Mr Wagh is a lovely gentleman. He explained clearly what my issues are, and his proposed treatment. This did not include surgery, which would have been in his financial interests and which had been recommended previously; and he explained very clearly why it was not the best course of action. The treatment he suggested is easily achievable without expensive assistance, and does feel like the best course of action even though I went into the consultation convinced I needed to go under the knife. I am very impressed with his bedside manner, ability to clearly explain the pro's and con's of all available options, and his recommending the best course of action for me, rather than including his own interests which we know from the recent news is not always the case.

I had an excellent experience with Mr Pal, medical retina specialist at Moorfields Private.He is extremely calm, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He diagnosed my CSR within minutes of the consultation and took the time to explain everything in detail, using scans and test results that had been carried out prior to the appointment. This level of clarity and thorough explanation was something I had not received during several previous consultations with other specialists, both in London and elsewhere. Mr Pal made me feel reassured and confident in his expertise. His team is also excellent—professional, supportive, and well organised. I would highly recommend Mr Pal to anyone suffering from any eye-related issues.

I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

The waiting has been difficult as communication has been poor. I have struggled to get a response from the office both via email and phone. I had a combined assessment and received my ADHD outcome 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my autism assessment outcome despite being told the clinical decision has been made. The staff I saw as part of my assessment were fantastic and the support team have been helpful (when I’ve been able to contact them). It’s just a shame that the poor communication has spoilt the overall experience. It would have been good to under the process flow at each stage.

He offered constructive advice and I felt we came to the right decision after thoughtfully looking at all the options available. She is an expert in benign gynaecology and I highly recommend her.

Mr Avis was very nice and went through my procedure and reassured me. I felt looked after. He was very professional in his work. I was comfortable throughout and the nurses talked to me and held my other hand. Before I knew it, it was done, no pain and finished. Mr Avis explained how to care for my hand and a follow up was arranged for 6 weeks. Excellent, highly recommend

Miss Tipples is the absolute best. She was friendly and explained everything I asked. The day of my hysterectomy she was reassuring. I had keyhole surgery and 4 weeks post surgery and you can barely see the incisions. If you have to have this surgery I would absolutely recommend Miss Tipples.
