20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. Both of my clinicians were friendly and professional. In particular, Hannah Geary was excellent - reading my report from her, I felt she really listened and understood my situation and experiences. A few negative points: I arrived around 5-10 minutes early for my in-person appointment and no one from Skylight was listed on the outside of the clinic. I tried to speak to someone else on the buzzer list, but they couldn't help. I then rang the Skylight number and got an answer machine. Only then did my clinician arrive - he said he didn't know my appointment was at 9.30am as he never does appointments that early. This was an unnecessarily stressful experience, and when relaying this to Hannah Geary, she asked for my permission to escalate this. The wait time on communication was much longer than I would have expected. My report was also delayed because my early developmental questionnaire was somehow not linked to my profile. I received initial emails saying everything was complete in October, but then the eight-week timeline passed and I had to chase up. Had someone contacted me earlier to say there was a problem (which was easily rectified), I would not have had to wait an extra month to get my final report. I also haven't received confirmation that my request for extra sessions has been acknowledged and a rough timeline for these, so will follow up on email.

I went in today for my first ever colonoscopy. Although I was nervous, every staff member I met made me feel comfortable and at ease. there was a brief 10 minute wait before I saw the nurse, who was very informative about the procedure and took some recordings (blood pressure, heart rate etc.) before asking me some questions. After not very long at all I went into the room to have my procedure and Samer and his team were excellent in talking me through the process, what I might experience, and how long it would be. They regularly checked in on me throughout to ask how I was doing. Regarding the colonoscopy itself - overall I felt no pain at all really - some discomfort from the gas (which they make you aware of) but otherwise it was fine. I chose sedation rather than gas & air, and found this worked well for me. It is an odd sensation in general; but manageable. The procedure took maybe 20 minutes, before I was moved to recovery. The recovery nurse & all staff members there were very friendly. They read me my report, made sure I understood the results, and gave me some biscuits and squash (which I was grateful for after 24H of not eating!) - I was out from here after around 20 minutes, having no notable lingering side effects from either the medication or procedure. Overall, fantastic service from everyone. Thank you so much.

I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

Dr Duncan provides exceptional care. He made us feel so safe, reassured and happy throughout the process, from the first appointment to the birth and beyond. We are so grateful that we can say we had a magical experience due to him, completely stress-free and enjoyable. He was always available for any questions big or small and gave clear and quick replies. Dr Duncan is a lovely person who clearly loves what he does, which alongside his incredible expertise and experience, provides such comfort. His team and particularly Colette are also so wonderful and go above and beyond to help with any requests. I had a very swift and pretty much pain- free recovery from my Caesarean and the healing of my scar has far exceeded even my most optimistic expectations, which is no doubt due to the expert hands and the great care Keith took during the op. We would not hesitate to sincerely recommend to anyone and hope to go through this journey again with Keith and his team.

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! Overall the experience was excellent, with one frustrating aspect - initially I was told that my surgery would be at 15:00, and that I should attend the hospital at 13:00. A couple of days before the surgery, I was told that the surgery time had changed to 14:15 and I should attend at 12:15. I did so, and was then kept waiting for over an hour in the lobby as the room was not ready - giving the impression that it was unnecessary for us to have come early. A little frustrating, however the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

Staff at both the receptions were welcoming , No waiting time . Saw the specialist regarding ongoing issues with my knees and toes, and the he was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, walking me through the MRI images in a way that was easy to understand. All available options were discussed thoroughly, including injections and physiotherapy, and I felt fully informed throughout the appointment. . Overall, a very positive and supportive experience.

Everything went incredibly smoothly. As I had had a colonoscopy before I roughly knew what to expect, so there were no surprises. But what I particularly value is that Mr Ferguson, apart from being a thoroughly nice person, has an air of confidence which is reassuring. Not overconfidence like some Consultants, which can be irritating, or intimidating. One feels that one can ask him anything and you'll receive a considered, informed response. Very lucky to be in his care.
