I've given this a 4 star rating because only sheer perfection would get 5. I saw Mr BOSCO on the 3rd. March when he carefully explained my condition and options. He clearly knew wha he was talking about and made it all clear to me what he considered my only option was. My only major complaint is the time it took to do the procedure. I had been offered a date in May which I was unable to take due to being abroad. The next date was fixed for June, but was cancelled by the hospital at very short notice. I then had to wait till October for the operation. This was when I saw Dr. VOLPE who would bedding the operation. I saw Mr.BOSCO I think for the 2 to 3 days I was in the High Dependency ward and he was cheerful and told me how I was doing. Aside from this I have no recollection of seeing him again and was discharged on the 8th October. Overall I had limited dealings with Mr BOSCO, but was happy yo have him as surgeon.

Dr Richard Sinnerton was extremely professional from the moment I met him. He listened carefully, identified the problem quickly, and explained the treatment options clearly and confidently. He had a solid plan in place, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. I left the appointment knowing exactly what the next steps were and feeling reassured that there is a clear solution. His manner is calm, knowledgeable, and decisive, which is exactly what you want from a specialist. I felt supported throughout and genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend Dr Sinnerton to anyone looking for expert treatment and a surgeon who provides both solutions and confidence.

My first appointment was cancelled by the clinic this was after telling me to pay the fee upfront and re booked two weeks later. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told there would be a delay again. After waiting for sometime I asked the staff to find out what the delay was I was then seen by the clinician half an hour later. My experience with the clinician I felt was not worth the fee. I was not examined correctly I was not given any advice as to how to deal with the issue and the letter I received afterwards was not very accurate or informative. So I would not go back again or recommend.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

I was under Dr Stelios’s care for my transabdominal cerclage surgery in 2020 (i had a TAC fitted to support my cervix as i had a radical trachelectomy for cervical cancer in 2010) and again throughout my successful pregnancy in 2023. I always felt fully supported, Dr Stelios was consistently kind, clear in his explanations, and incredibly responsive to my questions at every stage - including after my baby arrived. His calm, thoughtful approach made a complex and anxious journey feel manageable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care he provided.

They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

Well organised, and seamless AMD consultation process, from check in to vision tests, scans, consultation, overall plan and eye injection. The consultant is open about updates on both eyes, required medical interventions and forward planning and the Frye injections are brief and painless with no significant side effects other than puditive regarding wet AMD treatment. The team work well together and the physical environment of the AMD clinic is spacially well organised.

I found Mr Ajayi online I found him to be professional and engaging and our meeting did not disappoint. I am a busy man and had a flight to catch in 48 hours. Mr Ajayi was able to offer me review and stone removal on the same day. He had the result of the stone analysis within 24 hours. He provided dietary advice to prevent further stone formation and I was able to travel as planned. Absolutely exceptional service, thank you very much Mr Ajayi.
