I really felt like Mr Carter listened to me from the start. He explained how he was going to help me step by step, arranging for non invasive treatments (braces etc) before operating. I trust Mr Carter, this is very important because I was very nervous before my revised knee replacement. He patiently explained the procedure and ensured any of my questions were answered. I don’t ever feel rushed during appointments. Thank you Mr Carter for helping me!

I was seen promptly and met with a friendly greeting. Mr Carter explained what he had done in terms that I could understand,, and answered my queries in a nice calm and professional manner.

Very relaxed meeting but every detail of my surgery was covered simply and in detail. Mr Carter is a very clever and knowledgeable man at the top of his game. A pleasure to meet such a nice man.

Mr Carter is an excellent Surgeon and I would recommend him to others without hesitation. Mr Carter performed a hip replacement operation on me which has improved my well-being one hundred and ten percent. I cannot praise him highly enough for his care and attention.

Was seen as soon as we got there . Explained and showed us the x-ray of my hip. Very pleased with the results.

No wait tp be seen, actually seen before appointment time. Friendly atmosphere, shown x rays of implant I'd recieved checked everything was progressing as it should. All in all excellent treatment recieved.

Excellent service. Pleasant, listened to what i said, showed interest, gave me a full explanation of the operation i required. Treated me with care and dignity. An asset to your business. I would and will recommend him to my friends and family.
