Mr Dawe took his time to explain everything in full detail and listened to me carefully. I felt that his advice was highly professional and thoughtful. I had a recent ear infection problem which he examined carefully with the information that it healed well and that there was still significant amount of wax in one of the more affected ears. He left it to me whether I would like him to remove the wax, which I decided to do. SInce I am deaf on one ear from childhood, he explained potential remedies and gave me information for a place to take a free hearing test, in case I would like to pursue this issue further. Overall, the experience was very good and I can fully recommend him.
I felt at ease and was given enough time to talk about my symptoms fully. Mr Dawe explained possible future treatment steps clearly and in a way that I could understand. The prompt written report and exercise link is very useful so that I can refer back to what was discussed during the face to face consultation appointment.
Mr Dawe listened to me and acknowledged my concerns over what was going on with me health wise, he was very approachable and put me at my ease straight away. He spoke clearly and in a way I could clearly understand At the end of the consultation he also asked if I had any questions and answered them I feel like he was empathetic and understood how difficult things were for me regarding my condition He gave me some contacts for specialists to help in my rehabilitation, he also emailed me there details, which I have subsequently booked in with one of them so this was extremely helpful information.
On recognising an NHS urgent referral would take some 18 weeks, opted for this appointment with Mr Dawe , which surprisingly was organised within days . Was treated with the utmost professionalism and care , thank you
The appointment was very informative with information delivered in a clear and purposeful manner. The time given for discussion was not rushed and detailed.
