I had a very good experience with Visio Health when I had recent laser treatment following cataract surgery on both eyes with Ms Sandhu. The cataract surgery, which took place in hospital in July and October, has been very successful. I no longer need glasses after having vision corrective lenses. And I hadn’t realised quite how blurred and sepia my sight had become. My vision is now very clear and bright. It really has positively impacted my life. Everything looks like it did back when I was young. It’s so much more cheerful than that blurry, yellow sight that I had grown so used to. And I am so much more confident when driving. No more night glare. I was really apprehensive and anxious about cataract surgery. So much so that it was decided that I would have the procedure under general anaesthetic. But I can honestly say that despite all the worry the end result is better than I could have imagined. The laser treatment at Visio to improve my sight further with one session of laser treatment was totally painless, very straightforward and uncomplicated. The clinic was very well organised and the staff were all lovely. A very good experience.

Mr Dheerendra could not have been more professional, appropriately friendly and always explained everything so I could understand what he was going to do .He was exceptionally helpful in securing a hospital place where I would be accepted for the operation I needed. (Other medical conditions had made this a difficulty in the hospital of my first choice.) He was an excellent surgeon, my recovery has been very good, he took extra time to make 3 additional visits when I was in hospital to ensure that the wound was healing properly. He was very good at listening to me, both in terms of my current problems and in terms of my expectations for recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, both for his skills as a surgeon and for his ability to communicate with his patient

Dr Jog, wow!! As a first time mother with a baby suffering from a cows milk allergy an being sent from pillar to post by my GP and health visiting team- my baby was seriously poorly and had experienced and unexplained breathing event. My worries as a mother were growing as my baby was clearly in pain and suffering. After one visit Dr jog took full control of my baby’s health- gave a clear explanation and her plan to tackle it. She clearly explained to just listen to her and I needed to follow her care plan for 4 weeks untill my follow up appointment. I had a different baby within a week this allowed us to have a lovely first Christmas! Enjoy my baby and being a mother but most importantly my baby is now in good health and thriving! I cannot thank her enough!

The assessment was very thorough but efficient at the same time. The team on-site put me at ease, demonstrated confidence in their abilities and ensured I understood the problem and potential next steps. The practical next steps (eg costs, timescale and dates) were not the focus of this appointment and therefore, at no point did I feel a pressure to commit. The focus was more on the calibre of staff who would manage my next procedure and we also discussed any medical concerns I had. I walked out of the session thinking why on earth have I held back so long on getting this treatment done! Thanks to the team both the Dr and Fabrizio were incredibly professional and welcoming.

I found Mr Nair to be very personable and attentive. He took copious written notes as I explained my problem and concerns. He suggested an adjustment to my medication regimen, which will help with troublesome side-effects, writing to my GP accordingly. This is a particular source of relief to me. He has also made an NHS referral for me, for a separate, concerning issue. I am extremely glad that I made the decision to see Mr Nair privately, rather than wait for an NHS appointment. If I should need any further advice or support, I won't hesitate to make a further appointment to see him. This was a very positive and supportive experience, Thank you Mr Nair.

Dr Malik has been the most professional, skilled and compassionate Dr I could ever have wished for. The attention to detail and level of care I have received has been second to none. She carried out a complex c-section on me with incredible results, saving me and my baby. Plus, she has given me an extremely neat scar which I am very happy about. It has been remarked on by every medical professional who has seen it since. I couldn't be any more grateful or recommend her any more highly. Her level of involvement before, during and after was truly exceptional and I can't even begin to thank her enough for all her hard work. Simply incredible!

I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

I had booked a vitamin infusion. The whole experience was a desaster. The nurses used several needles but were not able to “find a good Vene” as they called it. They said my venes are the problem which is ridiculous as I had been to your place to get infusions multiple times and there never was a problem. As a result, I now have three large bruises and my arms hurt. I left without getting the infusion. The ladies did not even apologize. In my view, they should get proper training both when it comes to doing injections and servicing clients. I will not return.

Visited Mr Mettias for a ongoing issue with our 4 year son. He carried out a very good examination on the day, made plenty of notes. Listened very carefully and explained what the cuase may be. Explained very well what the route course could be and advised on treatment. Allowed us to think it through. What would be best for our son. And has left it very open and accessible to contact again. Very happy with the outcome of the initial consultation.

Disappointed I had to wait 20 minutes for an appointment first thing in the morning, however everything else was positive. Waiting area and treatment room were both tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Some additional work required and dentist took me through options for treatment and resulting cost. Dental work was very good and pain free(!). Payment all completed to my satisfaction. Overall, a positive experience

I have a narrow right ear canal and so was somewhat concerned as to how difficult the 'procedure' might be - but I need not have worried; it was totally pain-free with no discomfort whatsoeve and, as a result, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. Dr Ratheesh is an amazing doctor. I have had ongoing issues and not only was Doctor Rathseeth thorough , but was easy to talk to and I was made to feel very comfortable. There was also a follow up call to keep me in the loop and an in depth explanation of the issue and procedures to follow . Can't say more than this Doctor should be a benchmark for all.
