Highly Recommend Dr. Katherine & The Real You Clinic I’ve been going to Dr. Katherine at The Real You Clinic for my skin and aesthetic treatments, and honestly, the experience is exceptional every single time. Her Botox results are the best I’ve ever had — subtle, natural and beautifully lifted. She also does the most amazing Profhilo treatments that genuinely transform the skin, leaving it glowing, hydrated and fresh. And her “peel-no-peel” skin peel is incredible… you walk out brighter without any downtime. What really sets Dr. Katherine apart is the way she treats you as a person, not just a quick appointment. I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

From my very first interaction with Dr. Ghosh, I felt an immense sense of relief. He eased my anxiety about the entire situation, taking the time to patiently review all my scans and explain the potential next steps in a way I could clearly understand. He also gave me the space to ask every question I had, never making me feel rushed. Dr. Ghosh operated on me twice—first for the lumpectomy and then for the perforator flap reconstruction. In both cases, he made sure I fully understood the procedures, and he visited me the morning of each surgery to ensure I felt comfortable and prepared. Afterward, he arranged regular follow-up appointments to monitor my healing and address any concerns. Overall, I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Dr. Ghosh as my surgeon and as one of the first doctors supporting me through this cancer journey.

It was a really welcoming and professsional. Ms Ray was very friendly and welcoming. She put my daughter as ease. There was a slight confusion with the xray as my daughter didn’t realise she was meant to drop the form round to the x Ray department so we were waiting in the main reception for a while before I asked how long it would be. However it was quick to get the xray and bloods. My only issue was the parking. There were so many areas for consultants, disabled, oncology, staff, which is understandable but it meant we had to drive around 3 times to find a space.

She is very personable and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was very happy with both appointments. Oh my Davide was fantastic for our gender scan. We got to see way more than we anticipated, its little arms, legs, everything was explained to us, got to hear the heartbeat and have a usb to keep the memories. I highly recommend a private scan. We are planning to come back around 26 weeks and maybe again in the 30s as it can be quite some time between scans on NHS. Honestly highly recommend, friendly, open to questions and amazingly professional! Thank you!

I was able to ask questions and the clinicians were very helpful. I would have liked a recap of exactly what the procedure would entail but I forgot to request this. I’m not sure if I have wires in my toe but I think I do. I’m very grateful to the whole team for their excellent care. Thank you!

I arrived before my appointment time, bought some food and a coffee from the café, and settled down with my laptop to do a little work. The waiting areas were calm, clean, and very relaxing, and I had no difficulty finding a seat. My wait to see the consultant ran just a few minutes over my scheduled time, simply because the patient before me had slightly overrun.

Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.
