I wasn’t acknowledged as a carer as well as an apartment until the lady with the menus asked me and made sure I had food. My son wasn’t offered food after doling back From Surgery, I had to request it. Very clean. Hard to navigate if you aren’t familiar with the place. Parking is an issue. Nurses in the treatment room are amazing. Overall very good but very expensive if you haven’t got insurance.
There was not a single point throughout my process from initial application via my Vitality app to diagnosis and treatment plan being provided that did not exceed my expectations. First class service as ever from Mr Hewitt and all of the team at Hillsborough Private Clinic.
This was my first experience of the Hillsborough Private Clinic and the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. While this is an older style building is was well set out and immaculately clean and while I appreciate that space is at a premium a groundlevel toilet facility would be an asset as while I have no mobility issues I can see where climbing stairs to the bathroom could be an issue for some.
My treatment and care with Mr. Gareth Hewitt at Hillsborough Private Clinic was excellent.
Mr Hewitt was his usual professional self with a very friendly and approachable manner. He is used to my 101 questions and takes time to answer them and reassure me. With my cancer he made sure all the relevant tests and operation was conducted in a short time frame. The nurses were also efficient and very welcoming. Takes the stress out of every hospital visit.
This certainly was a five star experience. Mr. Hewitt and the staff could not have treated me better. Respectful and caring.
I would definitely have no issues recommending this clinic.
