Professional, friendly, clear and honest reguarding my situation and options. Patient as listened and gave answers to numerous questions. Appreciated and thank you
My review was excellent. All explained very well and all aspects covered. Saw my Surgeon who explained everything very carefully. Al staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The appointment was a few minutes late but we were kept informed by the notice board. When Mr Wiggins’s assistant took us into the consulting room he made us comfortable and relaxed and said that Mr Wiggins would pop in and see us. He briefly met us and we thanked him for the excellent job he did on my hip.
Extremely professional and a good manner that put me at ease
Can’t recommend Mr Higgin highly enough, he’s a great communicator who put me at ease from first consult through two surgeries and follow up. Never once did I feel rushed or that I couldn’t ask questions. A great consultant who has given me back mobility.
Absolutely first class! From pre opp appointment, to surgery, and six week post appointment. Very reassuring and confident about having the knee replacement surgery. If your lucky enough to get Mr Higgin for your knee replacement, you've hit the jackpot! Couldn't be happier.
