His explanation of possible cluneal nerve involvement and long-term sensitisation felt thoughtful, logical and grounded in experience. What stood out most was his honesty and balance. He did not over-promise outcomes and was transparent about both the potential benefits and limitations of treatment. I felt respected, taken seriously and treated as an individual rather than simply another chronic pain case. Following the bilateral cluneal nerve hydrodissection, I have experienced meaningful improvement. My baseline pain has reduced, my sleep posture has changed significantly (I am no longer waking with my body tensed and elevated in the way I had for years), and I feel more rested with better overall energy. After two decades of persistent symptoms, even these early changes feel significant. For the first time in many years, I feel genuine hope that progress is possible and that the correct anatomical target may have been identified. I am sincerely grateful for Dr Alkholany’s expertise, professionalism and compassionate approach, and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with complex or longstanding pain.

I have have had previous eye surgery at NW Eye specialist Centre under the care of Dr Bhargava, and was entirely satisfied with the care received and outcome of my operation. On this occasion, I received a very prompt appointment which I was grateful for. The environment in Bangor was spotlessly clean and the receptionist and nurse were very friendly and professional. My consultation was thorough and Dr Bhargava gave explained to me with care and attention the nature of my symptoms and I was given a treatment plan to follow and a follow up appointment to check progress in six weeks. All of this was verified by a consultation letter that was also sent to my GP on the same day. I am very grateful to receive this high standard of care and attention from all of the team involved.

St Giles Physiotherapy provided excellent care for my painful wrist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy in Northampton. From the outset Georgia understood my issue which meant we could maximize the appointment time for hands-on treatment. She used a variety of different techniques during the session, which made the treatment feel thorough and targeted rather than one‑dimensional. I was also given clear follow-up advice and tailored exercises to continue at home, which has really helped my recovery between appointments. Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was caring, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel very supportive as well as professional.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

I feel very lucky to have had Mr. Vemulapalli as my orthopaedic surgeon. I broke my tib/fib and ankle in August 2023 and didn't feel listen to with my previous consultant. I had a completely different experience with Mr. Vemulapalli as he listed and understood everything I said and acted immediately. Fast forward to feb 2026 after having surgery in December, I am now on the road to full recovery after thinking for a long time that I would be disabled. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Vemulapalli and would recommend him to all my friends and family as he leaves no stone unturned. He is simply the BEST and I am truly grateful to him for everything he has done.

She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. She is an active listener and always allows me time to explain my current symptoms etc. In her professional manner, her approachability and her persistency in investigating my symptoms, I have confidence that I am in good hands.

My experiences at the Lister hospital were generally positive. The facilities are clean and modern. The wait time was variable but generally ok. There wasn't much continuity in the nursing and sonography staff I saw which is a shame, and the quality was variable, but in general most of my experiences were with skilled and knowledgeable staff. On a few occasions I wasn't entirely confident in the nurse or sonographer treating me.

Probably having the spinal injection was difficult to comprehend even though I never felt a thing during the operation. The first few times passing urine did give the burning sensation as expected however this subsided greatly over the next few days.
