I recently underwent a neck lift, mini facelift, and neck liposuction, and the entire experience from start to finish has been exceptional. My procedure was performed under local anaesthetic, and I was awake throughout. It was completely pain-free, and I felt reassured every step of the way. Anyone who is hesitant about having these procedures under local anaesthetic should not worry—the team continuously monitors you, keeps you informed, and ensures you remain comfortable throughout. I chose a mini facelift and neck lift because my jowls had begun to sag and my neck was looking increasingly thin and aged, which I felt was a significant giveaway of getting older. It was starting to affect my confidence and how I felt about my appearance. During my consultation, Dr Agha recommended neck liposuction as I was carrying some excess fat in that area. This has made a remarkable difference to my overall result. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. My confidence has returned, and I genuinely feel that I look at least ten years younger. Just six weeks after surgery, my scars are already fading beautifully, and the results continue to improve. Dr Agha took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explained the procedures, and discussed realistically what could be achieved. This allowed me to make a fully informed decision and feel confident in my choice. I have recently attended my final follow-up appointment, and I could not be happier with the results. Dr Agha was equally pleased with the outcome, which was wonderful to hear. I would highly recommend Dr Agha and his entire team to anyone considering facial rejuvenation surgery. Their professionalism, care, and expertise have been outstanding, and I am truly over the moon with my results.

I was very happy with the pre op service and explanation of the operations on my eyes. I was very nervous going into the theatre but the medical staff calmed my nerves. The only criticism I can make is that I don’t feel the after operation service was as good as I expected it to be. So soon after the operation I was in an adjacent room to the theatre with a nurse who issued me with eye drops along with instruction leaflets on there use and a very brief talk about the operation. The wait for a back up visit was approx two weeks which was in my opinion to long bearing in mind how worried I was with the after effects immediately after the operation Your overall service was very good apart from the items I mentioned and I would not hesitate in recommending Clarity to my friends.

I was dealt with efficiently and kindly by the reception staff, although perhaps a little peremptorily when I questioned why I was being asked to sign the initial form because the signature seemed to apply to disclosure to an insurance company and I was a private funder. I blame the form though - and perhaps my misunderstanding of it - rather than the staff! My experience with the consultant and the other medical staff was excellent. Extremely professional. The visit involved a lot of going up and down in lifts but I guess that's a function of the building. On leaving, I had some difficulty finding the exit. It also seemed slightly odd to have to make payments at two different places (consultant's office and reception).

I had seen another specialist before seeing Dr Shaffer and it was a marked difference from my previous experience, where I had left with little hope that anything could be done until my condition was so bad I would need surgery. I decided after the consultation to go ahead with treatment and Dr Shaffer checked in after my final appointment to check if I had any questions. High level of care by kind caring practitioners. Good information about the surgery beforehand. 3 night stay in hospital with good explanations of next steps by physiotherapist. Kind Breast care nurse support by phone a week later. Fantastic results . I now have a new breast similar to the other which is warm and soft. After 9 weeks Ive been told I can return to my normal activities. Nipple reconstruction, tattoo and thigh liposuction as next steps. I couldn’t be happier.

The consultant was very helpful and pleasant. However, I was expecting to receive an injection for my trigger finger as prescribed by my GP. I was told I would have to come back at a later date to have this. It is a 60 minute journey each way from my home. My appointment was about 5 minutes to be told what I already knew.
