New Hall Hospital

What a wonderful consultant. He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable, and really took his time with us. We never once felt rushed, and he explained everything so thoroughly and in a way we could understand. He made both myself and my husband feel completely at ease, which meant such a lot to us. We walked into the appointment feeling anxious but left feeling so much more reassured. It’s not often you come away from an appointment feeling like that. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and are so grateful for the care and kindness he showed us.

The appointment was handled very efficiently and although the main waiting area we used later was extremely crowded due to local road closures, staff did what they could to mitigate this.
