I visited the hospital to see an orthopaedic surgeon after having a fall at work and damaging my knee. I have had issue with it since the accident I suffered at work.I was advised to lodge a claim with my employers insurance. This I did because of the problems I am having with my knee. I was sent to see this gentleman so he could assess the damage to my knee. I was treated as if I was only there because I was lodging a claim and to have recompense for the damage I suffered and still am. He seemed very abrupt and I felt as though I was cross examined over the form I had filled in regarding my injury. I left the room feeling like I had done something extremely bad and wrong. I have never had to go through this scenario and very much hope not to have to go through another. I am a patient who has an injury that I am advised my a consultant needs an operation yet I was treated though I was feigning injury. I do not feel valued having attend at the one hospital.

When I arrived for my initial consultation I was very impressed with how much detail we went into, about myself, what I wished to achieve, why and how it would potentially affect my lifestyle and even possibly my vision going forward. Will has a lovely persona and I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I was given plenty of time to ask question and there was definitely no feeling of being either rushed, or pushed into the procedure. The procedure itself was great. I felt no pain and it was over much quicker than I had anticipated. Once home the bruising began but I had no pain at all and no need for any painkillers. I have since returned for my 12 week check and the difference in the before and after photos is quite unbelievable. I am over the moon with the results and would recommend Will at the drop of a hat. It was OK. Sorry this system doesn't allow me to write why I went there and therefore wastes my time! I was there for a Pre op assessment. My Op is 9 Feb 2026 under Dr Panos Gikas. I asked him if I could attend this clinic as it is nearer where I live. The. appointment was alright. The only issue I had was that when it came to having a blood test, they insisted that I had to have 2 separate ones in each arm? I get blood tests regularly as I have a long term condition. The first one was relatively pain free which was performed by Isabella. The second was performed by Riggs(?) and was unneccessarily painful due to him holding down the needle when it was in my arm. I was not happy about that. I did not understand the reason for the second blood test, when one is usually fine and if more blood is required, then usually another vial is attached as necessary.

I have recently had cosmetic surgery at Sancta Maria and i genuinely would not want to go anywhere else…. I may be biased as I work at the hospital but for me regardless of who I was the staff were very professional and gave outstanding care. I always watch how every staff members provide this incredible service to other members of the public but honestly they showed me so much care and compassion throughout my surgery. The staff in all departments - especially recovery and ward as that’s where I spent my time mostly. Also Ashley in outpatients for providing me with an appointment for dressing clinic to put my mind at ease when I accidentally got my dressings wet. Honestly I would not want to have had my surgery anywhere else. Thank you all so much. I am very proud to work within such an incredible team.

From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. The doctor explained really clearly what all the tests were for and what would happen when the procedure was to be done. A very pleasant experience from start to finish

The visit was for Dr Enwere to see my Mother who was recently admitted to St Peter’s for a blood transfusion and had other ongoing issues with heart and now lungs. Having attended the meeting with her I am writing on her behalf. She had a very honest discussion with Dr Enwere about her health, medication and future pathway. Dr Enwere explained everything in a manner that we both understood. He do not rush and was very kind as well as being frank and this was very much appreciated.

I had an umbilical hernia and had never had surgery with full anaesthetic before. Mr Coull was professional, thoughtful and very clear about my options and how everything was going to work. I felt looked after and in very safe hands. The surgery was quick and the recovery too. Cant recommend him highly enough. Also his PA Staci! All questions answered quickly and comprehensively! A great team.
