We cannot thank Dr Mohamed Abd-Alazeez and his team enough for the care, dedication and support they have shown my dad and our family during such a difficult time. Dr Mohamed was kind, direct and straight to the point, which is exactly what you need when navigating something as daunting as a cancer diagnosis. He made sure my dad had the tests and scans he needed, and the communication throughout has been fantastic. His secretary, Alex, was equally brilliant and always helpful. Although we are sad that my dad’s diagnosis means we are now taking a different direction and will no longer be under Dr Mohamed’s care, we will always be grateful for everything he and his team have done for us up to this point. One of the most important things during times like these is knowing you have explored every avenue and that you won’t be left wondering “what if?”. With Dr Mohamed and his team, you know that everything is being done, that you are being listened to, and that you have someone who genuinely gives 100%. Thank you, Dr Mohamed, Alex and the whole team, for your time, kindness and dedication. You have made a difficult journey that little bit easier, and that means more to us than you will ever know. A heartfelt thank you from a very grateful father and daughter.

My recent experience with Dr Om Lahoti and the hospital was exceptional. The hospital facilities are of the highest standard, and all staff members were extremely professional, attentive and supportive throughout my visits. Everything was handled with remarkable efficiency. X-rays were taken on-site, with the images forwarded directly to my email almost immediately. Surgical procedures were also arranged promptly and efficiently, with excellent communication throughout. The patient rooms and facilities were outstanding, as was the quality of the food. Every aspect of my experience reflected a genuine commitment to high standards of patient care, comfort and professionalism. I could not recommend Dr Lahoti and the hospital more highly. An excellent experience from beginning to end.

The doctor Wene, was absolutely wonderful. Warm, friendly, compassionate and genuinely caring, she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, carried out a thorough examination and explained everything she was doing and why, in a clear and reassuring manner. What particularly stood out was that I never once felt rushed. She gave me her undivided attention, encouraged questions and made me feel that my health and wellbeing genuinely mattered, rather than simply being another appointment in a busy day. Her combination of clinical professionalism, kindness and empathy was exceptional. I left feeling reassured, listened to and incredibly grateful for the care I received. A truly lovely doctor and a credit to her profession.

Absolutely unacceptable service. We waited 50 minutes for a prescription with a nine-year-old child, only for someone to eventually come out and tell us, “Sorry, someone should have come and told you, but we don’t actually stock this.” So we had been sitting there for 50 minutes for absolutely no reason. Nobody thought to inform us sooner, and we hadn’t even had a chance to eat. I completely understand that items may be out of stock, but there is no excuse for such poor communication and a complete lack of consideration for customers. Really disappointing service and simply not good enough.

Richi was a very nice lady and I felt that she did the cleansing job well. She asked me about myself first and made sure that I was comfortable. I was made a little uncomfortable because of her nervousness and frustrated by her assuming that I knew nothing about how to manage my teeth. It made me feel infantilised. She seemed to want to work on an adult-child relationship whereas I would have responded better to adult-adult. I hope that she will take this as constructive feedback because she is evidently a very good hygenist and I wish her well.

Mr Paniker is a very empathetic and personable professional, who cares very much about his patients’ outcomes. His surgical expertise has given me so much more movement in my hand and we discussed this thoroughly. We talked about a way forward which was very helpful to me. Mr Paniker was very pleased with my outcome, as am I, and felt able to discharge me at this point. However, he is going to review me in April 27, regarding my thumb joint replacement surgery, which was carried out in April 26. I would be extremely happy to recommend Mr Panniker.

Pre opp and post opp, all the team were fantastic. Im 3 days into recovery and the team have been extremely helpful and nothing has been to much bother for them. Pre opp i was given a full breakdown of the procedure and how it will run, it went exactly to plan on the day thanks to Dr Apostolos and the team. Before I had even got home another member of UK skin reached out to check how it had all gone and how i was feeling. Overall, a fantastic service so far and I have felt in safe hands all the way from the consultation to now.

Booked an appointment to see Richard due to persistent lower back pain. I've seen him numerous times before and he's someone I know I can trust to take care of msk pain issues. As per before he took a detailed history and full exam before applying targeted therapy and giving me an exercise plan. The therapy worked immediately to relieve the pain and I'm sure the exercise plan will have lasting benefit. This clinic would always be my first port of call even though it's a 45 minute drive from me!

I was very impressed with our fact I got my appointment. The staff were lovely very thorough. The only reason I have given three stars is because I had my ultrasound on the 27th of October and it is now the 1st of November. The reason I chose the clinic was I want my written report for tomorrow for a NHS appointment with my PHYSIO. I paid £305 and now I am having to chase the report! I have left a voicemail but I understand it is Sunday, the report is urgently needed before 11:30 tomorrow

Mr Waldron was extremely helpful throughout my appointment, taking the time to listen to my medical history, discuss my symptoms and explain what could help manage them in the future. Throughout the procedure, he regularly explained what he was doing and checked that I was comfortable and okay. Having experienced these recurring symptoms for several years, Mr Waldron was one of the best ENT specialists I’ve seen. I would definitely return to him for treatment in the future.

Every member of staff I met were really kind, I am a very nervous person, the nurses put me at ease, even leaving the door open so I didn’t feel alone. I was looked after really well all through the night. The private room I had was beautifully clean and comfortable. The bathroom spotless. The food was delicious too.
