I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

Behandlingen kändes personlig och aldrig stressad, och för första gången kände jag mig verkligen lyssnad på och förstådd. Den lugna miljön gjorde det lättare att fokusera på mig själv och mitt tillfrisknande. Jag åker härifrån med mer självförtroende, klarhet och praktiska verktyg för vardagen. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera Castle Craig till alla som söker stöd, även om det innebär att resa från ett annat land.

My visit was entirely satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and they seem to meet a lot of them. I was getting informed about what was going to happen to me at all times. The menu was amazing and the whole place seem to be extremely efficiently run My only comment of an adverse nature would be that having been shown to a room on my arrival where my wife carefully unpacked all my belongings she she know sooner had left Than. I had to pack them all up again because I was being transferred to another room and then when I came out of the operating theatre before I went home, I had to wait three hours before I managed to get my belongings back again no book to read or iPad slightly frustrating but that was the only hiccup on an excellent visit.

I've been trying to book an initial appointment for last two weeks. I've been emailed times slot for appointment but then we're told that the time slot was taken by another patient. I've called numerous times. But there is no one picking up the phone. Emails are not responded to in timely manner either. I don't know what to think of you're services and what your staff are like because you're team are not there to take calls or email back when we need them. Will you're doctors be the same? Would it be that difficult to get a consultation with them. I'm very disappointed with your reception staff!

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hurel for many years now (at least 8 years). He is wonderful and one of my favourite physicians. Dr. Hurel is extremely knowledgeable in the field of endocrinology. It is obvious to me that he keeps up with the latest research in his field as he will often speak about what the latest studies show. He is also kind, understanding, and very encouraging, and has a great demeanour. He takes his time with his patients and has always been available to me if I have any questions or run into any problems. He comes highly recommended.

I could understand what the Professor was saying and I think he could understand me. This has not always in the case at Chesterfield hospital. I felt comfortable in his presence which meant that I could explain my concerns easily and I felt he listened. Only after a short time I felt I could trust him. I was very surprised to learn that he did not consider me to have a prolapse. I only wish Professor Radley could have identified the specific reason for me having all these UTIs. I am very grateful to Professor Radley for seeing me.

After a frustrating year with an ankle injury sustained playing football, seeing Alex at PSM has been great. Alex provided a detailed analysis of my gait and took a 3D scan of my foot to create orthoses customised to me. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. Highly recommend Alex for anyone struggling with a foot-related sports injury.

I took the decision to have the cataracts removed from both eyes at the same time thereby reducing recovery time. It was an excellent decision - the care and professionalism provided by Clarity was excellent with clear and concise instructions.
