Although apprehensive about my surgery and the need for sedation Dr Bagtharia reduced my worries prior to the date of my dental procedure through an online face to face consultation which I found very reassuring. On the date of my surgery having met Tanvi on line, I felt little apprehension and my sedation passed without incident and I was grateful for the professionalism she showed throughout and the after care I received at the conclusion of my sedation. Although I hope I will have no further need for sedation in the future, if ever such an occasion should arise, I would have no hesitation in putting my care in the hands Dr Tanvi Bagtharia.

My experience with Dr Ramsay couldn’t have been better. As somebody who has had mental illness for 20+ years, never attended a Doctor and was exceptionally apprehensive about even the though of attending a psychiatrist it was so reassuring to have somebody who listened empathetically and gently and sequentially worked through diagnoses and treatment options. Treatment included not just medication but holistic advice with regard to lifestyle factors, diet and exercise, which is very refreshing. His follow up communication to me and my GP was incredibly succinct and accurate. You will not find a better psychiatrist thsn Dr Ramsay.

On this basis he reassured me by choosing that the appropriate Open Surgery was for me On the day he fuĺly explained the procedure to me where I could ask any questions. He visited me after my Operation to see how I was . Then before discharging me he confirmed that I felt well enough to go home, I have been recovering well at home and my scar is "like invisible mending " I would highly recommend Mr Terrace:- I could've been in better hands.......

We chose Montrose as they appeared on a lot of ‘Right to Choose’ websites and were rated by the CQC and as soon as I called Mollie and the team’s support has been superb. The charges and plans were shared upfront and were explained well. We paid to have a private Adult ADHD assessment and the speed of the booking / assessment/report/ treatment plans and meetings were quick. I recently had a hysterectomy at this hospital the surgeon was brilliant but during my stay in the hospital I was appalled by how I was treated. Staff were friendly but some of them when I needed them ignored me. A specialist nurse from my consultant had to advocate for me. Upon discharge, one of my stitches had been left in which then went on to cause other issues. I was then chased severally for payment when I had made clear and provided authorisation codes from my insurer. I was not impressed with service from the hospital itself at all. But my consultant was brilliant.

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity is not a thing most GPs deal, with and neither do the NHS allergy specialists. It was wonderful and so helpful to consult Dr Judge and find out what the dis-ease is caused by and how I can try to have it better understood by other practitioners. When I was facing surgery Dr judge worked with the surgical team to ensure the best treatment. And she is very easy to talk to.
