Overall the visit went well. The place was immaculate and had great facilities. The receptionist was very quiet and didn’t really engage with us. Our appointment was pushed back by half an hour which was notified to us by email in good time so we were able to delay our drive over. I was in so much pain by the time I arrived I really struggled with the additional delay in reception. However I cannot fault the technician who carried out my MRI. By the time I went in I was beside myself with pain and anxiety and at one point I panicked and had to get out of the room. I sound so dramatic but it was the patience and understanding of the technician and his kindness that helped me get back in the room and have my MRI carried out. He was so professional and reassuring I couldn’t have gone through it otherwise. I’m so grateful and it’s because of this I’ve given the overall experience a high rating. Plus he assured us he would explain to the consultant my circumstances and help get my report out ASAP which it was, the next day. I was a blubbering mess and he still did his job with the utmost care and respect - thank you so much for that.

This was the first time I met Nick. He was very friendly and approachable and put me at ease straight away. He listened to what I had to say about my elbow issues and then did a physical examination and then with confidence described to me with the aid of a model what my problem was. He then went through what would happen next, which was an MRI scan to determine the severity of the injury and that the likely treatment which was plasma injections and that he didn't think I would require surgery. I received a letter from Nick on the same day explaining everything he had gone through - which is important as you don't always take everything in during the appointment. I'm am now awaiting my MRI which has been arranged for a week after my consultation. Very happy with the service....

The experience in the hospital was Very satisfactory everything went according to plan I didn't have to wait around the Operating doctor and the anaesthetist took me through the procedures about what they were going to be doing and were very reassuring. The nurse senior nurse Was also very kind and very reassuring and kept checking on me when I was in a recovery in my room. The food was absolutely amazing very nice lunch thank you very much and My only issue was I probably would've rested longer but the room was so very very hot, I know the weather is hot at the moment but it was unbearably hot in there so maybe there needs to be some sort of fans or air-conditioning put in but overall a very pleasant experience so thank you very much

I had a very positive experience attending my appointment at One Stop to review the treatment options for my back problems. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they kindly guided us to the first floor. I was seen by Dr Singh, who was attentive, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He explained the available treatment options clearly and provided helpful guidance on the best approach for managing my back problems. Prior to going to the theatre, Mr Abu-Rajab had described the full knee replacement surgery to me, putting me at ease. After the procedure he came to my room to let me know that it had gone very well and that he had straightened my leg at the same time, which was very reassuring. Before my discharge from hospital he visited me twice more, answering all my concerns in a friendly and encouraging manner. It is obvious that Mr Abu- Rajab has a patient-centred attitude to his work, and l would not hesitate to recommend him for both knee and hip surgery.

It was easy to trust Grace and her assistant Lucy, who together did the many-staged procedure calmly and skillfully.
