I was met by a pristine clinic, both inside and out. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

My visit was amazing , I’ve never felt so comfortable and relaxed as I was very nervous a very good experience had very pleased with my visit

All personnel I saw were so friendly & helpful including the doctors, nurses & receptionist who was outstanding. I felt well looked after by a very professional clinic. They all couldn’t do enough for me. All in all I had an excellent experience.

A very positive experience throughout each stage of the procedure.

We checked in early, due to traffic, 20 minutes early at 13.10 for an appointment at 13.30. At 14.05 I returned to the reception desk to ask why a large number of customers had arrived after us and been seen before and the Team Lead stated that she would check for me. She came back 3-4 minutes later to notify us that the reception staff had not booked us as arrived. We were told that they were sorry and that we would be moved to the front of the line. We did not have a very good experience with you.

I had a second cataract operation. My first had been at CHEC at Watford. My experience at Newmedica was a million percent better. I couldn’t praise them more!!!!!

I have now had both my eyes freed of cataracts at this clinic and would like to say how impressed I was with the establishment and the professionalism of all the caring staff from the receptionist, the assessment team, Mr Lee the surgeon, the theatre staff and the recovery nurse Rose.

The whole experience was very reassuring
