Following your advice I attended the CRP clinic where they found I did actually have high levels of NK cells. During our first month of trying following Dr Sheharta's plan I fell pregnant and I am now 28 weeks. Thank you so much for all the advice you gave me. After 4 miscarriages in 18 months, being told it was just bad luck and to try again was really disappointing. You were the first person to go through all my history and make suggestions of what do do next. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone in need of fertility support. She is knowledgeable, genuinely caring and responsive, which means a lot when navigating this fertility 'journey'. Rachel's reassuring feedback makes you feel less alone in the process and she goes above and beyond to help.

Seeing Rachel over the last few months has made a huge difference in two ways. She has been very supportive, and having someone in your corner when you're going through fertility treatment means more than I can explain. She also has an incredible depth of knowledge, and made various suggestions and recommendations which I am sure have changed the course of my treatment. Without Rachel there were supplements and medications I would never have known to ask my doctor about, clinics I wouldn't have known to research, and books I wouldn't have known to read. Her approach and 'bedside manner' were calming and reassuring at all times and her therapy room feels like a little sanctuary. Of course I can't know exactly what affected each step of my treatment but I know Rachel had an essential part to play in my story, helping us to successfully create embryos despite an extremely low egg count. I really don't think we'd have got to where we are without her walking alongside us and I recommend anyone embarking on or undergoing fertility treatment to contact her.

Rachel was amazing. Start to finish she took the time to talk to me, looked into things and was always on hand with support. For over 10 years’ I knew my monthly cycles and symptoms were not right, but doctors just ignored it and I was made to feel it was normal. She really was mindful that after I wasn’t getting pregnant naturally we should start to look at doing further tests and offered advice about IVF. She offered some really good books to read, which helped me understand more about IVF. She suggested who to go to for further tests and why paying the extra would help. When suggesting IVF clinics she knew who to ask for, what questions to ask and what information we should provide to be prepared. At the start, she also put me on a vitamin plan to help prep and introduced me to better quality brands, even though at first I was thinking they were expensive, it really paid off listening to Rachel as these brands were more pure and digestible. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Rachel anymore and am grateful I am now over 14 weeks pregnant!

Rachel's knowledge is phenomenal and as someone new to acupuncture I am completely converted. She not only supported our fertility journey, but is now helping us achieve a healthy pregnancy (currently 32 weeks), which given our previous history we really felt wouldn't happen. I look forward to my treatments and really appreciate that I can check in in between appointments with any questions. I can't recommend Rachel enough if you want an informative, calm and reassuring approach to your fertility / pregnancy journey.

I’ll start this by saying, if you’re considering working with Rachel don’t hesitate, do it. Now the why… When I came to Rachel we were nearly three years into our fertility struggles, with two IVF failures under our belt, still inconceivably ’unexplained’, and I was at physical and mental rock bottom. Rachel was like a breath of fresh air, injecting direction and hope back into our fight. Rachel was my third acupuncturist, but it’s an entirely different experience with her - her treatments are considered, personalised, unhurried, effective, calming. But the extra ‘special sauce’ Rachel has is her immense expert knowledge. Endlessly generous with her time and advice, she really listened to my medical history/experiences/suspicions and was able to make a cohesive plan. She expertly guided us through the further investigations we needed, and directed us to the specialist that finally diagnosed and treated my infertility. As I type this I am 17 weeks pregnant with twins and I 100% believe we’re only in this position because I met Rachel. She continues to support me to this day and is such a positive, empathetic, trusted, valued person in my life. It’s hard to put into words quite how wonderful I think Rachel is!

My experience with Rachel has been fantastic. When I got in contact with Rachel, I’d had two miscarriages via ivf, I was extremely low and so frustrated by medical professionals telling me that it was ‘just bad luck’. I felt so sad and having a family just felt like an impossible mountain to climb. Rachel was empathetic, went through all my medical history with a fine tooth comb and came up with recommendations and a comprehensive plan to help me. I followed the plan to the letter and I have just had a healthy 16 week scan expecting twins. Although I know we are not out of the woods yet, I know we wouldn’t have got this far if it wasn’t for Rachel. She is always professional but with an empathetic manner, her knowledge and expertise in fertility is far greater than any Doctor I have ever met. No question is ever too silly - even after a positive test she has continued to support me to the present time and is always quick at responding to questions. I can’t rate her highly enough - she is just amazing.

I would highly recommend Rachel. Her work is outstanding. Quite literally, if it wasn’t for Rachel I wouldn’t have my son. I started seeing her after 1.5 years of trying to conceive naturally, plus a miscarriage. I knew the doctor wouldn’t do anything because I already had two sons so I reached out to Rachel to see if accupuncture could help. Rachel’s in-depth knowledge of fertility issues led to the discovery of an undiagnosed medical problem. This was the likely cause for the miscarriage and the difficulties I was having conceiving. She was then able to work with my body to ensure this didn’t affect my fertility whilst also preparing it to be able to conceive. After every treatment I noticeably felt a massive difference in my energy levels and general wellbeing. I was intrigued as to how acupuncture worked so asked a lot of questions and Rachel always gave detailed answers which led to me being more and more impressed and confident in the power of acupuncture and particularly in her expertise. In addition to the accupuncture she also looked at other areas of my lifestyle and adjusted this to improve my fertility chances. Rachel’s genuine desire to help a person on their fertility journey means she is thorough in her work. Her knowledge of accupuncture and its benefits gave me the reassurance I was in the best hands I could possibly be in. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is having a little trouble conceiving should go to see Rachel. I feel like words alone don’t provide enough justice to her skills. She is the reason I have my third son and I feel overwhelmed and lucky whenever I look at him and reflect on the journey I went on to get to this point. I will always be indebted to her for her care and expertise. .
