I recently had a laparoscopy with Mr Okaro and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning Mr Okaro was very professional,kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience . The procedure itself went very well. Mr Okaro not only removed my fallopian tube as I was referred for but also treated my endometriosis at the same time. After the surgery he was patient and happy to answer any questions which I truly appreciate. I feel very fortunate to have been under his care and I would happily return to him for any future gynae concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Okaro to friends and family without a doubt. I also want to mention Justina who was my first point of contact before I made the decision to see Mr Okaro. Justina gave me the reassurance and explained everything I needed to know. Both Mr Okaro and Justina made the whole experience so much easier and im very thankful for their support.

I had a great experience with Dr Patel, he really listened to me and made me feel comfortable. He recommended I get follow-up tests. There were some admin issues with this from the supporting staff - the tests had to be at a certain time of day and certain week which was explained on the after visit summary sheet from Dr Patel. However, the blood test was booked in immediately by the reception staff which lead to lots of confusion, and the scan was booked in for the following Monday but I had a call on the morning to say it was booked in with the wrong person and needs to be rearranged. I'm sure this is not representative of the clinic overall, but as my first experience of this clinic, it makes it seem a little chaotic.

Not all doctors from GP’s to specialist consultants explain things in a way that makes everything absolutely clear and not leave you wondering what their explanation really meant. Mr Malik was very friendly and approachable which meant that all our concerns were resolved and he even drew a diagram to help reinforce our understanding of what the implications of having or not having the procedure to remove my gallbladder. In addition to that Mr Malik is going to write to my GP so that some queries he be has about my scan can be in investigated so that Mr Malik and my husband and I can have I can make a fully informed decision. I came for travel vaccines and the team could not have been better. Prompt replies from both Gina on reception, and Dr Emma Noble, asking about my travel plans and countries, appointment arranged and before you know it, I am fully prepped & ready to go. Dr Paul Wiseman was masterful. I had to get 4 different vaccines and barely felt anything. Very personable, put me at my ease. Pointed me to the websites recommended by Department of Health / Foreign affairs for most up to date advice and important steps I can take as a traveller (hand washing, mosquito nets etc). I was more than happy with my visit. The nurse who carried out my skin examination was very friendly & of neat & tidy appearance. She put me at ease straight away & explained fully what was going to take place before the examination went ahead. When she did begin she went very slowly along each part of my body taking care to explain what any marks were & answering any of my queries fully. When it was over she gave me advice regarding a lesion on my face & how to treat it. I would be more than happy to use the services of Check4Cancer again.

After previous surgeries for the same condition, Dr Hunter has been the most thorough clinician i have been assessed and treated by. He and the staff have kept me updated and reassured on the treatment I required. All staff from Consultants to Domestic Staff have been professional courteous and extremely approachable throughout my stay.
