Today I attended an appointment to see Mr Jawad Freites, on arrival of my appointment he made me feel very comfortable and at easy with a safe space speak to about my concerns I had been have for around 2.5 years now, he was very understanding and carried out a thorough consultation and examination to enable me to get some answers to move forward with the correct treatment required, I would like to again comment on how Mr Jawad throughout my appointment explained everything to me and again made me feel at complete ease. At the end of my appointment I had got all the answers I had been trying to find along with a full understanding and plan on what was going to happen next and what my treatment options would be. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable consultant I felt Mr Jawad was extremely knowledgeable in his field and I could not recommend him enough. I felt very heard and understood today and I am looking very positive for my treatment moving forward.

Dr Sood and his team were absolutely fantastic in the care they provided my 1 year old daughter. As a qualified paediatric nurse there was nothing more I could ask of him and his team. He explained everything perfectly so that both me and my partner (who does not have a medical background) understood perfectly. He also gave us a good understanding of all our options, detailing positives and negatives of each so we could make an informed decision on our child's care. The team have excellent attention to detail when it comes to the care of children to make even the most undesirable of tasks (like blood tests) run smoothly with the least amount if distress to parent and child. I cannot rate the hospital highly enough following my recent operation. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by a number of staff members, all of who could not do enough to ensure I was comfortable, informed and had everything I needed. In particular nurses Damian, Sonia, Cindy and Salmon were wonderful, also the catering lady who's name i didn't catch, Steve the pharmacist, Mr Murray the anesthetist, and Mr Lewis the surgeon. All the staff were very friendly and relaxed which helped me settle in a situation I could have felt very uncomfortable and nervous in. Even though this procedure was covered by insurance I would not hesitate to self pay in the future if needed to have this level of care again.

I had a really positive experience with this pain management therapy service. From the first appointment, I felt listened to and taken seriously. The practitioner took the time to understand my symptoms, lifestyle, and history. Every session felt tailored to how I was describing the issues were. I’ve noticed a real improvement, not only in my pain levels but also in my mobility and overall day-to-day comfort. I also came away with practical advice and exercises to help manage things between sessions, which has made a big difference.

Everything was first class from reception to the nurse checks to the kind person who took me to surgery, the surgeon was nice to talk to, the team in the surgery room were efficient and kind. Back on ward the nurses were so lovely. I had a wobble (previous trauma) which unexpectedly made me emotional. They were so kind, non judgmental and all in particular Anna took time to be human - show human support from one female to another. It was appreciated.

Arriving for day surgery I was met with smiling faces and such kind and considerate people, their care and support were amazing and I can’t say thank you enough, after the surgery the nurses were so kind and caring and the surgeon and clinical team were awesome and explained every thing Bev Moxon my nurse was amazing and really took time to take care of me and make sure I was ok, their cup of sweet tea was amazing thank you Bev 😊

My experiences at the Lister hospital were generally positive. The facilities are clean and modern. The wait time was variable but generally ok. There wasn't much continuity in the nursing and sonography staff I saw which is a shame, and the quality was variable, but in general most of my experiences were with skilled and knowledgeable staff. On a few occasions I wasn't entirely confident in the nurse or sonographer treating me.

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.

I receive my chemotherapy at the London Clinic, the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. They always explain and check the treatment they are providing. They make sure I’m comfortable as my treatment can take all day. The Doctors / Nurses are knowledgeable and listen to your concerns or queries. I feel well looked after on the day of my treatment.
