Mr. Kelleher was my chosen consultant for both of my pregnancies, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. During my first pregnancy, my waters broke unexpectedly at 36 weeks. Despite it being 4:00 AM, Mr. Kelleher took my call immediately and met me at the hospital just two hours later. His decisive recommendation to deliver early to avoid infection ensured that both my baby and I remained healthy and safe. ​When my second pregnancy became significantly more complex with a high risk of premature delivery, I knew I was in the best possible hands. Mr. Kelleher monitored me meticulously, coordinating additional specialist care with the premature delivery team at St Thomas'. Despite two hospitalizations, his expert guidance helped me reach full term. He delivered our healthy second baby with the same skill and care he showed the first time. Beyond his own practice, his referrals to other specialists—including an endocrinologist and physiotherapist—were outstanding. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has done for our family.

Having a private consultation with a Black female gynecologist provided a level of reassurance I haven’t found elsewhere; I knew my concerns wouldn't be brushed aside, which has unfortunately been my experience in the past with other doctors. Dr. Natalie took the time to go through my MRI results in detail, even sharing her screen to walk my husband and me through the images—something no doctor had ever done for us before. Her dedication is unmatched; she has been incredibly responsive to all my follow-up questions, even taking the time to reply on Christmas Day! I am so grateful for her expertise and genuine care.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Dr Vyas was exceptional with our 9 year old son who has chronic cough. He took time speaking to and examining him. He also undertook tests which all seemed appropriate and pertinent to what his presenting symptoms were. We saw him quickly and he maintained contact whilst the tests and results took place. He then took the time to explain everything and alleviated our concerns regarding any serious pathology. He then formed a clear and structured management plan. We would highly recommend him if you have children and are concerned!

The overall experience was very good. The information beforehand was comprehensive and honest and everything went according to plan. The pain in my knee and leg immediately afterwards still took my breath away but, as Christopher Gooding said they would, things got better. The Nuffield nursing staff were kind and considerate while I was in and my two visits afterwards for taking the staples out and later seeing Mr Gooding were reassuring.

Dr. Kapur was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough in her examination, and confident in creating a plan to manage and treat my condition. She has working relationships with several other physicians locally to whom I was referred for further testing. Mr Muddassar Hussain

Mr Hussain is clearly a highly skilled practitioner and I have nothing but respect for his performance. His manner is calm and reassuring but I found it offputting that he tends to avoid eye contact while talking and very often follows each remark with a question (eg: “…what do you think about that?”) - which is difficult for a medically unqualified person to react to sensibly.

Mr Hussain Alnajjar is simply a top class urological/andrological consultant and a phenomenal human to boot. He knows the disciplines inside out, is methodical, kind, very skilled and surrounded by the best team. If you have a urological or androlological issue he is the consultant to go and see. I was incredibly lucky to come across him.

All the staff were helpful, polite, professional and friendly. The consultant that treated me, listened to what I had to say about the state of my eyesight and answered any questions that I raised. He explained the laser procedure well. All in all it was a very satisfactory experience and greatly improved my sight.
