I had both lenses replaced with the Galaxy Multifocal including Toric lenses. I was nervous about eye surgery, let alone with both eyes. However, there was no need. The operation was quick and painless and the recovery fine-very straightforward. Right from the initial consultation, the whole process was very smooth. Explanations were always clear and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The whole team, John, the nurses at Tetbury and the admin team were always very reassuring and friendly and if I had any queries, they always got back to me very quickly and efficiently. I have just had my 4 week follow up consultation and my near, mid and distance vision are all good. I haven't needed any glasses since the operation and that includes reading and a very screen based job! I'm very glad I had the operation. My sight is so much better. I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

I was out at ease as soon as I walked through the door. I was quite nervous but all of my questions were answered and I was treated as a real person with feelings rather than just another person coming in for a ‘service’. My hesitations about the cooper coil vs the hormonal one were discussed thoroughly and I ended up making the opposite decision to what I originally thought as it was better suited to me! (Just shows you can do all the research you want but actually having a chat with a doctor will always win). I could t have asked for a better experience- thank you.

Spoke with Dr. Cowie about starting HRT treatment. She explained why she thinks I should start (low energy, sleeping problems, foggy brain, sinusitis and dry eyelid oil glands). Also how to use the treatment, and what side effects I may have. We talked about the fact that I can call or email her anytime if I have questions or concerns while on the treatment. She is friendly, professional, efficient, and caring. I feel like I had ample time to talk about my concerns and left not feeling worried about my health and my future well being.

The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort. Once the procedure had been completed, the discomfort totally dissipated and l haven't felt any pain at all since - none whatsoever!

I underwent a HoLEP operation carried out by Mr Brewin and his team. Both the operation and my recovery have been excellent. Due to potential complications, in the event there were none, the operation was carried out in Salisbury NHS Hospital. Again the staff were friendly and helpful but circumstances at the time in the recovery ward resulted in the washroom facilities being less than acceptably clean.
