I cannot recommend Ms Watkinson highly enough! I first had the good fortune of meeting her many years ago when I sought a second opinion after a previous surgery (by someone else) had gone wrong. She was able to repair everything, and I have been incredibly grateful ever since. Throughout every appointment and meeting, Ms Watkinson has been outstanding. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains everything thoroughly, and ensures I feel informed and reassured every step of the way. As someone with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), finding a surgeon who truly understands the condition is invaluable. Ms Watkinson took additional precautions to account for my hypermobility and fragile tissues, giving me complete confidence that I was receiving the best possible care. I would recommend her to anyone with EDS looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate gynaecologist. I am so thankful that our paths crossed, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Watkinson to anyone seeking exceptional care.
It is so refreshing to receive a consultation where all your symptoms are fully taken into consideration in order to gain an overall picture of your Gynaecological health. This in turn then leads you to feel totally confident with the recommended treatment pathway. Ms Watkinson’s diagnosis & subsequent care have been excellent & a real game changer for me, for which I am truly grateful. Thank You.
Not only a knowlegable consultant, but also a professional who ia friendly, approachable and reassuring. Many thanks
I had an ongoing pain in my left ovary and I had tried to get this sorted through my GP, however no one could explain why I was experiencing the pain and what was causing it. Sally on the other hand explained exactly what was happening and why I was experiencing it and also gave great advice about other topics that I just wasn't receiving from my GP. I highly recommend Sally, she is lovely, she genuinely cares and is very passionate about what she does. Thank you for helping me.
Ms Watkinson made me feel so at ease and so understood. As someone with severe anxiety who has also been shut down and dismissed by so many medical professionals, Ms Watkinson made me feel so heard.
I have seen Dr Watkinson several times now and she is exactly the sort of Doctor you want. Kind, compassionate, down to earth. She takes the time to explain your medical history and situation in a thoughtful and person centred way. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Watkinson! She is excellent - so knowledgable! Dr Watkinson took the time to listen properly to me, making sure that I actually understood my situation. I received the best care. The thoroughness was equally impressive. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines efficiency with such warmth and attention to detail. First class experience!
I felt listened to and my questions and worries were never dismissed. I always got detailed explanations of the plan and outcomes.
⸻ I had a great experience with Sally when I had a cyst removed. She was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The procedure was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly, which really helped calm any nerves I had. The care she and her team provided was exceptional, and my recovery went just as she described. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone needing minor surgery or specialist care.
Sally is a wonderful colleague. I would highly recommend her.
