Furthermore, he had also completed a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of South Wales specifically on Sports and Exercise Medicine. Through completing this diploma he was highly trained in performing soft tissue and joint injections on his patients.
More impressively, he completed a Master's degree in Immunology. This involved researching and working on an antibody to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis. His research on this topic is still actively ongoing at St Peter's Hospital. Dr Sames also enjoys teaching and training Medical Students and Junior Doctors and apart from his clinical interests he enjoys photography, art and music.

Dr Sames is treating me for a complex immune disorder, vasculitis EGPA, which requires regular monitoring and a range of medication. It's a somewhat daunting condition but Dr Sames has been extremely supportive, taking time to explain everything in detail. He has also always responded immediately in the case of a suspected "flare", which has been very reassuring. He has an easy and approachable manner and I feel fortunate that he is inolved in my case.
