Mr Ryan Higgin was my surgeon, and whom I seen today for post operation appointment. He is very reassuring, and immense knowledge in his profession. The entire experience with Mr Higgin at New Hall Hospital was a very professional & friendly one. Mr Higgin is not only a highly skilled surgeon he is caring, reassuring and listens to you. Although a painful procedure Mr Higgin prepared me well for for my knee replacement operation and I truly hope if I ever need to have my other knee replaced he will be the surgeon doing it. I felt totally cared for throughout the process. An amazing man and surgeon.

Mr Higgin was friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to my mum's explanation of her symptoms and day to day activities. He asked lots of questions and showed us the x-rays. He explained everything clearly and went through the options for treatment. He didn't try to push mum to opt for arthrosamid injections before trying extra pain relief. We left feeling very informed and with a clear idea of how to proceed. Our experience was excellent.

I found Mr Higgin very approachable. He explained everything about my condition clearly in an easy to understand way and in an empathetic manner. He answered my questions and me feel at ease with the various stages of procedure I am facing .

One word,fab .he is the only professional Who has explained what is causing my pain plus a solution with follow up treatment. Great ,made sense to me
