Following my knee replacement surgery in January, I was fortunate to receive outstanding care and support from my physiotherapist Gordon Wilkin of ESP Physio in Grangemouth. From the very first appointment, his professionalism, expertise, and encouragement gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands. Recovery from knee replacement surgery can be challenging, but he tailored a rehabilitation programme to my individual needs, ensuring I progressed safely while continually motivating me to achieve my goals. His knowledge, patience, and ability to explain every stage of the recovery process helped me understand what to expect and kept me focused throughout. What impressed me most was the genuine care and support I received. He always took the time to listen, answer questions, and adapt my treatment when needed. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, I have regained strength, mobility, and confidence far sooner than I expected. The team who run the reception are also genuinely very helpful and make you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend both Gordon and his colleagues at ESP Physio to anyone requiring physiotherapy or rehabilitation support. The level of care, professionalism, and personal attention is exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done to help me recover and get back to enjoying everyday life. I cannot recommend Mr Ammar Alhasso highly enough. From my first consultation through to my successful procedure and recent follow-up appointment, the care I have received has been outstanding. I was well briefed as to my options , which was most helpful in informing the choices available to me. What was going to happen was well explained , together with what I needed to to prepare me for the procedure. The same thus came as no surprise Clearly the disappointment fear anxiety and pain as is involved in any operation cannot be totally removed - but if it can be explained beforehand in a way the patient can understand - and thus prepare themselves for , things then still will hurt - but will not come as a surprise and thus become an accepted part of what needs to happen and so allow confidence. The procedure seemed to be achieved professionally and well . The immediate post operative care in the hospital was practised and professional . The next day telephone call by Prof Tan was well appreciated ( particularly as it was a Saturday !) as it reinforced that you are not ‘left on your own’ to try to cope with a situation completely alien to what you - which altho’ briefed beforehand , nonetheless remains alien to the patient who is the one in pain ! Reassurance that things are proceeding normal and as expected , again tho painful for the patient, is a valuable palliative….. Thank you very much.

I initially went to see Charlie about an ongoing issue with shin splints injuries in both legs, during my first assessment he noticed overpronation in my ankles (which I hadn't noticed before) and recommended an ankle strengthening plan, orthotics and changing footwear. I have had issues with shin-splints since 21/22 and can honestly say that he has helped more in the last year than other professionals. Also, he has helped me to get back into running with stretches and warm ups. I go monthly for sports massages as I intend on keeping active. Can (and have) most definitley recommend.

Mr Dehne performed total knee replacement on left knee 4.5 months ago. From first visit to post-op consultation I felt very supported, listened to and as though I was in great hands. The receptionists at CHEC Milton Keynes were excellent,and proactively helpful in a number of ways, including booking appointments that other people couldn't. Unfortunately, for various reasons, some unconnected with the Clarity, the delay to the surgeon's availability on the day, messed up my transportation arrangements, which was frustrating. The surgeon was very friendly, quick, and apparently very effective in the Laser surgery he performed.

Professor Murphy is the most caring, compassionate and gifted surgeon. I was terrified following my cancer diagnosis through an NHS screening. He saw me within a week and operated within two weeks. He even took the time to call me on a Sunday with my histology results. I will never be able to thank him enough He has given me the opportunity to continue to live my life. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Kahn was so professional and again very helpful and thorough in every respect, including immediately prescribing antibiotics and a precautionary X-ray. As a result my injury has been improving well. Dr Kahn's Medical Certificate has resulted in a successful insurance claim for holiday cancellation.
