Mr Elder called me himself from waiting room. He held the door for me to enter. He then pulled the chair out for to sit down on it. He asked me for any concerns regarding my illness. And how zI am managing taking medications for my condition.Then he called a nurse chaperon to be present while he examined me. In short he was professional empathetic understanding. And clearly g explaining. After examination he sent for a scan. Then I saw him for results of the scan. He explained the results of the scan clearly .e also advised about another follow up appointment. He is a very good kind empathic, professional Doctor.

I arrived early by 30 mins, I was seen immediately, no waiting around, the receptionist was a very friendly lady, the GP I seen was absolutely brilliant, took her time, listened, explained her thoughts and provided excellent re-assurance, was happy to talk about other conditions while I was there, can’t do that anywhere else, very highly recommended, that’s the second time I used duality and am now considering membership, plenty of availability, no waiting and doctors who aren’t rushing me out the door. Overall excellent experience.
