To be really honest, I am still shocked after my appointment. The whole process from booking to being seen by Dr Nikki was wonderful, but after many years of variable (and probably quite traumatic) experiences of care, I can hardly believe how easy, uplifting, and informative it was. It was really wonderful to have someone take me seriously, listen, and speak to me with genuine care and thought. I have been trying to get help for my declining health (and consequently shrinking capacity and quality of life) for years. Dr Nikki did exactly what I needed - used deep medical knowledge and experience but also brought critical/lateral thinking to my situation, which is not a typical presentation. All it took was her doing this and now I finally have a route forward to begin to address 7 years of suffering, which few doctors would even acknowledge (though some were ardent about me getting care, which kept me motivated ), despite a serious impact on my quality of life and capacity. Research and knowledge on women’s medicine is woefully far behind where it should be. If you are a woman - or a doctor looking after a woman - I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Andrew Smith, Harriet Edwards, and the team at One Ashford following my wrist surgery in January. The entire experience was extremely positive. Mr Smith and the anaesthetic team were excellent, making me feel calm, reassured, and well cared for throughout. As someone who is usually very nervous in hospital settings, I was particularly anxious about being awake during the procedure with a nerve block. However, the team put me completely at ease, and the experience was far less daunting than I had expected. The follow-up care from Harriet Edwards was outstanding. She knew exactly how to support me during my recovery, always striking the perfect balance between being gentle, encouraging, and motivating me to push a little further when needed. Her expertise, patience, and support made a huge difference to my rehabilitation, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done over the last few months. I have now been signed off and am delighted with the outcome. Thank you to Mr Smith, Harriet, and everyone at One Ashford for the exceptional care and support I received throughout my treatment and recovery.

Write a review for eden house priory rehab . Here's my notes. I do not have the words to describe the transformational experience I've had at Eden house priory. Gulshan leads an incredible therapy team with Simon and Rich. They all challenged me, made me feel seen and helped me go from a broken person to someone who believes in themselves again. For the first time in a long time I am thinking about a life worth living. I am no longer clinging to my old scars as my identity. No longer weighed down but thoughts and feelings I didn't have the language or knowhow to express. I would also like to give an extra special shout out to the support workers. Shyam, Maria and Choma. I can't tell you how privelaged I've felt to spend so much time with you all over the last 3 weeks. You've lifted my spirits and given me self belief. Your attitudes to your jobs make you a pleasure to be around. You are all so much more than care workers, from the words of encouragement, the listening ear , the arm around the shoulder , the cooking together and the general running of the house. You made Eden house feel like a home with your presence. Thank you all.

I honestly can’t thank Ashleigh enough for all the support she has given me following my car accident. When I first started CBT, I was struggling a lot with anxiety, overthinking and the psychological impact the accident had on me. Ashleigh has been so understanding, patient and supportive throughout. She has never made me feel judged and has always made me feel comfortable talking openly about how I’m feeling. The techniques and coping strategies she has taught me have really helped me understand my thoughts and manage my anxiety in a much healthier way. I have felt able to trust him , his advice and treatment at his hands ,over four years now, and consider myself fortunate to have been referred to him when first recommended to the team within The Hampshire Clinic. He always explains , with patience and kindness , what I need to know ,leaving time for questions to surface in consultation, showing empathy and understanding in the most difficult of times. It is clear he inspires a quiet respect within his team ,so all seem to work under his influence to promote patient comfort ,reassurance and dignity . In 2025, I knew i was not in good shape. I advised my GP including sharing blood test data that I had got from Dr Summerhill, but they insisted on doing their own. Time passed no progress. May 2025 was feeling tired not well. Went to see Dr Summerhill who quickly checked me over. She found several discrepancies and advised my urgently to go to either the Alex in Cheadle or better Wythenshawe. I went to the Alex who promptly gave me letter of referral and I went to Wythenshawe. CT scan revealed issue with lymph nodes. Within 4 weeks i was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma and was starting Chemo. Now August 2026 and full remission. If it wasnt for the proactive approach by Dr Summerhill, dread to think where things could have been

This time last year I was a wheelchair user and had been for a long time. My case was complex and I had been rejected as unsuitable for surgery by other consultants. My family had accepted that I could no longer suffer the pain I was in. I had come to the end of my road. Mr Raza came up with a plan for me, he knew he could help me. My surgery took all day. Last week I had my post op review, I walked into my appointment pain free. If I live another 30 years it is because of Mr Raza and his skill set. I will be forever grateful. Mr Raza is exceptional.

I have been seen at the Eastwood Endoscopy Centre 3 times now for a Colonoscopy. I have been very happy with all my treatment. Staff are very helpful and keep you informed all the way through. Everything is explained during the procedure. I was sedated for the procedure and never felt any pain. I did watch the procedure on screen and Dr Wright the Consultant Physician explained everything to me during the Colonoscopy. Had a nice cup of tea and some biscuits after which I needed. I had no after effects when I got home. Just needed some food.

I have been working with Dan burgos after a being referred to him by a friend for knee pain. I have found working to be great and very productive in helping to reduce my knee pain massively. He has been willing to change is approach based on my feedback and this has been perfect to help rehab my knee. Not only this but along the way he has supported and help facilitate taking part in a long cycle ride and a triathlon while ensuring I am able to keep improving conditioning around the knee.
