I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

In addition to his advanced surgical expertise he has used a range of other skills such as joint injections and diagnostic ultrasound to understand and manage my unusual knee issues. Just come out of a check up today the 20 Dec and i am so very happy to hear i am healing really well and ahead of where he would expect at this time. I have had the best experience with Mr Singh who has explained everything in an easy to understand way every step of the process. I am back to walking and driving and hope to be back doing my passion of ballroom and latin american dancing in another couple of weeks! Can't recommend Sam Singh enough.

I waited longer than usual for my appointment but Mr Sharma was very apologetic. He examined and more importantly listened to me about my concerns. The follow up letter arrived promptly so action could be taken. He gave me a referral for an appointment to have steroid injection which I obtained within 24 hrs. Sadly the referral letter had a couple of mistakes but these were rectified very quickly. Very impressed with the process and we are all individuals so mistakes can happen.

I was a bit taken aback by the total expense at checkout, as the cost wasn't explicitly mentioned or discussed during our consultation. I was simply asked if I wanted to purchase them here today. It would also have been helpful for me as a patient to understand if there were any alternative products available through NHS, even if they weren't the primary recommendation.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.

All the staff were helpful, polite, professional and friendly. The consultant that treated me, listened to what I had to say about the state of my eyesight and answered any questions that I raised. He explained the laser procedure well. All in all it was a very satisfactory experience and greatly improved my sight.
