He kept me informed at every stage and the hospital staff and anaesthetists were super lovely and so professional. I started this journey with the NHS whose consultant couldn't have been more rude and dismissive if he had tried! Although I resent having to seek private treatment I had no option but to part with our hard earned savings otherwise I would still be living with excruciating pain and discomfort for years to come! The thought of Cataract Surgery was for me a daunting prospect…so I undertook some research and this led me to John’s website which I found informative and reassuring. I was surprised to learn of the range of interocular lenses available which gave me cause to consider the outcome I wanted - in my case to be glasses free. I settled on the Rayner RayOne Galaxy IOL and confirmed this choice during my pre-op examination with John. The surgery (bilateral) was pain free with both eyes completed within an hour. The result was spectacular! … excellent close up vision for reading and distance vision significantly better than 20/20. All in all an extremely successful procedure with precisely the outcome I had sought. I have no hesitation in recommending John and the excellent team at Tetbury Hospital.

Zachary the audiologist was new to me, but every bit as likeable, knowledgable and engaged as every other audiologist I've had the pleasure to consult with at Harley St Hearing. He really listened to, and answered clearly and thoroughly to every question. He found a less mainstream solution ("Frequency Lowering or compression "), to a nuanced hearing issue I have, which he suggested we tried, and delighted to say it worked extremely well in my case. I can't recommend this practice enough!

I’m so glad I decided to go private and saw Dr Ling. I was suffering with a bad flare up of Eczema which completely took over 50% of my body and tried steroid cream and lots of emollient with no improvements. Once I saw Dr Ling she prescribed me a steroid cream which GP had not tried and immediately after a week I noticed improvement and after a month the rash had cleared. She also referred me for light therapy with NHS which I have already started. She was friendly, helpful and understanding. My experience was 5*. Thank you Dr Tsui chin Ling.

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic.
