The staff are always very accommodating even to the point of a nurse staying late to fit me in before a work trip. They are always very polite and friendly. I couldn’t rate them highly enough.
Every one I came into contact with during my visit to the New Hall Hospital -Clock house Outpatients , was polite, friendly and very professional. Tea and coffee machines and comfortable reception rooms and very short waiting time for appointments and surgery.
My third joint replacement surgery at New Hall Hospital. Every aspect excellent. Friendly staff, clean and safe feeling environment and aftercare.
