I had been feeling extremely overwhelmed following on from an operation to my brain which was performed by Mr Dan Brown. By the time I left my appointment I was smiling & feeling so much happier as Mr Brown explained the whole event to me & even showed me the CT Scan images showing my brain bleed. I think when something traumatic happens to you out of blue you wake up not knowing what has happened so to have someone who is so professional explain everything to you I felt this was priceless as I walked away from my appointment a much happier person with the knowledge I needed to understand. To Mr Brown & I must say the whole team of nurses, doctors I met in the ambulance, Addenbrookes hospital & the A & E department thank you all so very much for saving my life, I will truly be forever grateful to you & I know my children feel the same way too, THANK YOU x

I had a number of visits over a 2 and a half month period. Some visits were primarily for urine tests but as and when I needed to ask Mr Muir or his PA anything they were always available and welcoming. I think sometimes the explanations of my condition didn't always sink fully in because I was generally a little bit anxious about the prospects of me fully recovering. But in the end I was convinced and happy with Mr Muir's prognosis that all was well and I could carry on as normal. But was also advised that should I ever have any concerns I could get back in tough to discuss, which was a great comfort to know.

I was so pleased when it became necessary to have knee replacement surgery, I was able to have Mr. Krkovic. His aura of complete competence, was very calming at a stressful time. I was called into the surgery ahead of my appointment time. Everything about my tooth extraction was explained carefully, with an invitation to ask any further questions. The injections (usually the worst aspect) and the extraction were painless and I was encouraged to wait in the chair for a few moments afterwards to make sure that I was OK. An excellent experience!
