I recently visited 55 Moorgate, Cleveland Clinic London, and had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Maniyar, who is truly an exceptional neurologist. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Dr. Maniyar's expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease and confident in the care I received. He took the time to listen attentively, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt supported throughout the consultation. The entire team at Cleveland Clinic London, from the front-of-house staff to the clinical team, were equally impressive. Everyone was welcoming, efficient, and highly professional, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. The attention to detail and genuine care provided by the staff made a significant difference in my visit. Cleveland Clinic London at 55 Moorgate is a world-class facility, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Dr. Maniyar and the entire team set the standard for exceptional healthcare. If you're looking for top-notch neurological care or any medical services, this is the place to go.

I had my shoulder replacement there and spent 2 nights as well (Thurs and Fri). The nursing staff and health assistants were brilliant and attentive, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is about the food staff/team, and to some degree the food itself. The food is just above ok, clearly institutional, but not with a lot of awareness of how a patient may need to handle or access the food. This may be because most of the overnight patients are there for knee or hip surgery. I don't know. But with a shoulder replacement, I can't cut anything (I tried to order things I could pick up or stab) but things like I could barely get the cling wrap off the plates so I could actually access the food were disappointing. There were times I had to eat with my one good hand, no utensil. At no point did any of the food staff notice or do anything like offer to take the cling film off for me, etc. Very perfunctory and in light of the other care received there, really stood out as lacking.

Excellent - I had been told by another Dentist that a pre molar tooth would require a crown when a .5cm filling they put in fell out so I consulted Dentalessence, and thanks to Joanna at front of house my email was seen by Zayd who amongst other things specialises in onlays and he used this procedure to restore my tooth. The staff at Dentalessence are absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help me by arranging to see me quickly and out of hours so thank you very much to Zayd and Brooke for staying late. As a result of this experience I have now changed my Dentist to Dentalessence who offer a wide range of treatments in house and modern dentistry techniques that help to preserve the natural tooth which is a very welcome change! I am delighted with the whole experience around my journey from initial referral to Mr. Nair through the HoLep procedure and stay at the London Bridge Hospital and follow-up. I have been treated with courtesy and kindness . The process of pre-surgery checks and appointments has been efficient, well-communicated and all points of contact both friendly and helpful. Mr. Nair has been kind, reassuring and very clear in his descriptions of the various procedures open to me and the pros and cons of each. My stay in hospital was a pleasant as these things can be. I was treated with care and kindness by everyone. The procedure appears to have gone very well and I am making a very good recovery. Exceeding all expectations. I am very grateful indeed.

I found Richard SCAWN extremely likeable. He did not try to persuade me into the operation, but explained all the benefits clearly. I was more than impressed when I sent him a message at the weekend post op. To say I was concerned about my eyes, that he took to trouble to come to my house to check there was no infection and reassure me all was well. After 3 weeks my eyes are healing really well and are looking great. I recommend Mr SCAWN and thank him for “a new me!!)

Visited your clinic yesterday. Arrived about 10mins late (appointment was 2.30pm), rang to warn, telephone reply was calm and reassuring, Young lady in the clinic was very polite and friendly. Sorted the problem in about 10mins, everything calm and relaxed. Left ear-piece, the transparent part, was identified as faulty and needed to be posted off to Oticon, return expected in about a week's time. Reception and treatment faultless and very much appreciated.
