Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

Dr Andrew Gaya

I attended a follow up consultation with Dr Gaya yesterday during which he gave me my recent MRI and PET/CT scan results. As always, Dr Gaya spent time explaining his findings and action to be taken going forward. We also discussed my current state of health, my planned treatment by the Rheumatology Team and the impact the most recent Rituximab infusion is having. Dr Gaya is always very pleasant, asks relevant questions and is very clear about next steps in the short term whilst having plans for the longer term. I look forward to his encouraging consultations every two weeks. Dr Gaya’s calm, measured, patient manner reflects his professionalism and care towards his patients. He keeps me sane, especially in times of anxiousness !

Professional service received from both practitioners, which I am very pleased about. It however took longer than was communicated to me via email to receive my results. I have requested follow ups and to speak to someone. The administrator has added me to the waiting list for the follow up. My other request?? I have not heard anything for a long while, not even an update. I feel really disappointed because it has dampened such a great initial experience. I believe this aspect will be of disappointment to future clients. Such a shame. I recommend in future to keep clients informed when delays happen and or of any updates

I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

The imaging team — particularly R. Wilson and L. Kuriakose — were outstanding. Their efficiency, professionalism, and the way they worked with me throughout the treatment were superb. In contrast, communication from the reception team was limited. There was little information provided regarding waiting times or updates, and my next of kin were not kept informed about what was happening or how long the process might take. This created unnecessary uncertainty during an already stressful time. Parking was also extremely challenging, to the point where travelling by train would likely have been easier.

I always find the clinic to be like a little oasis - especially after getting off the tube and as soon as you enter the clinic, it is immediately calming and the location is very discreet. Dr Kathryn is very friendly and puts you at ease, fully explaining treatments etc. I also find Dr Kathryn to be very honest and she will always give good advice. I would also like to mention right from the start when calling the clinic and making an appointment, it’s a very easy and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend going to the Real You Clinic.

Not a paticularly pleasant experience. Was attentive and caring before procedure, after procedure just wanted me up and out, even though I was in a NES non epileptic Seizure. I Signed the water against doing a pregnancy test, as I am non-binary and Asexual and never had sex in my life....but was harassed, called a lier by the aeneathiatist who was demanding i took one. After refusing was treated with distain by her afterwards. I am putting in official complaint as this treatment is illegal and unlawful

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. Thanks again to Mr Hove and all the staff at Freedom Vision Chelmsford.

My teenage son is seeing Mr Crompton for a broken femur, and the service and care we have received so far has been excellent. Mr Crompton's office are super-responsive, helpful and kind. Mr Crompton's advice has been brilliant and perfectly pitched for my teenage son who is worried about his surgery and desperate to get back to sport. Mr Crompton really understands how to communicate with young people (as well as parents) which we feel is absolutely critical.

Every stage of my procedure for my cataract operations (both eyes a week apart) went like 'a dream' from the excellent initial Consultation with Professor Luff, to the 2 excellently/professionally executed outpatient operations he and his excellent team carried out, to the excellent aftercare and not to mention the miraculous results!. If anyone (like me!) is petrified of such procedures I would highly recommend Professor Luff and his Sapphire Team.

I met Rishi as I had a frozen shoulder from a previous dislocation. He was totally professional and explained about the cause and possible treatments. He booked my procedure within the week, completed it without any pain or discomfort and referred me for Physiotherapy. The hydrodistention was a complete success and instantly fixed my shoulder. I am now recovering and sleeping properly again. I can not thank him or recommend him enough!

Experience was really good took me by surprise from parking to service. Love the tea and coffee service along with reading articles. Although this didn’t affect me , it would be great to give pre appointment advice e.g stop using contact lenses 2 weeks before ect. I received a day before. And what to expect at the appointment eg taking blood pressure. I would still rate the service very highly. Good advice given by James. Thank You

I would highly recommend Dr Harris as a superb medical professional. He made me feel completely at ease, explained everything in detail in language that I could understand and made the whole process of the investigations, procedures and test result reviews as stress-free as possible. He has the type of excellent 'bedside manner' that you don't often experience nowadays and it really helped to make the overall experience a good one.

The nurse team is the worst I’ve experienced in my life I genuinely thought I was going to die in this hospital they don’t respect you ethically unsafe and keep you in prolonged pain for days
