What we appreciated the most was how thoroughly he walked us through the steps needed to identify the actual root cause of the eczema rather than just treating the symptoms. His approach focused on understanding the underlying triggers and making gradual, informed changes. Dr. Henderson also advised us to stop using all kinds of steroid creams for now and instead focus on a more structured approach to diagnosing and managing the condition. This gave us confidence that we are moving toward a safer, long-term solution for our daughter’s skin. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience. Dr. Henderson’s professionalism, clarity, and genuine concern for his young patients made a strong impression on us. We feel much more confident about managing Elisha’s eczema after this consultation.
