I met Ms Sadia Bhatti during my second trimester and signed up for her '20 weeks and beyond' package. I received absolutely excellent care from her. She is a fantastic, experienced, kind, and caring obstetrician. While she is clearly an expert in her field, she is incredibly humble and always takes the time to clearly explain her thoughts and decisions and is really down to earth. She was also available 24/7 for any queries and concerns. We had a scheduled C-section, but based on additional monitoring that Sadia had ordered, we discovered that the baby needed to come earlier. It was such a relief when she arrived within the hour - she was amazing before, during, and after the delivery. Furthermore, I had a major surgery five years prior, and she was wonderful in researching the previous procedure and consulting colleagues with specific expertise for additional input. We would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you, Sadia for everything. We are so grateful. You really went above and beyond.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Ana M de Ramon Casado. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my appointment. She listened carefully to all of my symptoms, took my concerns seriously, and explained everything clearly. I really felt that she was focused on finding the cause of my condition and providing the right treatment, rather than just treating the symptoms. Although I hope I won't need to see her again because I'd rather not be back in hospital, I would highly recommend Dr. Ana to anyone who needs medical care. She is an outstanding doctor, and I am very grateful for the excellent care she provided.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which has really helped me understand both the issue and the treatment plan. While some parts of the treatment can be painful at times (and I often end up laughing through it!), I know it’s all part of getting me back on the mend—and it’s definitely working. I rang up this morning and requested a telephone consultation as I am away. The receptionist rang me back with a time to take a call from Dr Al-Saraf this afternoon. She was able to help me with medication and advise to tide me over the weekend until I can come in in person next week. I am extremely pleased and relieved with the outcome. I have been a patient with Basuto Road Practice since its foundation about 30 years ago and I have no intentions of going anywhere else. They have always been extraordinarily helpful and professional in every respect. And I can always get to see somebody very quickly. Five Stars!

I came across Midlands Women’s health via Dr Pathak. The clinic has some great staff. I was initially seen by Dr Balagan who is incredible and made me feel at ease from the very beginning of my health journey at the clinic, alongside Nicole who did the same. Based on my first interaction, I knew that I had come to the right place and felt more confident about receiving further treatment at the clinic. I had travelled over an hour to get to the clinic but it was worth it. However, on every single occasion, my appointment was very delayed.

Immediately, Dr Stephens put me at ease, over, as a cardiologist, what was a potentially worrying consult for me. H reassured me that while my results were far from optimal, that they were not unusual. He listened with interest to me and considered and discussed options that would work for me as oppose to a general Doctors - fait d'complis He was genuinely concerned for what the next few weeks would look like and I left teh surgery feeling reassured and in great hands.

I went to have softwave treatment at self london . It was my first time having the treatment and visiting the clinic . I was extremely impressed with Katie , she is so knowledgeable and explained the whole procedure and carried out the treatment seamlessly. Being a medic I can honestly say that I am so impressed with her clinical knowledge and the clinic is beautiful and I am looking forward to going back for the 2nd course in 8 weeks . He then gives his opinion on how he feels the surgery has been completed to his satisfaction and what a good job I have done. He then explains what to expect going forward and if at anytime I have any further questions or concerns that I can call him. This personal care is very reassuring.

At a pre op appointment the ophthalmologist told me I would have cataracts in both eyes dealt with in two operations. It was only after the first operation that a nurse told me that they would not operate on my second eye. I am now left with 1 good eye and one poor eye. Their communication skills are not good. I would not have had the first operation if I had been told I could only have one eye operated on
