His calm manner and attention to detail contribute to consistently high standards of clinical safety and patient satisfaction. I have now had the opportunity to witness this professionalism firsthand. I felt very reassured and appreciative of his diagnosis and treatment suggestions. Overall, in my experience, Professor Owen Judd exemplifies excellence in consultant ENT practice, combining advanced clinical skill with academic contribution and compassionate patient care. I have no doubt therefore, that he would be just as exemplary in the discharge of his other specialty areas of his profession. I have now been to all three locations (I had Hernia surgery 4 weeks ago at their Grosvenor Street hospital) and have been very impressed. The clinics are very clean and more akin to a hotel than a hospital. My issue was a bad back and painful sciatica. I was seen about 15 mins after my appointment time, but that's to be expected these days and it wasn't a problem. I was seen by Mr Montgomery who was very efficient and he gave my back a thorough examination. He said I needed an MRI and I was dreading having to wait days as I had really struggled to get to the clinic due to my injury. However, to my amazement, they managed to arrange for me to have the MRI there and then. I was looked after my Ibrahim who was first class. What a nice guy, very friendly and engaging. Made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. The MRI took about 20 mins I guess and then we made an appointment for me to speak to Mr Montgomery 2 days later on a video call to go through the results of the MRI. Overall, another very good experience.

I have been so pleased with my experience of surgery by Dr Shilen Patel. At the first consultation he explained very clearly and in detail what my operation would entail and the possible risks, but without scaring me. This gave me a lot of confidence for the day of the operation, and the surgery went very well. When dressings were removed 10 days after my operation I was really surprised to see how neat the wound was, and it was healing nicely. I had very little pain, and Mr Patel explained to me at my follow up appointment that the tumour had been removed fully without rupturing, so there is very little chance of it returning. He had also explained how they had worked to ensure they did not damage a nearby nerve which I had been so relieved about. In conclusion, I was very pleased with the overall treatment received and with the care and respect I was shown. Thank you.

Having been under the care of Rebecca for 4 months now, I can honestly say the care, kindness, professionalism, advice, information she has provided has been second to none and invaluable throughout my journey, Rebecca is always reassuring happy to answer any questions and go over anything which I’m unsure of, explaining things in depth, and whilst I appreciate Rebecca has a long line of patients to see, I’ve never felt rushed and I’m given as much time as needed at each appointment, Rebecca has also performed 2 surgeries on me, and on surgery days continues to make you feel at ease, walking you through the process of what’s going to happen. I have not experienced anything negative at all whilst under Rebecca’s care.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

It was a little overwhelming as I was expecting to discuss fitting a coil and whilst that was mentioned, I was advised about having surgery which was unexpected. I found myself agreeing to the surgery despite not knowing much about it. The risks were not explained and I didnt find out how the procedure would be executed or potential recovery time that might be required. I feel a bit confused about whether this is the right course of action or not. I was not pleased to receive a letter that claimed the risks were explained to me, when they were not.

He organised an MRI promptly, which allowed him to diagnose my son accurately, and crutches were arranged immediately. Mr Sobti has been outstanding throughout – professional, thorough, and entirely focused on my son’s recovery. He never recommends unnecessary appointments, unlike some consultants. His priority is clearly his patients and their wellbeing, not his bank balance!

I saw Dr Vasudeva last week. On entering his consulting room he put me at ease. After discussing my symptoms and examining me he carried out some tests. He told me what further tests he wanted me to take. Straight away I had a blood test and was fitted with a heart monitor. I have one more test to go and then I will see him again. I am very pleased with how he has treated me so far and I am very grateful for his care I also want to say how professional he was

Have been coming here since Sept 2025 for a cataract op, unfortunately unsuccessful. Have been treated for over a year including paying £2K for a steroid injection in my right eye. The CMO has not gone and I still suffer from distorted vision which is adversely affecting my vision and enjoyment in watching sport and playing golf.

Kind, courteous and helpful staff and colleagues from start to finish. Easy to find the clinic with free parking on site. No disabled parking that I could see, but may have missed it. Decent tea and coffee facilities and comfortable waiting room. Lift access available and reading material available plus wifi.
