Flurina is amazing! I have been to several osteopaths before and seeing Flurina is by far the best experience I have had. She asks lots of questions about your overall experience in your body to get a full picture rather than just focussing on isolated symptoms which has really helped me to understand what leads to the recurring pain I am experiencing and approach it holistically. Flurina is warm, helpful and makes sure to help you understand what she is doing and provides manageable exercises for you to do between sessions. It was a very smooth process, with regular checks and care provided. Every step was full explained and I was confident in having the operation as a result of the high standard of care. We saw Dr Marlow for a paediatric ADHD diagnosis. It was relatively quick to get an appointment for this and Dr Marlow was friendly, engaging and thorough in his assessment. He has subsequently helped us start our son on both melatonin and later ADHD medication. The latter was also an effective and efficient experience in which we have also had help from their pharmacist, Mr Kwok. After a few months of medication titration the team are now facilitating us starting a shared care agreement with our GP. All in all our experience has been positive and has filled a gap where NHS services are severely lacking to the benefit of our son's mental and physical wellbeing and education.

He has a friendly and relaxed manner and I found him very easy to talk to and to ask all of the questions I had without feeling rushed at all. After the initial consultation I felt confident that Mr Khan had understood my concerns and had helped me to make the best choice for me. I’ve had 2 appointments, the first on the 10th February for a Cardioversion which went well and I am still in Sinus Rhythm with a resting heart rate of 56bpm. I am feeling much better with a lot more energy. My second appointment on the 17th February was for an Echocardiogram. When it was carried out, the ultrasonic probe was pressed extremely firmly during taking the side and back readings and I have been left bruised and have experienced very sharp pains at the contact points for the last three days. This has never happened before.

My son underwent intracapsular adenotonsillectomy and grommet insertion for OSA and glue ear. Miss Ojha visited at the bedside both before and after the procedure. She was calm and reassuring. I’m really pleased with the outcome of the surgery, we’re seeing excellent results and the recovery was much quicker than expected with very minimal discomfort.
