What a wonderful consultant. He was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable, and really took his time with us. We never once felt rushed, and he explained everything so thoroughly and in a way we could understand. He made both myself and my husband feel completely at ease, which meant such a lot to us. We walked into the appointment feeling anxious but left feeling so much more reassured. It’s not often you come away from an appointment feeling like that.
