The consultation was excellent but the reception is awful when trying to get information over the phone. I had an issue with my 7 month baby needing a repeat prescription (purely because I spilled the original prescription). I called at 9am and was told it would be dealt with and I would get a call before 11 to confirm and be able to pick up the prescription. I received no call, so I called back at 12. A new receptionist said, the other hadn’t left a note about my request and nothing had been done. She said she would talk to the doctor at 1pm and callback soon after to confirm and allow me to collect. I received no call, so I called back at 3pm. Another receptionist then said that it hadn’t been dealt with and that she would struggle to talk to the doctor until 4:30 and that the practice closed at 5 so it was unlikely to be issued. I made my thoughts clear on this that I was disappointed that I’d been let down multiple times that day and was frustrated as this was antibiotics for a baby. She then promised a call back at 4:30. I called back at 5 as if recieved no call, and was told I could pop up to pick up a prescription but that they couldn’t give me the medicine there (even though they had the previous day) All chemists were closed so I had to drive half an hour to a 24 hour chemist. This was a poor standard especially for a private GP.
I visited Lisa after going through a rough time. She was really great. Unfortunately I couldn’t continue as her appointments were during the day and didn’t fit around my commitments which was a real shame.
Great place to get bloods done! Cheapest around , in an out in less than 5 mins. No pain at all , professional staff

The whole experience was terrible the lack of communication the consistent breakdown of the website. Hands down the worst service of anything I have ever received.
