Extremely professional and a good manner that put me at ease
Can’t recommend Mr Higgin highly enough, he’s a great communicator who put me at ease from first consult through two surgeries and follow up. Never once did I feel rushed or that I couldn’t ask questions. A great consultant who has given me back mobility.
Absolutely first class! From pre opp appointment, to surgery, and six week post appointment. Very reassuring and confident about having the knee replacement surgery. If your lucky enough to get Mr Higgin for your knee replacement, you've hit the jackpot! Couldn't be happier.
I met Mr Higgin at New Hall hospital Salisbury. I found him to be empathetic, personable, and professional giving me the confidence to undergo the surgery procedure. The surgery was successful and I pleased with the outcome. Throughout the process Mr Higgin explained the procedure and readily answered my questions with clarity. I would recommend Mr Higgin without hesitation.
Mr Higgin was fantastic from day 1. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in explaining where I was at with my hip from an X-ray POV & also how I was feeling pain wise was pretty much as expected due to the state of my hips at the time. This made me feel a lot more at ease. To have this after only a few meetings with mr Higgin was very reassuring. Then came the day of surgery and from the moment I got to new hall I was taken care of by everyone that I met and all throughout my stay. Mr Higgin came to visit me before and after my hip replacement and again explained everything in detail, simply and straight forward. I couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish, and can only hope I can deal with Mr Higgin when the right hip needs doing. Thanks again to everyone at new hall. 10/10 all round.
My thanks to the surgeon, Mr Higgin, who performed my hip operation and the care and attention shown to me at the physio deptment on the 4th of march.
My ongoing care at Salisbury Orthopaedic department under Dr Higgin was perfect. He was warm, friendly, extremely professional and dealt with everything exceptionally. I am very grateful for his care.
Great customer care, great explanation with regards to diagnoses, as always
