Charles is a fantastic surgeon and made me feel at ease at all times. He was able to see me at very short notice and was able to answer all of my questions when we met. Charles removed my gallbladder via a laparoscopic procedure and I have recovered well post op. His secretary Sophie was always prompt and very efficient at getting back to me on email and helpful and getting everything arranged so swiftly.
