The nursing staff, theatre staff, domestic staff, anaesthetist and surgeon were all fantastic and provided excellent care throughout my stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, caring and made me feel well looked after from admission through to discharge.The hospital room itself was okay; however, the room I stayed in did not have a mirror, which was inconvenient. The bathroom décor felt dated and could benefit from updating. There were also stains on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected.One area where I feel improvements could be made is in the post-operative care. While the staff were kind and professional, I felt that observations and monitoring after my surgery could have been more thorough, I had to call on the buzzer rather than regular obs and I had to remind staff to check my obs at one point. This is an important time to assess a patient's recovery and comfort.Overall, the clinical care provided by the surgeon, anaesthetist and wider team was excellent. However, improvements to the room facilities, bathroom cleanliness and post-operative monitoring would further enhance the patient experience.

The radiographer was polite. There was no offer of help to give support whilst I stood up following the MRI scan and was feeling somewhat giddy. I think they must have forgotten that I had ear plugs in, so just put them loose in my bag to take home with me. Prior to the scan the black man just clamped headphones on me with radio going and I had to say I'd prefer not to have music. He was quite rough in his movements. No one asked if I was comfortable (which I wasn't but didn't say anything because it appeared they were anxious to start.) The clerk behind the desk was putting pressure on me to quickly complete entering my car registration and fill out the forms. She also wanted me to make full payment up front despite being able to provide my authorisation code, policy number and insurance Co details - like I previously have done. I have had many scans previously (both NHS and private) and experienced very good care. Sadly I couldn't recommend D'Arcy healthcare mobile scans to any of my friends.

My Artisum assessment went really well I felt listened to I felt the questions were easy to understand.i felt relaxed during my appointment.i arrived in a taxi and didn't need to travel far I didn't need to wait in a busy waiting room I was the only person there and was seen as soon as I entered the building.i reserved my Artisum assessment results some weeks after my appointment.skylight psychiatry is great if you live in the west sussex area and get anxious traveling far.im very happy with how my assessment went.i was diagnosed with Artisum and they are offered me up to 3 appointment's to get a better understanding of how it effects me and ways to understand i amd cope.so I'm looking forward to that.i am waiting for ADHD assessment at skylight psychiatry as well I don't feel worried about when my appointment will be as i felt my experience was fine with my Artisum assessment..

I cannot recommend Andrew Pieri and his staff enough. I am only on Day 12 following my breast reduction surgery and I could not be happier with the results. From the very first telephone conversation with Andrew, he put me at my ease. As well as being a fantastic surgeon, he is very friendly and down to earth. He explains everything clearly so you know what to expect and have total trust in him. The whole team at The Beverley Hospital are outstanding, making you feel looked after and cared for through every stage of the process. Special mention to Amy and Paul who looked after me so well on the day of my operation. They are stars and a credit to the hospital. I waited a long time to have this operation and know it is going to make such a difference to my life. As I said, I can't recommend Andrew and his team enough. Thank you so much.

My 13 year old daughter from an early age had recurring UTIs, abdominal and unexplained hip and leg pain, started periods early, and these become very heavy very quickly. With a family history of both endometriosis and adenomyosis, as the Endosure procedure is non invasive and statistically valid, I decided to bring her to this. The parking is a little difficult but that is due to its location. We were welcomed warmly and Kerry made her feel at ease throughout the whole procedure, protecting her dignity and respecting her autonomy at 13, even though I was present in the room. She explained the results and we got our report promptly. This is very important to us so we can liase with the school and GP to help manage pain and fatigue for a lifetime condition. Thank you DJ Kerry....the Harry Styles playlist certainly helped to put her at ease!

I had a very positive experience with the doctor. He was kind, professional, and patient throughout the consultation, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and understand my symptoms. He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. He carried out a thorough examination of my nose and explained the situation clearly. I appreciated the professional and attentive approach he took during the assessment. Following the examination, I was prescribed medication as part of my treatment. Overall, I found the consultation reassuring and felt that my concerns were taken seriously. I would recommend this doctor to other patients looking for a professional, attentive, and understanding approach to their care.

Ms Nair is an excellent surgeon and a very kind and caring doctor. She was thorough, honest and clear, sharing all the options I had available. I felt genuinely felt heard and that my feelings were valued in the joint decision-making. She was also a friendly face to see on the day of the operation and I knew I was in a safe pair of hands. Her pioneering use and experience with robotic assisted surgery meant I had a much faster recovery from my hysterectomy with limited pain. I feel so much better after the operation and I am really grateful to her. Would highly recommend Ms Nair to others.

It seemed like nothing was too much trouble!
