20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. Daniela Stan quite literally saved my life. I originally went to her for a routine abdominal ultrasound. Through her exceptional thoroughness and care, she suggested that I also check my thyroid and breasts — something I had never done before. I was not even aware that breast ultrasound was available as a screening option, as I had always thought mammograms were the only way. During this examination, Daniela found a very small invasive breast cancer at a stage where I had absolutely no symptoms. I had done yearly blood tests and many types of screening, but never breast imaging, simply because I did not know ultrasound was possible. My biopsy specialist and cancer treatment team later told me that Daniela is truly the hero of my story. Had it not been for her expertise and vigilance in finding such a small lesion, a few years later my situation could have been dramatically different. Daniela has many years of experience in both the UK and the US and it shows in every aspect of her work. She is incredibly thorough, highly skilled and deeply compassionate. What also deeply impressed me is that her fees are extremely affordable and she even offers free follow-up scans in cases where she finds lesions — something that speaks volumes about her integrity and genuine care for her patients. I urge every woman to prioritise breast screening and to see Daniela if possible. I will be forever grateful to her — she truly changed the course of my life.

I went to the Urgent Care Centre at Chase Lodge Hospital, Mill Hill London on Saturday Nov. 29th 2025. I was seen immediately by an outstanding Urgent Care MD, Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh. He listened, he checked me thoroughly, ordered the required tests, sent me for Chest-Xray (done on site), while spending the time explaining it all. At the end, he diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia and bilateral conjunctivitis, prescribed the appropriate treatment which was started on-site (pharmacy on site). The following day, a Sunday, he arranged for me a Chest-CT and an appointment with respiratory physician specialist for the following Monday. The whole team, each and everyone, the receptionists, the nurse, the Xray person and the pharmacist were all helpful, efficient and professional. They all played a role in my speedy recovery. I returned to the Centre on Saturday Jan. 17th and was seen again by Dr. Dr. Jalal Moradzadeh on a related issue and again encountered, professionalism, efficiency all with a smile.

At every appointment/interaction I have been impressed with Mr Sahemey. He has shown a level of care and attention that I have not experienced previously and I have seen many consultants over the years. I required a right hip revision and was experiencing huge discomfort. Mr Sahemey recognised this and took the time to listen to my lived experience. He was meticulous in his planning and preparation for my revision and this included testing for infection, learning from my previous operations and putting in place a treatment plan to support a speedy recovery. Mr Sahemey has been respectful, open and honest with me in our face to face conversations and his written communication has been responsive, timely and straightforward. In short I cannot recommend Mr Sahemey highly enough; his care and skilful intervention has quite simply changed my life.

Dr Ryan treated me with a lot of respect, although my symptoms were not life threatening, he listened to me and took my complaints seriously. When I had the surgery under his supervision, the procedure and recovery process and next steps were explained to me very clearly. I knew exactly what the surgeons were doing to me and what the benefit and also risks of having the surgery was. On a personal level I really appreciated how comfortable he made me feel throughout the entire process. Also today when I had my post op check up (months after the surgery, later than ideal, but not his fault at all!) he remembered me and seemed genuinely invested in me as a person which isn't something I was expecting, given how many patients he must see! If you are reading this Doctor Cheong then I wish you all the best! :)

My experience of the hospital was very good. The staff were amazing especially Jayne on Day surgery and David at the ward at night. The only downside that came to my attention is being told that there was no lactose free milk for my tea. The lady, I did catch her name, told me that she wasn’t aware of my overnight stay. She asked me if I was aware that I was staying overnight and I replied ‘yes’. She then went on to ask if I had put it in my forms prior to attending and I said yes. She kept on going on it wasn’t her fault she had been told. A bit of advice would be that she overshared. She clearly sorted the problem as the following morning someone had picked up the milk and I had it with my tea.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

I have recently had two procedures within two months, plus outpatient appointments. All members of staff, from receptionist to nursing staff to consultants, were extremely polite, and nothing was too much trouble. I have had two separate consultants, and they were extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease, as I was quite nervous. Their secretaries were very friendly each time I rang through, and nothing was too much trouble. The outpatient department is very modern and spotless. I was very impressed and grateful that so many different eye examinations were performed on me. The in patient department is also spotless, and my meal after my operation was delicious!

Very good ,only thing is after surgery and just before final appointment I was asked for my bank details I had paid everything last Nov a month before my surgery they agreed everything was paid but wanted to have a bank card on record ,Why ? I was asked again when I went to see mr smith for my final check up ,absolutely no need if front of other people when I didn't owe anything it made me feel like I owed something even though she said it was a token just to have it on record

Visited morning of 26.01, had to wait a few minutes before being let into the building as arrived just before 9am. Although i was fully aware and ready to wait, everyone passing by including reception staff were kind and apologetic. Getting in, staff (reception, radiographer, doctor) were prompt, thorough, straightforward and quick. No time to scroll through phone as i moved from one stage to the next with ease.
