We are incredibly grateful to Mr Herzog for the outstanding care provided to our child during their scoliosis surgery. From our very first consultation, Mr Herzog was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and answer all of our questions, which gave us great peace of mind. The surgery was extremely successful, and our child is recovering better than we ever hoped. The skill, precision, and compassion shown throughout the entire process made a very challenging experience much easier for our family. We truly felt that our child was in the best possible hands. I recently had a consultation with Dr Tan, and I was truly impressed by the level of care she provided. She showed exceptional compassion and empathy, listened carefully to every concern, and addressed each point thoroughly and individually. No question felt rushed or unwelcome. This review honestly doesn’t do justice to the standard of service we received. I left the appointment feeling completely reassured and confident that I was in the safest hands. Speaking with her felt like talking to someone I had known for years—she was patient and so attentive. Whenever something wasn’t clear, she took the time to explain it fully, even using drawings to help us understand. A service like that will never be forgotten, thank you so much!

My wait time was excellent, I was seen ahead of my appointment time. The individual who picked me up to take me to the MRI was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, that’s when things got somewhat awkward. The actual MRI attendant who was in charge of asking me the safety questions in advance found herself having a disagreement with a member of staff on another ward whilst with me. I understand that people are overworked and underpaid - resourcing has always been an issues (I have worked for the NHS), however, having an argument over who would tend to someone being seen after me is something that should not have happened infront of me. A joke was made of it when she hung up the phone but it was incredibly uncomfortable for me.

Once I arrived on the day of my surgery, the nurses were great in making sure I was fully prepared. The only questionable experience I had was that the physio who visited me before the surgery caused some confusion, as the exercises she showed me to do during the first three weeks were not what Prof. Field had said. Also it seemed odd that the physio visited me before the surgery, rather than after. Hence I ended up staying the night and saw Yannis, a different physio, the following morning, who was incredibly helpful. However, the experience overall was great, and Prof. Field and Dr Hussain, along with the day and night nurses, made me feel very comfortable and looked after me well.

My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well. Dr Fiona Wright communicated well throughout with my son and made him feel comfortable and at ease.

Very efficient and prompt professional care given by Dr Mugilan. Found out it was suspected coeliac disease explained in great detail about the blood test results , spoke with the surgeon and got the scope done the next week and we got a confirmed diagnosis. Great children's gastroenterology service in Belfast . We had been waiting with the NHS gastroenterologist for about more than a year now and with Dr Mugilan 2 weeks for bloods and a endoscopy and follow up. Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would very much recommend to anyone.

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

I visited David recently to assess my foot following a complex lis franc injury. He was very professional, listened to me and I did not feel rushed. We agreed that I should try orthotics which hopefully will help with my walking. He also recommended footwear going forward. David emailed me the following day to check how my foot was and has kept in touch with various footwear recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

He spent time finding out how my frozen shoulder impacted my life before findimg the best solution for me. He is very efficient and professional..
