Mr Gareth Hewitt

Attended Hillsborough Private Clinic under Gareth. This was the second appointment in which a gastropscopy and colonoscopy were performed. On my first appointment I spoke with Mr Hewitt about bowel symptoms I was experiencing previously and he undertook an investigation of my bowel lining. This is when he advised to get the double procedure done. I initially attended with regards to a Hiatus Hernia. Gareth and Nurse Hazel put me at my ease before the procedures. I took sedation and the procedures were carried out with little discomfort. Mr Hewitt had looked at previous scans which I had undertaken through the NHS and was able to give me more information about y conditions that the NHS had not. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Hewitt for GI procedures carried out at Hillsborough Private Clinic. Very professional in his work and will answer any questions in relation to your presenting conditions

The experience from I entered the clinic was fantastic a very calm atmosphere all staff where very attentive. MR Hewitt again was very good taking the time to explain the procedure and also answered all questions. The procedure itself went very well and again nurses were fantastic. 10/10 from start to finish.

Despite he himself going through a very difficult personal time at the time of our appointment we were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism throughout.
