We first saw Dr Tim around 18 months ago for a Fit for Fertility consultation and knew from that point that if we did need to have IVF, we wanted to do it under his care. After months of trying, appropriate investigations and lots of reassurance from Tim, we went ahead with IVF and couldn’t have felt more supported throughout - not just with in-person and video consultations when we needed, but also the quick emails in between for the inevitable, forgotten-to-ask questions. Tim has shown genuine kindness and empathy to us as patients, providing a high degree of personalised care which we are incredibly grateful for. Aside from working with Dr Tim we have had an amazing overall experience at The Lister in Chelsea. The whole team from reception, nursing, accounts, other consultants and sonographers (Kerry in particular) have made what is a stressful few months all the more manageable.

My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

The reception and security personnel conducted themselves with courtesy, professionalism, and notable efficiency. Our attending physician, Dr. Krista Farrell, exemplified the highest standards of clinical excellence. Her demeanour was consistently warm, respectful, and empathetic. She listened attentively to our concerns regarding our son and promptly arranged all requisite scans, tests, and evaluations. During the subsequent consultation, Dr. Farrell delivered a clear, thorough, and meticulously articulated explanation of the findings, addressing each of our questions with precision and care. We remain profoundly grateful for the exceptional calibre of care she has provided to our son. It is deeply reassuring to know that he is under the expert guidance of such an exemplary and distinguished clinician.

I had a total knee replacement and from start to present, I have been treated amazingly. All staff are amazing and simply brilliant at their job and in particular care of patients. Special mention to Salmon (Sal) who looked after me on the day post operation. he was superb, so helpful and patient. The team that looked after me immediately post op, were terrific, so kind and understanding. Mr Gillespie's pre-operating team were so reassuring especially when I was so nervous regarding the spinal block. Thank you to everyone for such superb care and attention. Although I was in tremendous pain post op, I can now reflect and appreciate who well I was looked after and especially the individual care and attention displayed by the team - very simply 'thank you'

My whole experience with Mr Holton was exceptional from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering a hip replacement. Mr Holton has a wonderful bedside manner, extremely understanding and always gives plenty of time to answer questions and give full explanations. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and uses the latest technology and techniques. The procedure itself was uneventful and completely comfortable and stress free. My scar has healed beautifully and was the nearest one I have had (and I’ve had a lot of surgeries). I am now pain free and living my best life! I arrived in advance of my outpatient appointment and was greeted by a friendly member of reception staff. My Consultant came to meet me at the exact time of my appointment and kindly brought me to the X-ray department, enquiring as to how I had been since the surgery. He again came to bring me to the consultation room where I was treated warmly, professionally and shown the X-ray. The examination was gentle, the good progress made discussed and the next stage of the treatment plan was explained. Advice was given on my rehabilitation and when I would be seen again.
