I cannot recommend Dr.Nama highly enough. From my very first consultation, he had been incredibly patient, taking the time to truly listen and understand my concerns about fibroids. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, which made a complex and worrying situation feel much more manageable. Now after having gone through the fibroid removal procedure this week,I can vouch that you can be completely reassured that you are in the safest hands. What really stood out is how considerate and compassionate he is. He has a calm and reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease and it genuinely feels like half your worries disappear just by speaking with him. You never feel rushed, and every question is answered with care and attention. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such deep knowledge with genuine kindness and patience. I’m truly grateful for the support and care I’ve received, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for not just an excellent specialist, but also someone who truly cares about their patients.

Dr Bora is fantastic. Nursing staff are great. Reception team is friendly enough but wouldn't say exceptional. My main frustration is irregular emails sent some time after appointments asking for payment when a package and arrangements have been made with Dr Bora. Or even when we have paid LIPS directly on those days and then new invoices (lacking detail) are suddenly shared weeks later. That's what's dragging the experience down as it feels dishonest and not transparent by the accounts/admin teams at LIPS. And or like the team has not had sufficient training. It's leading to a poor experience which is a pity as the facilities are incredible

My first time having an appointment with Dr Malik today after previously attending the surgery on multiple occasions with a previous dentist who was clearly not interested in helping me Dr Malik listened to my concerns and focused only on what was causing me pain and helped me there and then and sorted the situation, i wasn’t coaxed into a filling or an £80 clean, which i would have gladly gotten if my needs were met previously, she helped me with my main concern and ill gladly go back to her for any other recommendations she has for me to better the health of my teeth

We recently visited with our three-year-old son for a blood test and couldn't have been more impressed. Our boy can be quite volatile in unfamiliar situations, but he didn't flinch or get upset once — the staff were absolutely brilliant with him. The whole team is clearly focused on putting children and parents at ease, and everyone we met was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are spotlessly clean with plenty of parking too. Highly recommend to any parent dreading a tricky appointment with a little one. Five stars.

I bought my newborn to see Emma for paediatric osteopathy several times now. He was suffering with colic, reflux and generally being unsettled and uncomfortable for several weeks before we came. The treatments have helped him so much. He is so much more settled and clearly much more comfortable now, it’s made an incredible difference. Emma is so kind and gentle, and creates a really calm environment to bring the baby to and made me feel really comfortable. We are so glad we came and cannot recommend Emma and the clinic more!

He listened carefully and understood my anxieties about forthcoming cataract surgery under general anaesthetic, taking great trouble to explain the procedure in detail and put my mind at rest. He performed a highly complex surgery with outstanding results, successfully preventing any further deterioration of my eyesight. Throughout, he could not have been more understanding, empathetic and considerate, for which I am deeply grateful.

David took time to listen to the goals I wanted to achieve, and it's clear he cares about patients' wellbeing. He was happy to discuss options and we agreed surgery for my torn ACL. He explained all I needed to know and was happy to answer questions. He's also a great surgeon and I"m now 7 weeks post op, walking round with hardly any pain or swelling. He has many years of experience and it shows. So happy he agreed to do my surgery, I would definitely recommend him.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy due to experiencing a lot of pain. I had previously seen Dr Manny about 10 months before, and the issue had somewhat returned. The entire experience was first class in terms of treatment and the nurses during the procedure were also super. I have had a follow up call this morning and will have a follow up again in person in 8 weeks. All dealt with brilliantly. I couldn’t recommend more highly.
