Communication is not at all a strong point of RTN diagnostics. I was told, I , as-well as my designated persons had to fill in online questionnaires . It took several communications for the questionnaires to be sent out to them . My brother who was the main person and only relative RTN wanted to fill in my developmental questionnaire never has received any communications whatsoever despite them telling me they had sent it to him several times. One of the problems I faced was that I do not have any living relative or friend who knew me in childhood, apart from my brother, but he is 3 years younger than me, so in light of this I was instructed to fill in my background questionnaire myself , to the best of my ability as he would be less likely to know the answers. I was also requested to send in further evidence including a medical summary report , school reports and my personal symptom observations. I had school reports from juniors through to secondary school so I proceeded to send those in to the requesting email . This turned out to be wrong because when I chased it up they said it should have been sent to different department/email , and it had not been subsequently forwarded to them. I was not informed of the correct email previously. This obviously delayed and wasted time. Finally I was told that RTN had everything they needed to move forward with the assessment. I was told it would take 3 months to get the final appointment with the psychiatrist who would go through my adhd outcome report With me. after three months I had not heard anything so I had to chase RTN to see when I would get an appointment. When I was finally given an appointment it was cancelled the afternoon before by the psychiatrist stating they required my brother to fill in the background form (they had told me to fill in ) he still to this day has not received it. It was frustrating so I put in a formal complaint because I had taken unpaid leave as a carer to be able to attend my appointment which they cancelled last minute giving an excuse that frankly did not stand because they had been informed about my lack of family to fill in my developmental form months beforehand. When I eventually got my appointment the psychiatrist I was allocated was changed again and then I was informed my report had not been written out completely by the assessor and therefore some of the one hour allocated was going to have to taken up by him having to ask some questions that he said he needed to make the assessment. He also said that it would have been easier if he had my school reports. I informed him that I had sent them as requested twice. He had to search online to find them., he basically was unprepared for my adhd review. He read the school reports to me during my appointment. It seemed to me that it was all being done on the fly. One thing I also noticed is that I seemed to be assessed (in my opinion) according to male adhd symptoms/criteria. I donot feel that RTN have managed this whole procedure efficiently nor professionally. They lack good communication cancel appointments last minute and arrive at the final adhd report review unprepared. I feel the whole process has been made unnecessarily stressful. From start to finish it has taken one whole year. I chose RTN diagnostics as part of the nhs right to chose. I would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience at the Lindo Wing. Everyone (midwives, baby doctors, anaesthesiologists) were exceptionally calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout my stay. Every step was clearly explained, and all questions were answered with patience and care. Even with the smallest concern about my baby’s health, a neonatologist was promptly invited to carry out a full assessment, which gave me great peace of mind. I was also supported with my baby’s breast attachment immediately in the delivery room, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms are very well equipped, and during delivery both my and my baby’s heart rates were continuously monitored and carefully assessed. After the birth, we received ongoing guidance on next steps, and both my baby’s and my own health were checked frequently and thoroughly.

From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. The doctor explained really clearly what all the tests were for and what would happen when the procedure was to be done. A very pleasant experience from start to finish

Mr Worthington explained on the basis of the scans that he had from St Peters the reasons for suggesting a medical procedure to drain a 4cm wide absess on my pancreas (not incidentally present on scans taken in April) He expained that there would be a biopsy taken to establish its nature and possibly the need to insert a stent temporarily. I was very satisfied with this proposed further treatment, albeit a bit surprised that the team at St Peters had not suggested that it should be done. I forgot to ask whether, if a repeat pancreatitis attack occurred, it would be possible for me to be admitted to Nuffield Guildford for treatment, insured by BUPA. And if so, what do I do at the outset, call 999 or the Nuffield?

Dr A Ashish has cared for me for over 12 months and has been outstanding throughout my treatment. He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable, and has played a key role in my diagnosis and ongoing management of bronchiectasis and asthma. He has a lovely manner — always clear, kind, and considerate — and takes the time to listen, answer questions, and put me completely at ease. Each appointment ends with a clear and well-thought-out management plan, which gives me real confidence between reviews. Dr Ashish is an excellent consultant and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him. Thank you.

My experience has been extremely positive. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to, taken seriously, and genuinely cared for. Dr Hunter took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made a huge difference to me. Kerry his healthcare assistant has been amazing too. She has been so kind, responsive, and supportive. I’ve felt more supported here than I ever have with other practices, and the care I’ve received has been outstanding. I’m incredibly grateful for the help and compassion shown to me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

We have received the best care possible and Dr Shebani truly has been outstanding in her presence, care giving, explaining everything to us in a way we all understand. Making sure our daughter has the best care and we trust her whole heartedly . My girl would not be the girl she is today without her. As a family we cannot thank Dr Shebani enough and she is a credit to the NHS.

Spire Manchester Hospital is exceptional in every sense. The nursing staff who cared for our son were outstanding and made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring rather than clinical. In particular, Sarah was wonderful — attentive, warm, and highly professional, creating an environment that didn’t feel like a hospital at all. The standard of care throughout was exemplary, and this was without question the least stressful surgery experience we have had. We are extremely grateful to the nursing team.

I highly recommend Dr. Glow / Kajal! I visited her for anti-wrinkle treatment on my forehead, which has been an area of insecurity of mine for many years. Kajal was extremely welcoming, comforting, knowledgable and gentle. The treatment chair was so comfortable and she even offered a stress ball for during the injections. She made sure to check in with me following the appointment. I am extremely pleased with the results and am looking forward to visiting her again soon. Thank you!

He was clear with the process, potential outcomes and made sure I was informed and comfortable with the results. When I got my results Mr Devalia was very kind and allowed time for me to be happy with a negative result. Talking me through what it meant and what to look out for in the future. I was very happy with the treatment and with Mr Devalia's approach.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients
