Dr. Johnathan is an exceptional neurologist. He has been supporting our family and my mom as she navigates Donanemab treatment for her early-onset Alzheimer’s, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and guidance he has provided. He is very clear and thorough in his explanations, and he always takes the time to answer our many questions. What stands out just as much as his expertise is his kindness, patience, and compassion. He has made what can be an overwhelming and uncertain process feel much more manageable.

Dr Chan was superb. He listened and his diagnosis was spot on. He authorised a CT scan that put my mind at rest. Very happy.

Doctor Chan was very helpful, I didn't feel rushed. He took the time to review all my medical history and immediately was able to find the diagnosis and put on a plan to help me manage my symptoms moving forward.

He talked us through my MRI scans and explained the observations and diagnoses in a very clear and reassuring way. We discussed a strategy for further scans and treatment, and we left with a very clear view of the way forward.

We saw Dr Chan to assess my 81 year old father. He was incredibly professional, very clear and very reassuring. He did a range of tests and was able to provide in clear next steps.

My wife is currently participating in an Alzheimer’s drug trial which ends in the next few months. We chose Dr Chan as a specialist in this area to fully discuss our options going forward. From the time we made the private appointment through his very efficient secretary the experience was a joy; Dr Chan showed great courtesy and understanding of the the difficult issues facing people with this condition and, following the meeting we have a better understanding of the choices we have to make. We shall certainly have further appointments with Dr Chan on this matter.

I recently went to see Dr Chan in relation to my chronic headaches. I found him to be very knowledgeable, kind and he listened to my concerns. At the end of the consultation I felt that I was in capable hands and felt confident about my treatment moving forwards. I was seen promptly and felt that I was given ample time during my consultation. Additionally, his PA, Lucy, is very efficient and lovely to liaise with.

I think Dr Jonathan Chan is phenomenal, he listened to me and asked the right questions to help me fully explain my symptoms. He has so much knowledge and put me at ease. It was my first medical appointment I didn’t leave thinking ‘I forgot to say or ask that’. He quickly organised my next appointment and had a follow up consultation.
