I had a robotic hip replacement in October (six weeks ago). I felt informed about the process from my first appointment with Mr Aslam. He was always extremely professional. I felt I could ask any questions I had and he would put me at ease. My operation went very smoothly. I was never in very much pain or discomfort following the operation. Mr Aslam came to visit me both before the operation along with the anaesthetist and he also came to visit me shortly after the operation . I felt very supported and confident. I had follow up appointments at two and six weeks and again Mr Aslam took time to answer my questions, showed me the X-ray of my new replacement and informed me of what I could now start doing. I may need my other hip replacing next year and will not hesitate to return to Mr Aslam .

I arrived in advance of my outpatient appointment and was greeted by a friendly member of reception staff. My Consultant came to meet me at the exact time of my appointment and kindly brought me to the X-ray department, enquiring as to how I had been since the surgery. He again came to bring me to the consultation room where I was treated warmly, professionally and shown the X-ray. The examination was gentle, the good progress made discussed and the next stage of the treatment plan was explained. Advice was given on my rehabilitation and when I would be seen again.

Arrived at diagnostics centre and was just expecting a consultation with a further appointment for procedure was feel anxious but was made to feel welcomed and reassured by all receptionist was really pleasant as was my nurse Eileen I believe her name to be. I then met Mr Muen who was very polite, reassuring and empathetic. To my surprise my procedure was carried out within this appointment saving me further anxieties, travel and time. I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

Mr Hasan Al Chalabi was recommended to me via a relative who works at Chelsfield Hospital and through BUPA I was able to make an appointment to see him. I can see why she spoke so highly of him. Outside of his professionalism of explaining what was needed and the detail of the surgery (which I asked for) he was extremely calming, positive and just a really nice guy. He put me at ease with the surgery and took time to speak afterwards with a really nice manner.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

IVF london is an amazing clinic, The staff are super awesome helpful and available all the time. Dr.sawant Dr.baydaa they have magic, Mr.Santosh the Manager an amazing person giving in all the support direction and positivity. Resham and Nurses Sharon,Tahera and Angela they were too good also giving in extra support after hours incase of emergency.

I visited this clinic as I had terrible sciatica down my right leg and lower back pain. The osteopath was brilliant. Very helpful, knowledgeable and I have had 3 treatments so far and seen a huge improvement in my symptoms. I am back at work and able to enjoy life more. Thank you Mark for your treatments.
