All of the staff at Nuthfield were so kind. Everyone was always smiling and being happy and kind to myself and my partner. From the receptionist who told us where to go and took us to our room. To the night nurse that checked us in to the room. I had multiple nurses come and check on me throughout the time I waited to have the cystoscopy. We were able to get food before and after. We arrived at 07:00 on the 27th, and I can't remember all the lovely people's names who helped us. My only slight criticism would be from arriving at the hospital at 07:00 the actual procedure didn't start till after 09:00 and this gave me lots of time to overthink the procedure. But I think that was a me problem and I also don't know how long these things take to check people in etc. So apologies if it is standard haha.

I had a dental hygienist appointment. When it came to booking a further six monthly appointment I was asked to pay £35 in advance! This would be deducted from my bill in six months time. I declined to do this and cancelled my next appointment. I presume that at the next appointment I'd be asked yet again to pay £35 in advance, which basically means that this is just a way of charging a one off payment over and above the actual cost! I have never been asked to pay in advance for any private care, dental or otherwise. I think this is very sharp practice. By all means have a cancellation policy and charge the customer for not attending, but don't just take £35 well in advance! I may have to change my dental practice if this continues.

He arranged my procedure in the imaging department. The consultant radiologist Dr George was also excellent, he explained everything clearly & I felt supported and well-informed throughout. Recommended by a friend, I found the service very helpful ;booking an appointment and explaining the procedure. Dr Lakhera explained how the consultation would be conducted for the diagnosis and treatment. He was very clear, showing me the ultra-sound scans and discussing what he had identified. Referral for an MRI scan was competed very quickly and returned to Wharfedale clinic for treatment, completed within eight days. Treatment has been successful .

Very pleasant experience, all staff I encountered were helpful There was a mix up with my surgery date and break in communication about needing pre assessment , I had difficulty getting a reply day before my planned surgery, to be told at 5pm I hadn't been booked in Luckily another date was available
