My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. Thank you!… Becky and Angela .. thank you too for all your support… although it’s been a much longer journey than I had realised…. out of hard times…… has come a lot of good …meeting you all!…. so a huge never ending thank you….

There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. Additional thanks to Michaela in hygiene for the whitening, to dental nurse Lucy and to Rachael and Gemma for coordinating it all.

I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

Mr Kasem, is an amazing consultant and surgeon he orchestrated my whole cancer treatment plan and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for the care that I received, it made such a huge difference in terms of getting through the cancer journey. He is so personable, empathetic, responsive, pro active and explains everything to you thoroughly each step of the way always giving you time to ask questions so you fully understand what’s ahead. He is a brilliant surgeon who I trust completely both my surgeries went really well and I had excellent aftercare. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

There was no sense of being rushed, and everything was explained clearly and calmly. The visit was a very positive experience, from the very welcoming manner of both Kirsty and Neeraj, having the procedure clearly explained and conducted with empathy. The only improvement I would have been grateful for would have been a clearer and more detailed explanation of the post-procedure guidance with regards to rest and return to exercise.

Visit was generally satisfactory. However, after arrival I was ignored for almost an hour, well past my appointment time. The front desk noted my arrival and then seemed to forget about me. This was unnerving at a time when I was already anxious and an unnecessary delay for those accompanying. There was no apology when the error pointed out.

I'd had molar nerve pain intermittently but it then became continuous and a lot more painful over a few days. I was lucky to be offered an appointment for the day after my phonecall and Billie West, the dentist was very thorough and reassuring and gave me good brushing advice. Daisy in reception is always very welcoming and helpful.

Well organised very friendly team. Walked me through every step of my treatment and I felt well armed with the knowledge of what expect particularly with understanding anxiety managing side effects. The Radiology team were particularly amazing. Now being well looked after by Saeah and Olie in the gym.

Once confirmed, early appointment made & Prof Gomez emphasised the importance of taking it easy for 6 weeks. The first 2 or 3 wks of recovery quite difficult then suddenly you turn the corner. Bowels still settling down.
