Mr Mark Draper is a Consultant ENT & Rhinoplasty Surgeon at The Saxon Clinic, Milton Keynes and The New Foscote Hospital, Banbury. With 32 years experience, he has a broad expertise in all aspects of adult and paediatric ENT, with a particular focus on sinus, nasal, and rhinoplasty surgery.
As part of the Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Nose Clinic, Mr Draper provides rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty surgeries, often handling complex cases referred by ENT and Plastic Surgery colleagues. As a nose specialist, he advises patients on both functional and cosmetic outcomes. The clinic utilises advanced software to show patients expected post-surgery results, ensuring that decisions are fully informed and that planned surgeries meet patient expectations.
After qualifying from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London in 1992, Mr Draper trained extensively in Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and throughout the East Anglian Specialist Training rotation, gaining a wealth of experience in both adult and paediatric ENT. He further specialised with a year of subspecialty training as a Fellow at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, focusing on advanced endoscopic sinus surgery and rhinoplasty. He joined the Specialist Register in ENT Surgery in 2005.
In 2006, Mr Draper was appointed as an NHS Consultant at Milton Keynes Hospital. Since then, he has been providing comprehensive adult and paediatric ENT services to the Milton Keynes community, and he oversees the local specialist Rhinology/Facial Plastics and Voice services.
His extensive experience in teaching and training includes previous five year tenure as Training Programme Director for the Oxford Regional ENT Surgery Specialist Training programme, and current Training Committee Member & Rhinology Fellow Progamme director where he supervises the training of junior specialist ENT surgeons. He is a frequent regional and national lecturer and serves as a Faculty Member for an international Sinus, Rhinoplasty & Nasal Plastic Surgery Course.

Extremely through and efficient, very pleasant experience
Mr Draper pinpointed the problem and gave me a good solution. He was very professional whilst being friendly and approachable I have found it an informative and easy experience. I would recommend Mr Draper to anyone who need ENT Support.
Opting for a rhinoplasty is not an easy decision. It’s something that I had been considering for 15 years! I had to find a surgeon who had a great reputation and experience in order to feel comfortable proceeding, and in Dr Draper that’s exactly what I found. Nice and local in Milton Keynes, Dr Draper saw me at his clinic and made the whole process feel like a breeze. Even the healing from my surgery was straightforward and much better than what I had experienced in the past. His bedside manner, his calm demeanour his expertise is everything you need when going through such a daunting process. The staff were always friendly, especially on surgery day. I felt so looked after. I wish I had done it years ago. I finally have the nose I always wanted. Thank you Dr Draper.
Mr Draper is an outstanding surgeon. I came to him only hoping to be able to breathe better, and he gave me so much more than that. My septum was fixed and my nose looks beautiful. I feel healthier, more confident, and extremely grateful for his skill and care. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me.
Very pleased so far. Hopefully the treatment will work but only time will tell.
My personal experience with Dr Draper has been excellent. He gets straight to the point and does not waste any time, and my overall time with him has been great.
Mr Draper is thorough, knowledgeable and to the point. Thank you.
