I'm still working with Karima, but I felt I wanted to share how much has shifted already. I came to therapy struggling with anger issues and relational trauma that was affecting every relationship in my life, particularly with my family. Karima has been brilliant at helping me understand where the anger comes from and, more importantly, how to work with it rather than being controlled by it. She's patient, non-judgemental, and has this way of helping you see patterns without making you feel criticised. The real measure of progress for me is this: I'm actually looking forward to spending Christmas with my family this year. In previous years, I'd dread it - the tension, the miscommunication, feeling misunderstood or easily triggered. But the work I've done with Karima has genuinely changed how I communicate with them and how I manage my reactions. I know I've still got work to do, but for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my relationships and like I'm not constantly battling with myself. If you're struggling with anger or family dynamics, I can't recommend Karima highly enough.

I recently had cataract surgery carried out by Mr J Ho, and I would like to share my wonderful experience. From the very beginning, his advice about the operation, the type of contact lens, and the value of the replacement lens was absolutely perfect for me. The cataract has now been removed, and my vision is 100% improved. I am completely satisfied with the results. I would also like to thank Mr Ho and the staff at Princess Margaret Hospital for their excellent pre- and post-operative care. They were professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. Before the surgery, I was quite apprehensive about having an operation on my eye. However, the procedure was painless and very quick. This has given me much more confidence, and I am now looking forward to having my other eye operated on in the New Year. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the care and excellent work carried out by Mr Ho and his team.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

Since moving to Bath in 2021 I have had a variety of treatments for sporting injuries with Sonja Bass, (Director and Lead Physio). Sonja is highly professional with a wealth of experience behind her. I have always received effective treatments and seen quick and positive results. She takes time to listen to concerns, and discuss treatment options and provides additional exercises that can be done easily at home. Facility was excellent, nice and clean as well as lovely and quiet. Instructions weee clear, and the receptionist was extremely friendly, as were the nursing staff I saw. I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !
