I was referred to Mr. Barazi due to spinal cord compression resulting from my professional duties as a dentist. I was experiencing numbness in my lower limbs and was concerned that impairment of my hands and fingers might prevent me from continuing my work. Upon meeting Mr. Barazi, I immediately felt at ease. His approachable manner, calm demeanor, and confidence reassured me that I was in the hands of an exemplary surgeon for my cervical myelopathy. I had conducted prior research on Mr. Barazi and was confident in his surgical expertise. However, the rapport we established was so genuine that I felt no reservations or apprehension about proceeding with the operation. Mr. Barazi explained the nature of my condition and emphasized that delaying treatment could rapidly lead to paralysis due to the swift progression of my symptoms. He reassured me that he had performed the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedure over 500 times. He also cautioned that, owing to the severity of the compression, some nerve-related symptoms might not resolve entirely. The surgery proceeded as planned and was successful. The entire medical team provided excellent care, and I felt privileged during my recovery at the Harley Street Clinic. Since the procedure, the tingling in my toes persists; however, my balance and mobility have nearly returned to normal. I consider myself fortunate to have been treated by Mr. Barazi. He is an outstanding surgeon of the highest caliber, whose kindness and quiet confidence made my journey to surgery as smooth as possible. Dr James Thing is a miracle worker—I am now walking almost completely normally for the first time in almost a year. I had a Baker's Cyst which he drained and injected. I had limped into his office, barely able to walk and I (almost) skipped out. He did a scan on my foot but wouldn't do an injection until I had an MRI. This is good medicine as he wanted to be sure he was injecting in exactly the right place, and indeed, he wanted to make sure an injection was the right thing to do (which it was). The foot is so much better. I am back to walking my normal 4 ½ -5 mile routes without much difficulty. Dr James Thing is a brilliant doctor! What I like is that you go in, he does an ultrasound to make a diagnosis, and if appropriate, he carries out the procedure there and then. No waiting for additional appointments at additional costs. Treatment and relief are immediate. That is amazing to find in this day and age.

We visited Dr Haddad just before Xmas and again recently. Dr Haddad has been excellent! My daughter has been struggling with a severe reaction to something which is causing her stress and unfortunately the other channels we have taken to date have not been of any help. Dr Haddad has really turned things around for us by helping us to understand what might be going on and helping as best he can in getting to the bottom cause. He Explains everything so clearly, allowing us to ask as many questions as we need, putting my daughter at ease which has made her feel that she is being understood and heard. Above all giving us a clear path on our next steps and not giving up on us. I would highly recommend Dr Hiddad and so grateful that we found him.

My appointment with Miss Preshaw was excellent. During our initial conversation she was attentive and seemed genuinely interested in my symptoms and medical history. She was able to make connections between minor complaints that have previously been dismissed/ignored, and suggest tests to rule out conditions that might cause them. I was particularly impressed by how supportive she was of the care I had received by her colleagues in the NHS, even when she felt certain things had been overlooked. I left with a clear plan of action and a sense that things were being put in motion. The follow up letters to myself and my GP were sent very clearly and accurately reflected my understanding of the appointment.

Mr Bagley stepped in after my previous consultant refused to attend. He hastily but professionally conducted my initial and confirmation appointments together and agreed to proceed with the planned surgery. I was very relieved. The surgery went well and all the staff involved were friendly and professional. I developed an infection after and had to see Mr Bagley twice but I was prescribed antibiotics and it cleared. At every step of the process Mr Bagley was professional and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him.
