Mr Mohammed Shaeir

Mr. Shaeir is a Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust. He completed extensive subspecialty training through prestigious Post-CCT fellowships in hip and knee arthroplasty at University College London Hospital/HCA International and the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre.

With broad expertise in primary, complex primary, and revision hip and knee replacement, Mr. Shaeir has a particular interest in the Direct Anterior Approach (DAA) total hip replacement using the cosmetic "bikini" incision. This muscle-sparing technique offers patients faster recovery, reduced post-operative pain, improved early mobility, and a discreet, aesthetically favourable scar.
