I cannot express enough the professionalism and dedication to patient care from Mr Abdulsattar. It was my pleasure to meet with him again to discuss my new hip problems having met him in May 2024 and had my first hip replacement surgery in September 2024. Which incidentally was a first class experience despite the discomfort following the surgery. He reassured me and discussed the recent x ray Of my other hip and agreed that currently I do not require surgery but I would be able to contact his department within the next year if needed. I saw 3 different consultants two through local hospitals and paid privately for a third opinion over 3 years previously to referral to Practice plus at Barlborough. None were willing to free me from pain give and me a hip replacement. Mr Abdulsattar saw my x ray and straight away asked me “would you like a new hip” Having discussed my pain and suffering for 3 years he was and is an angel in my eyes. Thank you Suzanne S.

Mr Shah recently performed a total hip replacement on my husband at The Spire hospital. At our first meeting Mr Shah was very clear & detailed about what treatment was needed. This gave us complete confidence in his ability to provide the best possible outcome for the surgery. On the day of the surgery Mr Shah meticulously explained what would happen. He also took time to ring me immediately after the operation which was a very reassuring, and kind of him. Recovery from the operation was completely as planned and the result is a pain free full functioning new hip joint. Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. I’ve been to private clinics before, but nothing has compared to this level of care. Even being asked for feedback shows how much thought and consideration goes into Kidswell Health.

Mr Dattani has been excellent at every level. I had a shoulder replacement performed by him in London, and the result has been excellent. From the initial consultation through to surgery and follow-up, everything was clearly explained and handled with care and professionalism. The operation went smoothly, pain was well controlled, and my recovery has been better than I expected. My shoulder movement and function are already significantly improved. I would highly recommend Mr Dattani to anyone in London needing shoulder replacement or specialist shoulder surgery.

I have had two hip replacements 8 weeks apart. Whilst the recovery requires a lot of patience Mr Smith has done an excellent job with the surgery. I have had no issues with the replacements and the scars healed very fast. Mr Smith gave me confidence that doing both was possible and I was up to the task. The whole surgery team were excellent. I was apprehensive about the spinal anaesthetic but the anaesthetist did a great job and the nursing care was excellent. Overall extremely happy although still a lot of rehab to do

Dr Jagwant Singh will forever be remembered as long as i live for he has brought back dignity in my life by removing the ailments i have been struggling with for 5+ years. i am confident that this man is seen as a hero to everyone he has helped. i cannot thank him enough. his work, his attitude, his mannerisms inspire me to be a better person. he inspires me to encourage my future children to become like him, an orthopaedic surgeon.

I had a two night inpatient stay recently after having fairly major surgery at The Woodthorpe Hospital. The individual and quality care I received from my Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Nursing staff made my experience a very positive one. The room was well equipped and the food was good, with every need catered for. Special thanks for making allowances and letting me stay until late in my room on day of discharge. I would definitely recommend this hospital for an overall positive experience.

Mr Unnithan replaced my right hip in November at Ashford Hospital. The operation and the care given by the staff at Ashford was first rate and as a result, my recovery has been faster than I'd expected. The only problem has been an injury to my right foot and ankle sustained somehow during my time in hospital, which may now limit the pace of my recovery. Mr Unnithan has provided kind and clear support and advice on how to approach rehabilitation physio and a return to sport.

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

The stay at Bushey spire was so efficient. I attended at 7.15am, was shown to my room immediately, received regular visits from the nurses, care staff and Mr Iranpour during the next hour. My procedure took place at 8.30am and by 1pm, I was on my way home. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely and the level of care I received was second to none.
