I saw Dr Duncan privately for my second pregnancy and C-section after having had a difficult experience previously within the NHS, and I’m incredibly grateful that I did. I felt genuinely listened to, reassured and very well cared for throughout the whole pregnancy. A few things particularly stood out. Firstly, Dr Duncan was really flexible about his package given that I was combining NHS and private care, which helped me keep the overall costs at a more manageable level without feeling that I was compromising on the care I received. Secondly, I hugely appreciated that he scanned me at every appointment. After a difficult previous experience, being able to see that everything was progressing well each time was enormously reassuring. It also made the whole experience feel very joined-up, rather than having to arrange scans separately with different providers. His wider team are also exceptional. Colette in his office is absolutely brilliant — incredibly efficient, responsive and helpful throughout. Darrell, his anaesthetist, was also extraordinarily kind and reassuring on the day of my C-section, which was exactly what I needed going into surgery. Finally, the C-section itself could not have gone more smoothly. My recovery so far has been remarkably straightforward and my scar is already looking really good. I came away feeling that I had been in extremely capable hands technically as well as being treated with real kindness. I’m not planning on having another baby, but if I were, I would have absolutely no hesitation in going back to Dr Duncan. I’m very thankful to him and the whole team for making my final pregnancy and birth such a positive experience.

The nursing staff, theatre staff, domestic staff, anaesthetist and surgeon were all fantastic and provided excellent care throughout my stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, caring and made me feel well looked after from admission through to discharge.The hospital room itself was okay; however, the room I stayed in did not have a mirror, which was inconvenient. The bathroom décor felt dated and could benefit from updating. There were also stains on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected.One area where I feel improvements could be made is in the post-operative care. While the staff were kind and professional, I felt that observations and monitoring after my surgery could have been more thorough, I had to call on the buzzer rather than regular obs and I had to remind staff to check my obs at one point. This is an important time to assess a patient's recovery and comfort.Overall, the clinical care provided by the surgeon, anaesthetist and wider team was excellent. However, improvements to the room facilities, bathroom cleanliness and post-operative monitoring would further enhance the patient experience.

I required a cataract operation which includes the replacement of a lens in one eye. I was very nervous about the procedure as this eye was my only functioning eye. Despite the high success rate of this type of operation, I knew some friends who had not obtained the outcome they had hoped, for various reasons. I had therefore decided to have my operation at Moorfields with one of the best eye surgeons I could find: Professor James Bainbridge. I had tests before I saw Mr Bainbridge for the first time and we agreed to go ahead with the operation. I was booked in for the operation within a couple of weeks. On the day of the operation the staff, nurses, anaesthetist and theatre staff were all reassuring, professional and skilled. The outcome for me has been life-changing: I can read comfortably; I can now drive confidently and I can see the cricket ball when I go with friends to the Oval. I am delighted and very grateful to everyone who has made this possible.

Mr Griffiths has given me so much hope for the future in terms of treating symptoms that I’ve been dealing with for over a decade but created a solid treatment plan in a single appointment. At all points during appointments, pre and post surgery his bedside manner was informative and amiable along with being incredible at dealing with patients like myself that have severe anxiety he was able to put me at ease and increase my confidence that we could find a solution when I previously thought that might have been impossible. No matter what the question, Mr Griffiths is always willing to answer and provides insight on all forms of treatment etc that have been proposed. I’d never been to a gynaecologist before so I was understandably terrified but now I feel so much more informed on the role a gynecologist can play and also in turn supporting others who might be as nervous as I was. I couldn’t recommend Mr Griffiths enough.

Dr Rohit Rambani is an exceptional orthopaedic surgeon who transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a journey filled with confidence and clarity. From the very first consultation, he explained every step of my hip replacement in detail, removing all my doubts and helping me feel fully prepared for the surgery and recovery. The operation itself was smooth, and I was able to stand the same day post‑surgery, which speaks volumes about his skill and precision. By following his instructions closely, I experienced no complications at all. The staff at Fitzwilliam Hospital were equally outstanding. Their care, both before and after surgery, was truly top‑class. Every nurse, therapist, and support member made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and looked after throughout the entire process. Overall, I’m deeply grateful to Dr Rambani and the Fitzwilliam team for giving me such a positive surgical experience.

My Artisum assessment went really well I felt listened to I felt the questions were easy to understand.i felt relaxed during my appointment.i arrived in a taxi and didn't need to travel far I didn't need to wait in a busy waiting room I was the only person there and was seen as soon as I entered the building.i reserved my Artisum assessment results some weeks after my appointment.skylight psychiatry is great if you live in the west sussex area and get anxious traveling far.im very happy with how my assessment went.i was diagnosed with Artisum and they are offered me up to 3 appointment's to get a better understanding of how it effects me and ways to understand i amd cope.so I'm looking forward to that.i am waiting for ADHD assessment at skylight psychiatry as well I don't feel worried about when my appointment will be as i felt my experience was fine with my Artisum assessment..

