The whole process was seamless, from the first phone call to Karen Keenan, she was so professional, friendly and explained the procedure, the cost and paperwork involved. On arrival for my mums consultation the staff were so welcoming, we had come up from the south, my parents tea were offered tea on arrival, the facilities are top class, clean and bright. My mum met with the nurse Eileen she was also so professional and put my mam at ease straight away. Dr. David Armstrong was amazing, he explained everything involved in the procedure and my mum couldn't stop praising him, his calming and professional friendly manor made the experience so easy and she remained so calm going back in for the procedure the following day. We can't thank you enough for a fantastic service and facilities. The HSE should be ashamed of themselves they have let down old age pensioners. These people contributed to the system for years paying their taxes and they are now left on waiting list for over 2 years. I work with elderly people, and I most certainly will be spreading the good word of Kings bridge. Thank you kings bridge diagnostic and treatment centre for your 5 star service.

It was such a breath of fresh air to have a doctor turn up to appointments actually having read your notes and so could offer something useful. At our previous clinic we had been told there weren’t really any other options but Ali seemed to have plenty of options for us to try which have been positive so far. To be honest even if we didn’t have a better outcome all we wanted was another option to try so we could at least say we’d tried everything. Ali is really professional but on a personal level as well and we felt as if he genuinely cared rather than just pushing us towards more ivf without addressing the root cause.

I came to Tanvi about a month ago with wisdom tooth pain and Tanvi suggested to have them out before I spend a few months away from the UK. We got booked in and I was slightly nervous but Tanvi explained the whole process in how the sedation would go, to put my mind at ease and come to the appointment understanding what was going to happen. When my sedation date came, I walked into the dentist I was greeted by Tanvi and calmly started the process to remove my 2 teeth. Very quick process and happy with how it has all turned out. Currently a week into recovery and feeling good and happy with the experience.

I visited Mr Raja with breathing problems back in late 2022. He diagnosed a deviated septum. He operated on my nose in Jan 2023, straightening the septum and vastly improving my breathing. Mr Raja explained every step of each procedure in a clear and easy to understand way. He has a brilliant personality that is so caring and professional. His handy work straightening my septum and helping my breathing was second to none. I will be forever grateful for what he did for me.

Visited your clinic yesterday. Arrived about 10mins late (appointment was 2.30pm), rang to warn, telephone reply was calm and reassuring, Young lady in the clinic was very polite and friendly. Sorted the problem in about 10mins, everything calm and relaxed. Left ear-piece, the transparent part, was identified as faulty and needed to be posted off to Oticon, return expected in about a week's time. Reception and treatment faultless and very much appreciated.

I appreciate the specialized equipment and expertise (and hence cost) required to perform a visual field test, but I continue to be irritated by the charge (currently £51) for a visual acuity check. Although at Moorfields this is now performed via a computer screen, in essence it is the same as sitting in front of a simple eye chart ... something which is so basic that in an optometrist's setting it attracts no charge at all.

Highly recommend Dr Gan, he completed my operation in 2021 for a large fibroid removal. This was a long operation of 8 hours and I was given lots of care and information afterwards. Mr Gan helped me to retrieve my records and wrote a letter to my consultant years later which has helped support and advise on the correct birth method for me after the operation.
