I cannot recommend Dr. Bhatti highly enough. From the very beginning of my pregnancy through to my postnatal care, Dr. Bhatti has been absolutely exceptional. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. When my waters broke unexpectedly before my planned Caesarean section, I was naturally very anxious. During our phone conversation, Dr. Bhatti reassured me that everything would be okay, explained what would happen next, and encouraged me not to worry. Her calm and reassuring manner made such a frightening moment feel so much less overwhelming, and I truly felt I was in the safest hands. Throughout my pregnancy, she always took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. I always felt listened to, respected, and supported. Thanks to Dr. Bhatti, I had a wonderful birth experience and welcomed our beautiful baby safely into the world. Her care did not stop after delivery—she has continued to provide excellent postnatal support, for which I am incredibly grateful. Dr. Bhatti has given our family so much confidence that if we ever decide to have a third baby, there is no doubt we would choose her again. Thank you for everything you have done for our family. We will always be grateful.

I was referred to Mr Sam Datta as I had a small kidney stone. I had previously had a stent fitted while on a trip to Germany as I was taken ill whilst there. Upon my return, I was referred to a consultant urologist who then contacted Mr Datta. I had a consultation with Mr Datta and he fitted me into his surgery schedule within four days. I saw Mr Datta on the morning of my operation and we had a lovely reassuring conversation regarding the procedure. He was going to remove the stent and the stone in one go as the stone had stuck itself to the stent so I was unable to pass it naturally. When I woke from the operation I was virtually pain free. I had been suffering with lower abdominal pain ever since I got the stone and to wake up without it was fantastic. I had a little discomfort from the procedure itself but this passed within twenty four hours. I cannot praise Mr Datta enough. I had a follow up scan and then a final consultation and I was cleared of any more stones or kidney problems. So from my first consultation through to the actual operation and follow up care, I cannot thank Mr Datta enough. An excellent professional and a lovely human being.

From entering to exiting, the care, environment, service and warm from the lovely lady at reception and Dr. Carlin was excellent. Oh and I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Bláthnaid Carlin and fully endorse her as an outstanding medical professional. She is the perfect balance of professional, relatable, and deeply knowledgeable. It is incredibly rare to encounter a person, let alone a medical professional, who is as genuinely warm and approachable as Dr Carlin. She has a remarkably lovely demeanour, and she creates an environment where you feel completely comfortable talking to her about anything at all. I was absolutely devastated to hear that she will be leaving the practice at the end of the month. We were informed of this due to the nature of our diagnoses and the recognised need for us to be aware, allowing us time to process the upcoming change. I sincerely hope that both she and the management team recognise the immensely positive impact she has had here. Any future patients of hers will be incredibly lucky to be in her care. She is an absolute credit to her profession, and she will be deeply missed by my husband and I.

My GP said my condition pointed to it being a vascular problem in my legs or a spinal stenosis problem. The wait on the NHS fo an appointment for a vascular check was 7 to 8 months. I contacted Osteopath West and had an appointment within 24 hours. I was given a thorough leg examination and nothing was found to indicate a vascular problem although I did not have a Doppler test. I had previously had several back problems and it was agreed that I should have a couple of IDD sessions to see if that helped. 24 hours later I have not experienced the leg pains I previously had so I am glad I went to Osteopath West and am hoping my condition continues to improve.

I have absolutely no issues with my recent procedure. All staff were good at what they do and I was made to feel cared for and valued. The only drawback was that on my surgery day, I was ‘marked up’ by my surgeon and I was waiting to go only to be told surgery had to be cancelled, as the anaesthetist hadn’t turned up! At that time I was totally deflated. You don’t expect this when you’re paying thousands of pounds. I was taken the following week so not too long but obviously I had organised my dogs in a home boarder and someone to pop in and make sure I was ok. This all had to be rearranged. All went well when I got my procedure .

The location was a short walk from the local station and on arrival I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, where I was directed to the floor of my appointment. Signing in was straight forward, although the form completed on the day could maybe have been done electronically ahead of the appointment The waiting room was clean and the TV helped take my mind off the appointment. Following my appointment I was directed to the x-ray department where I had a 15 minute wait to be seen, which was excellent considering the x-ray appointment was only made while I was there. This is how all medical appointments should be.

Everything is fine. However the "process" is taking a long time, from my Opticians initial referral. Mainly because, every step requires an appointment, and appointments are only given weeks after, one another. Could not, all the required appointments be "pencilled" in, on day one. If all is well it's game on. And if a problem becomes identified, those future appointments would then become available for another patient My appointments, did not indicate any major issues, but the process itself, has significantly delayed the overall treatment.

Also listened to my concerns as a few years previously my sister aged 49 had died of a blood clot after her hip replacement. This was my 4th visit, starting with a consultation, and planning surgery, then Surgery to remove my left cataract. Followed by a post op review, and finally surgery tore over my right cataract. I opted for Toric replacement lenses to hopefully negate the need for glasses, although I will need reading glasses. On each occasion, the staff& consultants have been knowledgable, helpful, courteous, kind and totally professional. I am extremely happy with the result and would throughly recommend the service to others.

He went through everything with a fine tooth comb and knew exactly what my problem was, and what my options were. I was referred to him by Professor Said at the Spire Hodpital, as he deals with complex cases. I would recommend John Flynn Opticians without hesitation, and just wish I had found them sooner

I decided to go private after becoming dissatisfied with my GP/NHS care. Dr Nair was exceptionally professional. He talked through my condition and reviewed all current data/results. He identified a route forward and prescribed appropriate medication. Medication that my GP has withheld for 5 months. I am already undergoing his suggested course of action, and have booked a follow up appointment. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Nair.

He took a thorough history of my issue and helped to rule out other differential conditions with the testing that he carried out, so we are clearer about the presenting issue. I feel reassured that my issue is treatable with the correct physio treatment and exercise plans. I have booked for the 3 appointment package for now which appears good value for money.
