Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

Fantastic Consultant. Mr Wilkinson has previously performed surgical procedures on me due to have a heart attack at a young age (42) and I have multiple stents. I wanted to just check all was well after 14 years and get some Piece of mind via consultation and some tests (GP will not use NHS services as I was not having no pain or symptoms and are only good in reactive situations) Mr Wilkinson is very knowledgeable, professional and always puts me at ease. It was a very positive experience and thankfully all went very well. I would 100% recommend Mr Wilkinson and trust him completely.

From the initial outpatient appointment to the procedure , everything was smooth and pleasant. I didn’t have to wait long when I visited the facility and it was not difficult to book appointments for further treatment. Karla, Michele and all the nursing team were very kind , thoughtful and accommodating. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and they didn’t leave questions unanswered. Every stage of my procedure for my cataract operations (both eyes a week apart) went like 'a dream' from the excellent initial Consultation with Professor Luff, to the 2 excellently/professionally executed outpatient operations he and his excellent team carried out, to the excellent aftercare and not to mention the miraculous results!. If anyone (like me!) is petrified of such procedures I would highly recommend Professor Luff and his Sapphire Team.

9/10 My Sonographer Rima Shah was fantastic, professional and informative. To improve the service i think it would be nice if a cardiologists could quickly glance/look over results and give a brief written note/summary of results/heart health. It is a shame that in order to get a cardiologists insight/reassurance I then have to rebook and pay for an additional appointment.
