There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. Additional thanks to Michaela in hygiene for the whitening, to dental nurse Lucy and to Rachael and Gemma for coordinating it all.

This was a follow-up appointment. It should have been after 2 weeks but because the practitioner works very part-time this wasn’t possible. She then said I should have been in sooner! Treatment not as successful as with past practitioners before we moved to this area (I had brought records to first appointment but she had suggested a different approach). Further treatment offered on the day of the follow-up but I felt the practitioner was getting very defensive and I was losing confidence, so I declined. When I was waiting to go in someone else was trying to book a follow-up appointment. When she couldn’t get one desk staff said it probably didn’t matter as most people don’t need it! This clinic suits me location wise but unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience so I won’t go back.

From first contacting my GP who could have referred me to a podiatrist but asked me to decide on whether it was appropriate (a decision for which I have no expertise to make) in late May it took over 3 months to see Mr Qasim (via TIMS during which I obtained no advice to go back to GP to get podiatrist referral, but instead a referral to Mr Qasim for steroid injection). However, the podiatrist at Freeman said steroid was no longer suitable due to second toe having developed a hammer deformity by then (mid-November). I think I should have been referred straight to Freeman, not via TIMS and Mr Qasim because I had months of delay and pain while I waited, thus affecting my ability to do my job as a nurse.

I really couldn't be happier or more grateful for the care I received from Dr Boshnaq. From the first consultation, he explained the procedure (laproscopic cholecystectomy) clearly and had plenty of time and patience to answer any questions. The procedure itself went completely smoothly and Dr Boshnaq has a very calm bedside manner. So pleased that I was able to have treatment with him at the Spencer wing and would absolutely recommend him and the hospital to anyone needing similar procedures.

Dr Scott Murray was clear, compassionate, and very attentive throughout the appointment. He took time to listen, asked detailed questions about family history, and did not rush the consultation. All results were explained fully and in a way that was easy to understand. He described the condition clearly, answered questions carefully, and remained professional and engaged throughout. I felt listened to and reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Murray as a cardiologist.

Dr nenad was my worse experience in my life after having penis enlargment surgery I didnt get 1 inch soft lenghing guaranteed plus i have lost almost 1 inch of erect lenght when i told him this he said its not normal but i need to use traction divece to get my size back not to examing why i lost 1 inch erect lenght he does not care all they about taking your money. He ruined my life dont let him do this to you.

We all know that women's health, particularly those in middle age, is not a priority for the NHS. Dr Barton has made it a priority and thank goodness for that. Joshua started by reviewing how I was and I showed him the exercises he'd taught me. Then he asked my opinion on what I felt was important to target next and helped with exercises for that. He also made a video on my phone of an exercise, talking me through it, so I could remember it. Unfortunately I don't live locally so can't access his expertise on a regular basis.
