My experience at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital for my gallbladder removal was excellent from beginning to end. Every stage of my care -from the initial assessment and pre-operative preparation, through to the support I received on the day of surgery and my subsequent follow-up was exceptionally well managed. The hospital itself is spotless, comfortable and extremely well organised. What particularly stood out, however, was the quality of the staff. Everyone I encountered appeared highly trained, professional and competent, while also being genuinely friendly, approachable and reassuring. At every stage I felt listened to, supported and in very capable hands. The combination of excellent clinical care, attention to detail and a warm, caring manner made what could have been a stressful experience considerably easier. I am extremely grateful to the entire team at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital and would have no hesitation in recommending the hospital to anyone considering gallbladder surgery. Excellent private knee MRI experience I had a very positive experience with my private knee MRI. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and I was able to get my scan without a long wait. The MRI report was provided very quickly, which was extremely helpful. Having the results promptly gave me a much clearer understanding of what was causing my knee problems and helped with the diagnosis and next steps. Most importantly, getting the scan and report so quickly meant I could start the appropriate treatment sooner, rather than waiting weeks or months for answers. The staff were professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a knee MRI and wants fast access to answers and treatment.

Overall I was three years seeing Mr Datta for my prostate issues. This included investigative procedures, medication (which helped for a while) and ultimately a HOLEP operation, carried out by Mr Datta. I cannot pretend the journey has been without some physical discomfort! but throughout, I have felt well looked after and listened to by both Mr Datta and Oaks hospital (Colchester). Discussing options and next steps, carrying out tests and procedures, and always ensuring questions are answered and timely follow-ups were there. In the end I have an excellent outcome, and am so glad I did not suffer on with my issues and sought help. Thank you to Oaks Hospital, the team at Anglian Urology Associates and especially Mr Datta.

This visit was my fourth in a series of appointments to support my recovery from calf strain and preparation for a half marathon. I'd experienced a setback in training that made me worried about even getting to the start line, but it was hugely reassuring to receive an expert assessment and develop a clear strategy for race week. The targeted massage has made a difference already and I'm feeling loads better about my preparation. I have particularly valued the above-and-beyond expertise I have benefited from, including creating a tailored running plan setting target distances and paces to manage the rehabilitation. It's been excellent.

It was such a pleasure to have my hearing tested (again) through this company. Everything about the experience was positive and relaxing. The premises are lovely and the environment is calm. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the frank advice about my treatment options going forward. It’s great that this annual test is free following my purchase of hearing aids through them five years ago. They also checked my hearing aids to make sure they are working properly and that I know how to use them to their full benefit. The appointment includes wax removal (if required). I highly recommend this company.

Dr Al-Araji introduced himself to me and was instantly approachable and made me feel at ease. Dr Al -Araji was extremely professional and listened intently to my symptoms allowing time for me to talk. He did a thorough neurological examination and reassured me as to my concerns regarding my symptoms. He advised to follow my GP’s advice and commented the GP was thorough in her approach and advice and complemented her in the handling of my care. I left feeling instantly reassured by him and as my day continued in reflection I continued to feel relief and reassurance.

I was a little nervous on the run up to my appointment, however my experience with Skylight was excellent in every aspect. It was a calm and reassuring environment with soft lighting and a lovely ambiance. From Opticians to initial consultation was very quick about a week and all the staff at Newmedica were very friendly, the wheels came off after having a couple of appointments cancelled at the last minute extending my waiting time and increasing my stress levels?
