Hi My time with glenda was superb , since the start of my sessions i was greeted with great compassion. Glenda has a great ability to dig up issues that made me feel i was in the right place. When i was diagnosed with depression ,anxiety ,ptsd and finally adhd glenda started with my adhd issues first which we worked together to finally understand my feelings and also understand who i was . Glenda has really helped me with talking about my depression in a big way as i thought it was just normal to feel sucidal all the time and thinking real bad things in my mind. I have always known there was something not quite right since when i was young but again i thought it was normal but glenda taught me to understand that things i did and have done over the years were not so normal . I felt i was in good hands with glenda and like to thanks her again for helping me at such a bad time in my life , and if anyone else in this world needs that help glenda is there to help. I am now in a better place

I was extremely happy with the hospital and the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, all of the nurses and staff were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. I felt genuinely well looked after at every stage before and after surgery. The nursing team made me feel comfortable, reassured, and supported, always checking in on me and making sure I had everything I needed. This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! I was anxious and didn't know what to expect during my SABR treatment for Prostate Cancer, but during the Planning Scans, it was explained to me what would happen and how to prepare for the treatments. Every stage was well organised, professional, and caring. A dedicated team looked after me very well. The car organised by Genesis picked me up for my appointments, with the same driver each time, making me feel at ease. The treatment sessions were comfortable throughout. Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.
