A truly exceptional consultant and Service - I cannot recommend her highly enough. I recently saw Miss Meththananda following some gynaecological symptoms, and from the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease. She has a rare quality that is hard to put into words, a warmth and calmness that immediately puts you at ease, even when you're anxious or facing something intimate and uncomfortable. She was incredibly thorough, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood each step. When it came to a procedure during the consultation itself, I genuinely barely had time to feel nervous, she was quick, skilled, and reassuring throughout. The fact that she was able to assess and treat me in a single appointment rather than sending me away and making me wait showed real competence and care for her patients. I left feeling heard, looked after, and genuinely impressed. The centre, from admin (booking/ checking in) to the supporting (clinical staff) were super lovely. Just a great service overall.

Mr Nathwani is an absolute legend! I've not met him before this first visit but I was immediately impressed by his manner, calmness, humanity and great sense of humour. Mr Nathwani was intensely curious about why I'd come to see him and we had a deep conversation, which involved him asking laser focused questions to explore background and context of my situation. He used humour appropriately, which I personally greatly appreciated, and was warm but still able to maintain professionalism. He was direct when he needed to be, clear in his approach and what he believed needs to happen and took care to explain the way forward, explaining what he would do and what I should expect. He didn't shy away from awkward discussion and was clear about what he saw as main issues. I came away from the consultation REALLY liking the man and being confident in his professional judgement and approach. I know I'm in great hands with Mr Nathwani !

Aruna is a fantastic surgeon After years of working as a nurse, I am probably the worse patient you could get as I know too much!, some of my questions pre surgery were probably slightly dramatic but he answered them with ease and confidence. He was direct but kind in relation to the risks if I didn’t have surgery. He let me change my mind- twice on which option I was going to choose for my Bariatric surgery and Nothing was too much . I never felt rushed to make decisions. His bedside manner is incredible and he does not make you feel ‘different’ or a ‘failure ‘ for being obese. I felt very safe in his care. I would highly recommend him and I cannot thank Aruna enough for being supportive and helpful throughout this journey.

I had a cystoscopy and urethral dilation 2 June. The care I received was faultless, unexpectedly I was in a lot of pain after the procedure the staff were kind and very responsive to managing the pain. The consultant came to see me also and reassured me. After 2 days at home I continued to be in so much discomfort came to the Nuffield in Woking and received excellent care again by the in house Dr and also pharmacy assistant. My follow up remote appointment with the consultant was reassuring, understanding and supportive outlining what I need to do to manage any symptoms in the future.

I have been coming here for a while, there has been some problems of late with reactions to eye drops. Third visit within 2 months. Consultant was obviously knowledgable and answered all questions. I was seen quickly because there has been a problem, so very happy about all that! I have seen from the next step that there is a mix up. I actually was booked to come to Brighouse Court centre, but that was cancelled and I was booked into Horton Road instead a week later, so did not see any of the specialists listed

I met Dr Ahmed Mostafa when I was struggling with pain in multiple joints. He was very helpful, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained things clearly. He was able to identify the cause of my shoulder pain and treated it with an accurate ultrasound-guided injection. The procedure was reassuring and helped significantly with my pain. Dr Ahmed is knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with musculoskeletal or joint problems.

The care given by the staff, from the phlebotomist, to the lady who did my ultrasound and Ecg and fitted me with a heart monitor, and then finally the lovely pair in imaging that did my CT scan, all fantastic lovely people . The reception staff in all the departments were polite, quick and efficient aswell. Cannot fault the service I received in any way. Thankyou .

The maternity suite is a peaceful place. However, it is not a private hospital, so it’s important to adjust your expectations. You will get access to everything the NHS offers in a calm and comfortable setting. It is not luxury, but doesn’t need to be. The staff to patient ratio is good, but would still recommend additional support e.g. lactation consultants
