He fast-tracked seeing us, was calm, reassuring, and immediately inspired confidence. He listened carefully — not just to the clinical facts, but to us as people — and set out a clear, structured plan at a time when everything felt overwhelming. His manner with both me and my partner was outstanding; thoughtful, compassionate, and quietly authoritative. My cancer was aggressive and required surgery to ensure a cure. Throughout the process, Professor Vasdev was completely transparent without ever being alarmist. He fought hard to preserve both my continence and sexual function, and went the extra mile during surgery to maintain the nerve structures wherever safely possible. That level of care and skill has made an enormous difference to my recovery and quality of life. What truly set him apart was the way he managed the entire journey end-to-end. He coordinated all referrals — oncology, fertility, and beyond — and delivered what can only be described as a fully managed service. He recognised that we were in shock and removed complexity at every step, allowing us to focus on getting through it. Without underplaying the seriousness of having cancer, the speed, efficiency, and excellence of my treatment — and the rapidity of my recovery — has made the whole experience feel almost like a non-event. I know how fortunate I am that this was caught early and handled so exceptionally well. We will always be deeply grateful to Professor Nikhil Vasdev. His skill, leadership, and humanity have had a profound impact on our lives, and we remain indebted to him.

I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

Simply one of the best experiences with regards to a consultation that I have had over the years. Catherine is a great listener and allowed me to express all the concerns that I had regarding my injury without interruption. She didn't rush to a quick conclusion and I felt that she was there just for me despite the fact that she has many patients to deal with at any given time. Her attention to detail and in particular the bits that often in the course of a consultation can go unnoticed is exceptional and to be applauded. Mr Jeffery has reviewed and operated on my teenage son recently. He has been amazing all the way through the process. My experience of the appointment with Mr Tavares was excellent. I have one comment on the health questionnaire I was asked to complete after the appointment and before I left the hospital. Many of the questions had a 'yes' and 'no' box at the side. Instructions at the start would have been helpful as to whether the correct answer should be ticked or circled or the incorrect answer deleted. Later on, under specific questions, directions were given to circle the correct answer. I raised the issue with the staff at the desk and they indicated that the best way of commenting was on the review form.

Mr Spiteri Cornish was extremely professional throughout His explanation of the options and the procedure was very clear and everything he did was with consideration to me as a patient. The procedure was extremely quick and relaxed throughout potentially as everything Mr Spiteri Cornish did seemed to be aimed at putting me at ease. The follow up appointments were arranged promptly and in the first case was brought forward to satisfy a concern of mine post operation, which turned out to be nothing to worry about

I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience). The overall experience was very good, with nice facilities and friendly staff. Only complaint is that is took over an hour to get our child the food she asked for and had to repeatedly ask for drinks for her as they never arrived.
