I’m being treated by Naomi Murray, who closely follows the latest international research on Achilles injuries, which is very reassuring. The rehab plan has always been clear, progress has been excellent, and follow-up is very responsive whenever I have questions. Her patients’ recovery and long-term outcomes are clearly a genuine priority for her. The facilities at the Lansdowne Club are also outstanding and make a real difference to the quality of the rehabilitation. I would definitely recommend Physio Remedies.

The advice I received aligned with my own independent analysis using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, which further reinforced my confidence in both the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment plan. Dr Chopra also addressed additional concerns beyond the initial reason for my visit, offering a broader treatment approach, which I appreciated. While I understand that diagnosing multiple issues within a half-hour appointment is challenging, the consultation was helpful and provided the reassurance and confidence boost I was looking for.

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

This is my 2nd hip replacement with Mr Brew. He listened to my level of disability and terrible pain levels. The dressing pro14 was brilliant, my healing was much quicker. After the dressing was removed I stopped the pain killers ( I was only in paracetamol). I remain pain free. I was very very limited with activities of daily living but now I am starting on a path to being able to walk (properly) again.. The operation has been, honestly, life changing.
