I had my breast preservation augmentation at Fitzrovia Hospital with Dr Paul Banwell, and I honestly could not be happier with my experience from start to finish. The hospital itself was spotless, modern, and welcoming. Every member of staff I met was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, which made me feel completely at ease throughout my journey. A special thank you goes to Kate, who was my nurse on the day of my operation. She was absolutely amazing. She immediately settled my nerves with her warmth, kindness, and sense of humour. She always had me laughing and smiling, which made such a difference on what could have been a very nerve wracking day. I also saw Kate for my post operative appointment, and she continued to provide exceptional care. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. I would also like to thank the anaesthetist. This was my first time having a general anaesthetic, and I was so scared. He took the time to explain everything, reassured me, and made me feel completely comfortable. I quickly realised I had absolutely nothing to be worried about, in-fact it was probably the best bit, and I am so grateful for the kindness and reassurance he gave me. Dr Paul Banwell was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was professional, caring, and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I felt completely confident in his care, and I am so pleased with my results. They look so natural and are exactly what I had hoped for. I genuinely cannot recommend Fitzrovia Hospital, Dr Banwell, and the whole team highly enough. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism I received was outstanding. I felt looked after from my very first appointment through to my aftercare. Thank you all for making what could have been a daunting experience such a positive one.

I have been dealing with disc issues in my lower back and a hip problem for the past 2 years. I have also been experiencing pain deep into my groin and pelvic floor area. I was in a relationship and started experiencing trouble getting and maintaining an erection. I was referred to a urologist via the NHS however they prescribed only medication and no comments on how my physical condition could be linked to the ED. I knew in my heart that the two were linked. After extensive research I came across Fabio who provided a holistic approach as his company name suggests. He instantly knew the problem during our first appointment. I have since had a round of shockwave therapy on my pelvic floor and have never experienced so much relief in my life. He also prescribed me a course of muscle relaxants which has reduced the tension and pain I have been living with considerably. Something the spinal surgeon and hip surgeon failed to prescribe. I couldn’t recommend Fabio and his services enough. 10/10

I had a very positive session with Angela, the nutritionist at Bourn Hall Clinic. She was incredibly generous with her time, knowledge, and practical advice. She carefully reviewed my usual diet, explained what foods I should include more of and what I should limit, and tailored her recommendations to support my IVF journey and prepare my body for pregnancy. I really appreciated how she provided practical suggestions rather than just general advice. She shared helpful recipe ideas, nutritional tips, and realistic ways to improve my diet, making the information easy to understand and apply in everyday life. Angela was warm, supportive, and encouraging throughout the session. I left feeling much more confident about the dietary changes I can make to optimize my health and fertility. It was an informative and valuable appointment, and I’m very grateful for her expertise and guidance.

I am a new patient at Diverse Minds clinic, and what stood out to me was the holistic approach taken during the assessment. Dr Cappai did not focus solely on ADHD symptoms but explored other aspects of my mental health, wellbeing, strengths, and life circumstances. I felt that the assessment looked at me as a whole person rather than simply trying to reach a diagnosis. Different possible explanations for my difficulties were considered carefully, which reassured me that the assessment was balanced and objective. I appreciated the clinician's willingness to explore overlapping issues and discuss how different factors may interact. This comprehensive approach gave me confidence in the conclusions reached and helped me better understand my overall mental health.

Every member of staff I interacted with was professional, kind and happy to help, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Over the past year I visited the clinic many times for consultations, follow-up appointments and treatment, and the standard of care was consistently excellent throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Candover Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality healthcare.

This was my second operation carried out by Mr Hussain. The left knee was in pretty bad condition and needed the best of best surgeon to operate.Mr Hussain had already done my right knee and the result was absolutely unbelievable my knee flexion exceeded expectations and this was the result off the excellent surgery carried out by Mr Hussain. The second operation has gone according to plan and I would like to credit Mr Hussain for his excellent skills. I would recommend anyone needing surgery to trust Mr Hussain and if possible ask for him personally to carry out your operation you won’t disappointed. So to concluded Mr Hussain is highly recommended from my personal experience and recent stay in hospital.

I attended Parkside Heatherwood for a knee replacement and subsequent regular physio appointments with Dean. Dean and every single member of staff were absolutely fantastic, caring and professional at every stage, pre and post operation and for the last 4 months of physio. Always greeted with a smile from Pam on Reception, and when I come in for physio, Leny remembers me and asks how my progress is going. I would recommend Parkside Heatherwood to anyone thinking of having any treatment

Mr Papadopoulos was a very attentive listener and also explained the options and possible causes, we also discussed accessibility for the next appointment which I thought was very thoughtful. A follow up Face to Face Outpatient Flexible Cystoscopy appointment has been made with Mr Georgios Papadopoulos on 13/09/2026, we thought this was a reasonable wait time. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner, and put me at ease. Post op - I am so glad I had it done. My ankle feels a lot more stable and I now have more confidence with my mobility. I would highly recommend Mr Farndon for any lower limb, foot, ankle or knee surgery.
