I found Dr. Au to be very kind and compassionate. When I walked in he was very welcoming and friendly. He listened attentively to the symptoms I have been having and how I am feeling. I left the consultation feeling for the first time in a long time that I might actually get some relief from my thyroid issues. I have just started the medication he prescribed today so to early to comment on it. I would highly recommend Dr. Au to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr Au has been looking after my thyroid care for the past few months. I find him to be a very professional and personable consultant. He is a careful listener, noting all my symptoms, and very happy to engage with any questions I might have. Before I saw Dr Au my health and well-being were under considerable strain. Following my appointments with him and the treatment he has prescribed, my health has improved greatly. I feel much better both physically and mentally and I have full confidence in his ability and interest in treating my condition.

Dr Au thoroughly investigated all the symptoms that i was experiencing as a result of my hypothyroidism . He did the full spectrum of tests, prescribed the correct dose to alleviate the symptoms and suggested the supplements that i should take for optimal absorption and health. I recommend him very highly to those patients still suffering symptoms like hair loss, low mood etc

Dr. Au was fantastic when I seen him, it was great to feel like I was being listened to and concerns addressed unlike with my GP. I look forward to the follow up in a few month's time, as it feels like now I will recieve genuinely helpful advice and guidance for my PCOS.
