Through my time in therapy with Dr Kissell I have grown into an individual who is no longer bound by my thoughts or feelings, but rather recognise them as separate to the person I am. Dr Kissell has assisted me from a place of deep social anxiety to a platform of self understanding. I am no longer feel the mental constraints that materialised during challenging times, thanks to my sessions with Dr Kissell. I now feel confident with progressing in my life, after developing a new approach to life through my sessions. I look forward to the future instead of constantly dwelling on past negativity.

Where do I even begin? Working with Dr. Kissell was nothing short of a miracle for our marriage. When my husband and I sought her help, we were on the verge of a divorce, and it felt like there was no way back. But thanks to Dr. Kissell, we were given a lifeline that saved our relationship. From the very first session, Dr. Kissell displayed remarkable insight and compassion. She helped us confront our deepest fears and frustrations, guiding us through the toughest moments with unwavering support. There were times when we felt hopeless, but she never gave up on us. Her encouragement and understanding pushed us to keep going even when things seemed impossible. What sets Dr. Kissell apart is her genuine care and commitment to her clients. I came to Kathryn with a number of serious personal challenges in my personal and professional life that had all reached a peak at the same time. I was looking for someone to not only help me get through these challenges, but also help me to look inwards to understand my personality so that I could make sense of my current life and improve my future. Kathryn guided me through all of this with great care and kindness. She was always empathic and listened well. Just speaking with her helped my to work out a lot of the problems, but what really made a difference (and I feel sets her apart) was that she was able to bring in a very practical approach when this was needed, introducing concepts and exercises for me to do when she thought this was right. Some of these were a complete revelation. I've come to the end of my time with her now and feel like a new person - with a greater understanding of myself, my world and how to deal with everything that comes my way. In retrospect I can see that Kathryn was a very active person during our consultations - always thinking about my situation and where to go next. There were times when I was challenged with a concept or exercise to reach the next stage. Such is the nature of her care that I never felt challenged. The sessions were always safe spaces. During the bad times I would look forward to them knowing I would feel a little better afterwards which went a very long way. My experience with Kathryn has been absolutely transformative. Over a period of time we worked hard to turn things around and I'm in awe at her skills. I was undergoing huge personal shifts in these sessions but they always felt very gentle. I will always be incredibly grateful that Dr Kissell was recommended to me and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