He is extremely competent, confident and professional, and you can immediately tell that he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. What really stood out to me was his ability to assess the situation, make clear decisions and take the right course of action when it mattered most. I am genuinely grateful to him and feel very fortunate to have been under his care. I truly believe he played a huge part in saving my life. Dr Seligman is not only an outstanding doctor, but also someone who inspires confidence and makes you feel that you are in safe hands. His dedication and professionalism are a real credit to the NHS. I came for a second opinion on a mole and am SO grateful that I did. I saw Dr Nicholas Segaren who was amazing. It turned out that I had a stage 1 malignant melanoma so needed surgery twice; once to take it out to check and then a wide incision later to make sure it didn't come back. I was exceptionally nervous as it was on my neck which isn't the nicest place to have a scapel taken to. I honestly think it it had been anywhere else with anyone else I wouldn't have got through this without having to be knocked out for it. I am so grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you. On a side note, please don't let the rude receptionist for the building in Harley Street put you off. Once you get past her to the Mole Clinic staff everything is as good as it could possibly be. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently attended the Fortius Clinic in Marylebone, where I underwent imaging and a minor surgical procedure. The facility is brand new, extremely well run and fantastically equipped, with modern medical and imaging equipment throughout. Everything is immaculately clean and the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. It is very clear that considerable investment has been made in the facility, and it shows in both the quality of the environment and the equipment available. Combined with access to world-leading medical specialists, it makes for an extremely impressive facility. It was genuinely a pleasure to attend. I would gladly return should I need treatment again in the future and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the Fortius Clinic.

Mr Wissam Abou-Chedid

Mr Abou-Chedid was not my planned surgeon, so I first met him in the operating theatre while I was being prepared for a prostatectomy. Despite a relatively aggressive tumour that was reaching the prostate boundary, the Retzius-sparing surgery that he and his team performed has been remarkably successful. Within a couple of months I was almost completely back to normal, leaving me with only some residual tiredness and sometimes having to pay more attention to my pelvic floor than previously ;-/ He and the team at the Royal Surrey have been attentive since the surgery and I recently received a clear PSA test. I’m very grateful for the skill and dedication that have resulted in such an excellent outcome.

I find it very frustrating when I juggle my schedule to attend a particular instructors Pilates class and it changes - I appreciate people have to go on holiday and what have you but this happens repeatedly. Today I thought I was booked into a class with Jess - when I booked into it last week that’s what I was told - and it turns out that I was with an instructor that I actively do not want to attend his class. There’s nothing specifically wrong with this instructor but he’s not as good as Jess and I think there’s incredible value in attending the same class with the same instructor. I think that the amount we pay for these classes means that we shouldn’t get a random instructor on the day.

I was diagnosed with a inguinal hernia by a GP so having had several successful courses of consultation with the Cleveland Clinic looked through the general surgery list and felt Mr David Monk would do a great job. After a good general discussion and examination a date of the day surgery was agreed. Th surgery went smootly and I left the Hospital 6 hours after I left the surgery. The recovery felt slow for the first few days but after 2 weeks I had my follow up examination and concluded the course of treatment. Ten weeks later I am back at the gym almost back to the level of training I had before the hernia. Overall an excellent surgeon.

My visit today was a follow-up appointment for my ongoing treatment at the eye clinic and the third occasion of seeing Dr Subash. She was very thorough in reviewing my notes and scans and gave me a detailed assessment of my progress and discussed the possibility of of having another injection as the next steps in to consider in my treatment when I see her in a month's time. She reviewed the current dosage of drops in right eye till my next visit I found Ms Sbash very professional at the consultation and she inspires confidence with the care she provides.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gould when I visited the hospital for a hemorrhoid problem I'd been putting off dealing with for years. The discomfort of the issue itself had made me reluctant to see a specialist, so by the time I finally went, I was extremely nervous and anxious. Dr. Gould made me feel comfortable and at ease almost immediately. He was welcoming, funny, and genuine, and that put me at ease right from the start. I'm so glad he was the one who performed my operation — I trusted him completely.

This was my 3rd time visiting him, I seen him under Liverpool women’s and I cannot explain the trust I have with this consultant. He listened to everything and explained everything so I understood clearly. He listened to all my worries and helped me decide a medication. Reassured me that I didn’t need surgery straight away like other gyno consultants I’ve seen. Made me a plan for the next 12 months and said he will see me again in 6 months. He is amazing and wish I seen him sooner.
