My third joint replacement surgery at New Hall Hospital. Every aspect excellent. Friendly staff, clean and safe feeling environment and aftercare.
The staff at New Hall were really helpful and I was treated with respect
Right from meeting the receptionist at 7am on the day of the operation to when I remember coming round after the anaesthetic the staff taking care of me and the aftercare in the ward was all 2nd to none. I’ve been through many hospitals and had many operations in my life and I appreciate each and every one of them but this care at New Hall was special. Can’t wait to come back 😁. Thank you all 🙏
Friendly and professional. Liked the coffee and biscuits in the waiting room.
Very professional and well organised. Very little waiting and good communication both to myself and the consultant.
As expected however the parking provision was tricky and insufficient.
