Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

I arrived early, as I was expecting to be seen in time, but my appointment was late ~45mins. I had discussed on the phone that I wanted to see someone who is going to be helpful with discussing menopause and other related issues. I was paying for the appointment myself, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately the time with the doctor felt rushed and I felt not heard. I had done a lot of research on holistic menopause care, and I felt that the doctor wasn’t in the same wave length with me. I was just advised to go and read more on menopause in two different websites. Examination was fine and straight forward, but to be sure of the diagnosis I will need futher procedures.

Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. She is receptive to answering any questions I might have. She promptly keeps my general practitioner informed of my current treatment, to ensure my medical care is managed holistically. She is an active listener and always allows me time to explain my current symptoms etc. In her professional manner, her approachability and her persistency in investigating my symptoms, I have confidence that I am in good hands.

Pretty straightforward experience overall. The receptionist on the first floor (the Somali lady wearing a hijab) was extremely kind and helpful. My phone was about to die and I asked if there was any chance of a charger- she went out of her way to help me, which I really appreciated. It’s the small things like that which leave a lasting impression, and that’s exactly why I wanted to leave this review. The only small suggestion I’d make is having oat milk available at the coffee machine for those who don’t have dairy, it would be a thoughtful and considerate touch.
