A true professional. Dr Chan was excellent with very clear explanations and a reassuring communication style. I would not hesitate to contact again should the need arise.
My wife is currently participating in an Alzheimer’s drug trial which ends in the next few months. We chose Dr Chan as a specialist in this area to fully discuss our options going forward. From the time we made the private appointment through his very efficient secretary the experience was a joy; Dr Chan showed great courtesy and understanding of the the difficult issues facing people with this condition and, following the meeting we have a better understanding of the choices we have to make. We shall certainly have further appointments with Dr Chan on this matter.
I recently went to see Dr Chan in relation to my chronic headaches. I found him to be very knowledgeable, kind and he listened to my concerns. At the end of the consultation I felt that I was in capable hands and felt confident about my treatment moving forwards. I was seen promptly and felt that I was given ample time during my consultation. Additionally, his PA, Lucy, is very efficient and lovely to liaise with.
I think Dr Jonathan Chan is phenomenal, he listened to me and asked the right questions to help me fully explain my symptoms. He has so much knowledge and put me at ease. It was my first medical appointment I didn’t leave thinking ‘I forgot to say or ask that’. He quickly organised my next appointment and had a follow up consultation.
Very kind and polite. Gave a full easy to understand explanation of the likely cause and effect. Was super easy to talk to.
After a long time of not understanding what was happening to my husband I went away with full clarification what we were facing and wish I had been to him sooner thankyou Dr Chan it has really helped us to fully understand what is ahead
Having witnessed two members of my family's mental deterioration in the latter years of their lives from Alzheimer's, the prospect of that in my later years came as a shock when Dr Chan told me that my brain scan revealed the early signs of it. After my last consultation with Dr Chan, it has been a great relief to discover that there are ways of controlling the deterioration with regular exercise, and being socially active, together with modern treatment regimes, one of which in particular he is looking into for me. My doctor referred me to him, for which I will always be grateful. Thank you Dr Chan, the future no longer looks so bleak, not only for me, but by family.
Our experience with Dr Chan, was absolutely fantastic, he was very clear and precise and answered all of our questions and had an amazing calming bedside manner. I was very grateful for his time and expertise.
We found Dr Chan both clear and precise in what he told us.
