I was lost in the hospital and was running through the Lower Ground and G Level..nobody could really tell me where to go and the reception lady at the front door was rude. It must be added in the letter where to go please. so we were stressed to miss the appointment. But also not doing a scan to be sure what it is..but I trust somehow the doc. he was very very kind and took his time
