If I could give this consultant 10 out of 10, I absolutely would. From the moment I met her, she listened carefully to my concerns and took them seriously. She treated me with genuine kindness, compassion and empathy, while communicating clearly and honestly throughout. She explained everything in a way I could understand, never made me feel rushed, and always gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I felt completely confident in her care, which meant so much after a very difficult few weeks. She recognised how much I had been through and prioritised getting my gallbladder surgery arranged. Her calm, reassuring manner made me feel listened to and supported at a time when I was feeling extremely vulnerable. What impressed me most was that, even after I had been moved to a different building, she made the effort to come and find me the following day to explain how my surgery had gone and answer my questions. That level of dedication and continuity of care is something I will never forget. This admission was a completely different experience from my previous one, and her professionalism, compassion and excellent communication made a huge difference to both my physical and emotional recovery. I said to him you make medicine pleasant . The whole process from consultation to tests to surgery , recovery and aftercare was s as good as it can be and I honestly commend him for his straightforward human nature, ethics, professional capabilities and honest desire to look after his patients. I am a retired academic and recognised the passion and knowledge so if you are seeking Urological care then don’t look further . Also his medical secretary is most helpful and knows her business and very easily contactable which continues the excellence of the package. I thank him sincerely for his help and making it all as pleasant as invasive medicine can be.

I recently saw Mr Ahmad at the Nuffield Leamington after previously visiting my local A&E department and being diagnosed with Gall stones. From our first meeting, Mr Ahmad was really friendly, very professional and also reassuring, explaining the impact of gall stones and advising surgical removal of my gall bladder. He took the time to explain my scan and blood results and put me at ease on the day of my surgery. Im now 4 weeks post surgery, healing really well and very happy that I selected Mr Ahmad as my consultant/surgeon. Any questions, concerns or queries were followed up promptly by his secretary Sonia making the whole experience stress free. We went on line to look at different consultant/surgeon reviews and so glad I chose Mr Ahmad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I chose Mr Flynn because of his experience and previous reviews it proved to be an excellent decision. From the initial informative consultation to the operation and immediate post surgery care Mr Flynn's warm and supportive manner including him speaking to my wife during my immediate post surgery recovery has been superb. My half knee replacement is a complete success with a neat scar and Im assurred the attention to detain in the inside of the knee was even better, it certainly looked very impressive on the X ray. Julian is a thoroughy nice man and impressive surgeon, he will treat you well and do a fantastic job. If you are reading this review I strongly recommend you pick Julian.

I had an excellent experience with Ms Kapur . She carefully monitored my condition , seeking a second opinion, before I asked for one, when surgery looked like the only option left. She explained everything very carefully throughout. I appreciate her excellent skills in giving me a total hysterectomy by keyhole surgery. I have healed and recovered well. When I was worried and anxious in hospital she was reassuring and came and visited. I was also told by her that I could contact her at any time. This was very reassuring as well. I have received excellent care from start to finish in every aspect from Ms Kapur and would highly recommend her.

My sat nav took me to their offices: there was a vague map on the door. Eventually, after walking round the building - I rang the bell & was re directed across the road to another block where the clinic was (the entrance was not clearly marked there either!) maybe a sign at the roundabout directing patients to the ‘clinic’ would save people time & cut down stress. Sorry to moan - this was the only down point - everything else was brilliant - the receptionist was so lovely (I was nearly late due to sat nav directions) and calmed me down & re assured me made me feel comfortable!

I can’t recommend Dr Hardy enough. After years of struggling to be taken seriously by NHS GPs, Dr Hardy has finally given me some hope that i can find an answer to and solution for my health issues. Spire hospital is also a great place with very friendly and helpful staff, and the free hot drinks always make the wait worth it!
