I went to see Ilana as I had been experiencing very bad lower back pain. Ilana was thorough in asking me questions and made me feel reassured. There was one particular session where she placed one of the needles and I immediately felt a twinge and then relief, it was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend her.

When all else failed, the steroid injections were no longer effective (and who wants to pump their body full of steroids anyway?!) and hayfever was ruining my everyday and making me very down, Ilana came to the rescue! I had never had acupuncture before and was definitely sceptical but havwe now experienced the power of it first-hand and recommend anybody unsure to give it a go.

Had a couple of good sessions with Ilana, she was very warm and welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable. I was going to help try and induce labour as I was overdue, unfortunately it didn’t work for me but that wouldn’t put me off going again, my baby clearly just wanted to come very late! I’d go back to Ilana for acupuncture for other things too and she was very knowledgeable.

I was greatly helped by Ilana's acupuncture treatment of my arthritic knees. The treatment room is a bright, calm space in which to relax, and Ilana herself inspires confidence by being very thorough. I shall have no hesitation in returning for future treatment when necessary.

I've been seeing Ilana for nearly a year, and she has really helped pinpoint a very tough fertility journey. Despite the NHS labelling our case as unexplained infertility, Ilana has helped me find the right specialists, along with her very calming treatment, which has helped me get back on track and ready to explore IVF again. Her therapy room is clean, calm & relaxing. No paying for parking, too, which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend Ilana if you feel lost in your fertility journey, nothing seems wrong with doctors and unsure what to do next.

Horrendous ear ache for several months, had scans etc no one could find the reason. As a last resort I thought I would try acupuncture, after 3 sessions the pain totally disappeared.

I have been seeing Ilana for two years now to help treat my PMDD symptoms and she has been amazing! She is very thorough, takes my symptoms seriously, and I find the treatment really relaxing too. It is much easier to manage my symptoms every month now and I have even had the unexpected benefit of getting rid of my hayfever! I would recommend Ilana to anyone who needs help with fertility, hormonal issues or even mental health issues as acupuncture has helped my anxiety a lot too.
