Was amazing experience from start to fish can't wait till second hip done

From my consultation to the day of my surgery I was impressed by the professionalism and calm manner of Dr Rehman. He explained the pros and cons of my knee surgery and what to expect after surgery. He came to see me on the ward after my op, asked how I was feeling and to tell me that everything went well. I’ve had 2 knee replacements 6 months apart by Dr Rehman and my experience from admission to my discharge day was second to none by all hospital staff.

I received top class care from Mr Rehman and the rest of his team. My total knee cap replacement operation went very smoothly and was very successful. I am now happily preparing to go back to have him operate on my second knee.

Knee replacement at NTC Kirkcaldy. Mr Rehman was excellent, he carefully explained the benefits and risks of the operation, was really good at providing reassurance about the operation and how it would happen. Best thing to say was the operation was a great success, clinical staff and everybody involved were attentive and very helpful. Dr. Rehman was very professional and also very caring. At the initial consultation he was very welcoming and put me at ease straight away leaving me very confident about the operation I was to undergo. Pre and post op he ensured I was comfortable with procedures and follow up visits. His team and all of the staff involved around my consultations and surgery were excellent ensuring I felt cared for as an individual not just as another "hip replacement".

Went to the appointment and was put at ease with Dr.Rehman. He explained everything that would happen for the operation and asked if i had any questions and he answered my questions. He was very informative from first appointment what he expected from me to get my procedure to go ahead The hole procedure from early morning admission to recovery in ward he kept me informed on every step which was very reassuring Afterwards in the ward his staff were amazing
