Rachel has helped me so much. I have suffered badly with anxiety, depression and generally feeling stressed and a little lost. Rachel’s treatments have helped me through some really rough patches, where nothing else has helped. I’ve avoided taking medication for anxiety and depression, due to her treatments. Rachel is such a wonderful caring individual and I feel so at ease talking to her about how I feel. I honestly can’t recommend acupuncture with her enough. If anyone is suffering with anxiety and depression, then please give it a go with her!

Rachel is expert, patient and kind. She combines a friendly approach with her knowledge and professionalism and makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I am being treated for Endometriosis and have seen a great improvement in my symptoms since I started seeing Rachel; this is a condition which conventional medicine finds very hard to treat. Rachel is very welcoming, friendly and informative(given my dislike of needles) as to what she is going to do. She listens into the problems I had and was very considered with her approach to treatment. I will continue to use Rachel’s services for any other problems that arise, without hesitation.

Rachel has been so supportive of me throughout my IVF treatment. I had been having weekly sessions in the lead up to treatment and am now in the middle of my second round. Not only have the weekly treatments meant I have had time to switch off and relax, they have helped with some of the symptoms that I experienced with the 1st round, such as hot sweats and being generally irritable. Whether or not this round of treatment works I know that I have benefited hugely and Rachel's care and support has meant so much. Its been great to have someone to talk to also.

Rachel is superb! I am seeing her as I have had many miscarriages and amd trying to get pregnant. She recommended me to get some tests done which related to this and they have come back that I need to take medication to help me stay pregnant. I am so grateful to her and happy that I went to see her. I am still having acupuncture with her which I love, she takes very good care of her clients!

I had a fertility consultation with Rachel and it was excellent, I can't recommend her enough. Rachel was able to explain a number of things I've been going through and explain how they linked to other things that were going on. She also highlighted areas that she felt it would be worthwhile to look into - again something that's not been suggested before. As a result I was able to identify an issue with my Thyroid which, whilst being in the "normal" range, wasn't optimal for fertility. I can now address this. Rachel was easy to talk to and clearly knowledgable and passionate about helping women like me! I just wish I Iived nearer and could have acupuncture with her as well! If you're looking, like me, for someone to help you make sense of your situation and identify potential solutions I can't recommend Rachel enough.

My first visit to Rachel Sherriff for acupuncture was truly all I could have asked for. Rachel was able to listen to why I had come and carefully select the meridian lines she was going to work on, all the time explaining to me her reasons for doing this. She is a delightful person, relaxed and very professional. The astonishing result was a healing of a wound I had for a couple of months started to heal the very next day and two days later was completely healed. I couldn't have been happier with the result - the reason why I had come. Having had a huge amount of stress recently she also was able to relax me and help me moderate my disturbed sleeping patterns. If you are considering visiting her I highly recommend her.

I was very happy with my online fertility consultation with Rachel. She showed a great understanding of many areas of fertility and was able to provide me with advice and a plan going forward. I'm so pleased I found Rachel! I have struggled for a really long time to understand why I can't get pregnant. She told me about some tests to do with my immune system that I had (they were expensive but not as expensive as another failed IVF). They came back as positive for having a problem with certain cells which were stopping me from getting pregnant. I am about to enter another round of IVF with the medications to manage this problem so I am much more hopful. I have also been having acupuncture once a week with Rachel and she is so knowledgeable and reassuring.
