Dr Duncan is the best of the best when it comes to obstetric care. His expertise, coupled with his calm and reassuring approach, gave me an enormous amount of confidence, particularly when I experienced complications during the second half of my pregnancy. I particularly appreciated that Dr Duncan personally carried out all of my scans and was so easily contactable with any questions or concerns between appointments, which I know is not the case with all obstetric consultants. Being able to text or call him at any time of the day or night and receive immediate, clear and considered advice and reassurance was invaluable. It helped put me at ease during what were, at times, quite stressful periods of my pregnancy. Dr Duncan also went to great lengths to put together a delivery plan that was highly tailored to my medical needs. As a result, when the day of my caesarean section arrived, I felt completely reassured that I was in the safest possible hands with him and the team at The Portland. The procedure itself was carried out with the highest level of skill and care, and my recovery has been much swifter than I had anticipated. I cannot recommend Dr Duncan highly enough. I will genuinely miss having regular appointments with him, but very much hope to return for baby number two in the future! He is not only an exceptional obstetrician, but also a genuinely kind and caring person who is clearly invested in his patients and wants to ensure they have the best possible pregnancy and birth experience.

I used to come to kinged dental when Ziyaad Sujee practiced but I followed him to Moor Park as he is the only dentist who has never hurt me. I do use Kingsend for dental hygiene etc. and my wife is very happy with the practice. On this occasion I came for the tooth whitening which has been great, but I did need one filling replacement. I was promised it wouldn't hurt, it DID. The difference is that Ziyaad would normally test with hot and cold after the injection to ensure it had taken effect before drilling, whereas I ended up with extra injection and a numb mouth etc for 6 hours. I appreciate it was an awkward back tooth and both the dentist and assistant were lovely people, but it did Hurt. on the plus side it is done and only a little sore today and it was £195 rather than the £325 at Moor Park, but I think I will remain with Ziyaad for intrusive dentistry despite the cost.

Dr Borzoueh Mohammadi

General Surgeon

I had a haital hernia repair and 270 degree funduplication procedure carried out by Dr Mohammadi. Dr Mohammadi is a wonderful person and from first contact it felt like meeting a caring friend. He explained with details all my options at the start with plenty of time for questions and answers. He is a very experienced person and every meeting with him was reassuring and I felt in very capable hands. He and his team were always available throughout the journey if I needed to reach out. The procedure and recovery for me have progressed perfectly. I'm at 8 weeks after the surgery and I am happy to say my acid reflux, heartburn and all the issues with stuff coming back up from the stomach are all gone. I would like to thank Dr Mohammadi and all his team for their kindness, care and help.

My experience from the very beginning has been great, from speaking to Dave who explained everything about the process and costs to meeting him with my surgeon Geri who made me feel very comfortable, on the day of the operation the clinic was immaculately clean and everyone from the reception were so friendly and welcoming and helpful, Paul took me through to theatre and made me feel relaxed and comfortable, Denise was great taking all my details and friendly too. Everyone I met in theatre were so nice and supportive Hussain and Trevor were great. Thanks to Geri my Surgeon who did a great job. I have follow up calls with Geri and the nurse after my operation which makes you feel comfortable and confident with the whole procedure. Thanks to the whole team.

I saw Professor Treibel following my aortic valve replacement and could not recommend him more highly. He was extremely reassuring, friendly and thorough, taking the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, answer every question and explain everything clearly and simply. He arranged all of the appropriate investigations and took the time to talk me through the results in detail, which gave me a great deal of reassurance. The receptionist are nice and see you quickly. The chairs in the reception are comfy and theres a decent amount of them for everyone. The wait wasn’t long and was seen quite quickly. The doctor himself was a bit disappointing feel like it was over and done with quickly and did not pay much attention. For example said I don’t have a limp and walk fine when I quite evidently have a limp and don’t walk normally due to my hips and knees. Strangers at the pharmacy notice my limp like it happened to me the other day yet a doctor couldn’t?… The experience just felt rushed.

My experience could not have been better, I had my right knee replacement in March 26 and here I am just 5 months later getting my left knee replacement, the best thing I would say is that Dr Barbar Kayani does the most fantastic job so we mustn't let his amazing efforts go to waste, so we should work hard to do our part and honestly you will have the best outcome, my right knee is brilliant and it's only been a few short months, it's hard sometimes but stick with it and you'll have your life back. I had a penile implant carried out by Ms Elizabeth Osinibi my interviews with her were carried out very professionally and everything was explained in detail of the operation i would under go very professional surgeon as i was a wake through the whole operation fantastic job was carried out and her concern about your progress on your recovery was excellent she is very easy to talk to and get answers for any questions you want to know after care from her was excellent in her surgery always thinking of the patient a wonderful caring person

Mr Brookes-Fazakerley is clearly a very skilled surgeon in his field. He was very professional and explained every detail of the procedure I was receiving especially the pros and cons for me to consider. I had Right elbow distal biceps. tendon reconstruction with tendo-Achilles allograft. I am still on the road to recovery but feeling very positive how the surgery went. Mr Mohamed performed lumbar decompression at L3/4 and L4/5 in June ‘26 and I left hospital after a 1 night stay completely rid of the sciatic pain I’d had for 9 months. I am still pain-free and back to all normal activities, including exercise after 10 weeks. Mr Mohamed explained clearly what the procedure involved and what the post-surgery journey would look like and I’m so happy and grateful to have such a good outcome.
