Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. Dr. panagiotis Gikas was very professional and honest Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. Dr Rawlins was a true professional who explained everything in detail. He is clearly passionate about cardiology. Immediately I met him I felt at ease following some initial investigations with the cardiac nurse a few days before. My procedure was a day case and regardless of that I was given a private room which was very spacious and clean. All nurses and staff I came across and who took care of me were really kind and friendly. My allocated nurse and physiotherapist were really nice and explained everything I needed to know in terms of medications and post-operative recovery. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

But I must say everyone was very nice and friendly and made the delay bearable.
