I can’t recommend Weight Loss Medics in Glasgow highly enough. I’m a Type 1 diabetic and was referred to them by my diabetes consultant to start Mounjaro. From my very first contact right through to starting treatment, the whole team has been fantastic. They have been incredibly supportive, professional and understanding throughout the process. What I’ve particularly appreciated is that they have taken my Type 1 diabetes into consideration rather than treating my weight management separately from my diabetes care. They have also helped with adjustments to my Omnipod settings where needed, which has given me a lot of reassurance. I’ve felt listened to, supported and well looked after at every stage. The communication has been excellent, and I’ve never felt like I was just another patient.

The staff were all welcoming and really put me at ease. They delivered a high standard of care. Everything was well organised and flowed well after each appointment. It is a calm environment and I didn’t ever feel rushed. I would highly recommend Mr Ng. From the first moment I met him, I had a very positive impression of him and knew he would be competent and had an approachable rapport. He was very professional, knowledgeable and took ample time to listen. I’ve had a special toric lens implanted as I wanted to be independent and be able to do things. It’s made such a difference already when I was on holiday last week. It’s true my eyesight is brilliant. It’s like a new beginning after years of having lots of different contacts and glasses! I visited Spire hospital in Warrington and spoke with Dr Chandy. He and the staff were both excellent. I first had a consultation on a Saturday morning. I was then called Tuesday morning as the Monday was a bank holiday to invite me Wednesday for an endoscopy. I arrived Wednesday morning and was treated very well by the hospital staff. Before the procedure. Dr Chandy came to see me and ensured I was give IV fluids as I was malnourished and dehydrated. I then had the procedure with sedation. Dr Chandy explained what he found and arranged for me to visit a near by hospital after asking his colleague to take my case on. I was admitted the next day and had emergency surgery. If I hadn’t seen Dr Chandy, I may not have been so lucky. I’ll be forever grateful to Dr Chandy.

I have the utmost confidence in Mr Jonathan Yu. His diagnosis was spot on and he explained the procedure he was recommending for my cataract and glaucoma condition clearly and concisely. My eye surgery for both eyes went well and according to plan and I am very thankful that I entrusted myself to Mr Yu for my treatment. Dr Margarita and her staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The tests provided to me were very insightful and they went deep into understanding the real causes of my symptoms and medical issues. Dr Margarita and her staff listen extremely well, and have also found the time on multiple occasions to answer my questions in detail, both in person and over the phone. Just after a couple of appointments, I can see that Dr Margarita truly cares about her patients and their well-being. Personally for me, it's the first time in my life that I've actually felt understood and properly listened to by a medical professional.

I have been seeing Mr Devalia since 2019. I cannot recommend him enough for his care and attention. As well as being an incredibly skilled surgeon, he is extremely kind and supportive, and has made me feel throughout that I am his most important patient. I have been on a difficult journey but he and his team have been there throughout, constantly checking and supporting me. He even continued to check on my progress whilst on leave. The outcome of my surgery is amazing and way beyond my expectations. Mr Devalia is a truly skilled practitioner and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Dr Smotra was excellent. Totally professional, clear concise explanation, kind and just what was needed. Her assistant seemed to be struggling to hear her during the scan as she had to note measurements down and this was a shame as I was concerned that they would be recorded incorrectly, but this was in no way Dr Smotra’s fault. Would definitely recommend and would definitely attend again. Thank you so much. Also a pleasant waiting area and accommodating reception staff. I got my appointment time wrong and Dr Smotra fitted me in later in the day. Most grateful.

I met Mr Stea at his clinic in London (25 Harley Street) in July 2026. I was very nervous when I arrived, but I need not have worried as he put me at ease with his warm and kind nature. Mr Stea was very professional and thorough in my examination, and I felt able to ask him any questions. He told me what the problem was on the first visit, which put an end to my 6 year search for a diagnosis, having seen numerous doctors over the years. I will always be grateful to Mr Stea and would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody suffering from jaw problems.

Mr Kunjur was brilliant. He examined me and then took his time to explain everything to me. If I asked him questions he was more than happy to give me a detailed explanation. He is also a very nice person, which makes a big difference when you are talking about health problems to someone. I have seen many consultants over the years for various reasons and I can honestly say Mr Kunjur is one of the most knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk doctors I have met. I would have no qualms whatsoever in seeing him again.

Adrian recently conducted an ultrasound scan on my elbow. Adrian was very helpful and answered all my questions. Throughout the process he translated for me the images from the scan and having identified the source of the pain, scanned my other elbow so I could see the physical difference. Based on the scan my treatment plan is already seeing positive results and I’m happy with the outcome of the scan and very appreciative of Adrian and his services.

I had a hip replacement in November 2025 and found the experience completely satisfactory. The surgery was rapid with minimal scarring (around 2 inches long). I followed recommendations and was on my feet after about 2 weeks and was driving and in the supermarket a week later. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Innovation to anyone needing replacement surgery using the Klee method. At the time of the surgery I was 82 years old and still active.

Initial consultation was to take medical history and give the options for testing. There is a test which adds more detail to the CTCA which isn't on the website - so that was interesting to know. Then the review of the scan happened within 15 mins, which was amazing. The summary was really clear and we had a good discussion about the results and actions needed. Overall - excellent!
