I recently saw Mr Swanton with suspected endometriosis after years of ongoing pain and uncertainty. Since before COVID, I had been back and forth between GPs and hospitals without any clear answers or effective support. From the very first consultation, Mr Swanton truly listened. He fully respected my decision not to pursue hormonal treatment due to previous adverse reactions, which meant a great deal to me. Following a diagnostic laparoscopy, he identified and excised areas of endometriosis. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which helped me feel informed and reassured throughout the process. The care I received from Mr Swanton and his team was exceptional at every stage — before, during, and after surgery. My recovery has been smooth, and the results have been life-changing. For the first time in years, I am pain-free. My energy levels have returned, and I no longer feel held back by constant fatigue. I genuinely feel like I have my life back. At my follow-up appointment, Mr Swanton again took the time to explain everything in detail, including the likelihood of recurrence. I feel well-informed and prepared for the future, and I would not hesitate to return to him should I need further treatment. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and cannot recommend Mr Swanton highly enough.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Khan for the knee procedure he performed in 2024. After injuring my knee in 2016, I spent eight years struggling to resolve the issue despite two previous operations, including a meniscus repair. I was in daily pain and found simple tasks like walking or bending difficult, let alone exercise. From our first meeting, Dr Khan was understanding, compassionate, and confident. While other surgeons were reluctant to take action, he identified that my pain wasn't coming directly from the meniscus, but from a cyst at the back of my knee. This diagnosis perfectly matched my symptoms. It has now been 18 months since the operation. After 6 months of dedicated physiotherapy, I am finally pain-free and have made a gradual return to sport. This procedure has truly given me a new lease on life, enabling me to do things I feared I’d never do again. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Khan for such a life-changing result.

It was a great pleasure meeting Dr Mort. Dr Mort is the kindest, most empathic and pragmatic doctor I have met. It was a relief to speak to someone who really and truly understood my struggles with depression and panic coupled with tremors and who could also pinpoint the root of the problem. He gave me great confidence that there was a way out of my issues and that I would recover given the appropriate amount of time along with a timetable for reducing the medication causing the issues. My appointment was somewhat delayed, however, my appointment also overran and I then realised that he treats his patients with the appropriate amount of time needed to complete his examination, you won't get rushed out after your appointment time is up! I can't thank him enough, I have confidence and a way forward. Thank you Dr Mort for being so kind.

The number of duplicate emails I have received is ridiculous and always answering the same questions. I stayed for 2 nights 19th -21st January over the period no one cleaned my room or made my bed. I was asked at what time I wanted my meals, it always came a hour late, delivered by a harassed girl because you are so understaffed and the food was cold and disgusting. On 19th when I was admitted I was asked what medication I was taking at home and assured that the pharmacy would give it to me each day. I never received any of the medication I required, I believe that everyone has the same experience on the 3rd floor. The treatment at the Cleveland Clinic is not up to the standard one would expect in a London clinic.

I recently had a procedure at the clinic with the incredibly talented Ms Tzafetta, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and result. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The surroundings are beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed, which made such a difference on the day. Lewis, the coordinator, was absolutely wonderful — organised, reassuring, and genuinely kind throughout. The surgical nurses were equally fantastic, professional yet warm, and I felt thoroughly cared for at every stage. The entire experience was smooth and supportive. I had to re-schedule first appointment but only had to wait a couple of weeks for a new one, location of Clinic is excellent only a 10 minutes walk from M&S at the Gyle, I was taken in by my Son- in- Law but a Lady before me was picked up from her Home and driven back after, that was her second eye done. and she told me one person had been picked up from the Borders. Very friendly and efficient staff, especially Chelsea who makes excellent coffee (with 2 biscuits). I think their uniform could be a bit brighter, maybe a light blue or yellow? overall excellent.

My experience with Innisfree included some support from one therapist, but later my therapy ended abruptly. I did not feel I received a clear explanation or appropriate closure. I felt decisions were made about my care without my perspective being properly taken into account, and I was left feeling that accepting an external referral was not a genuine choice. The experience was distressing, and I would not recommend them to someone seeking consistent and well-supported therapeutic care.

I went to Harpenden medical centre today and saw Lesley for a body composition scan . She walk me through the whole treatment and was brilliant about answering any of my questions. Scan took about 10 minutes. And afterwards she went through the whole report and explained it all . Omg I would so recommend this for all ages but for someone like me in my 60 ‘s I would highly recommend it . It show me what I need to do moving forward . Thank you Harpenden medical centre

Excellent throughout. I did not need to wait and was seen promptly. I had gone for a consultation about possible lens replacement to help remove the need for reading glasses. The whole service was brilliant. Robert was simply superb. He was very thorough and at no time did I feel rushed. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and was brilliant throughout. If only all businesses were this courteous the world would be a better place.
