Under her care, I have completed two egg retrievals. During our second retrieval, we were incredibly grateful to have five blastocysts successfully created and frozen in total. Dr. Kat’s knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our outcomes. She was also instrumental in uncovering an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed. Dr. Kat recommended further testing for my husband, which led to the discovery of a varicocele. She promptly referred us to a urologist, and following his procedure, our results improved significantly. Without her recommendation and thorough attention to every detail, we truly believe we would not be where we are today. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kat is exceptionally compassionate and supportive. She communicates promptly through the app, answers questions with clarity and care, and is present every step of the way. Her reassurance and dedication made an emotionally challenging process feel manageable and hopeful. We are so excited to continue forward and begin the next chapter of starting our family, and we look forward to updating this review when that day comes. Dr. Kat is truly a blessing, and we are endlessly grateful to have her as our fertility and IVF doctor. I Attended spire Washington 15th November to recieve total left hip replacement surgery from Dr Krishnan’s team. My experience from my first consultation to final discharge was superb. Having never been in hospital before, Everything was fully explained, and I was put totally at ease. The actual surgery went perfectly, the anethatists were brilliant and I felt no pain and slept through the operation which went very well. My Post operative care was first class, everyone involved in my care was excellent, and I was discharged the following day after some PT. My recovery from Surgery has been way better than expected, I was walking unaided after 9 days and by 4 weeks I was able to walk several miles, the incision has healed well and the scar is quite neat . This surgery has been life changing as I was struggling with mobility and pain from osteoarthritis, and now I’m back to normal and able to do all of the things I could before I developed the complaint. I can’t thank Dr Krishnan and his team enough and I would thoroughly recommend him without any reservation.

I had my surgery performed 4 weeks ago, at Spire St Anthony's Hospital, by Mr Ian Hunt. On the afternoon of the surgery date, he went through everything and confirmed a few things. I was extremely nervous and I worked myself up before the surgery. Mr Hunt and his anaesthetist, Dr Dassen Ragavan really reassured me and put me at ease. Mr Hunt is very much needed in this world., he is an absolute treasure. When I was in the recovery room after surgery, he visited my wife and daughter, and let them know that it was successful and everything went well. When I was back in my room, he visited us again and explained what happened. Even though it was a very stressful day for him, he was still smiling. He visited me every day during my stay. I am so grateful to be one of his patients and I await having my left side operated on by him for my slipping rib syndrome. Thank you so, so much.

The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

I contacted my NHS GP after developing an acute medical problem but was not offered an appointment or even the opportunity to speak with a GP. Loughvuew had be recommended to me by a friend and I had no trouble getting an appointment quickly. The reception staff were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The GP was very professional but also very open and friendly and I found it very easy to talk to him. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Overall I was very happy with the consultation and would thoroughly recommend Loughview to anyone seeking high quality, compassionate medical care.

The waiting has been difficult as communication has been poor. I have struggled to get a response from the office both via email and phone. I had a combined assessment and received my ADHD outcome 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my autism assessment outcome despite being told the clinical decision has been made. The staff I saw as part of my assessment were fantastic and the support team have been helpful (when I’ve been able to contact them). It’s just a shame that the poor communication has spoilt the overall experience. It would have been good to under the process flow at each stage.

I had an appointment for a blood test. Unfortunately, despite 2 attempts the nurse was unable to extract any bloods. The nurse decided to find a colleague - I was delighted to see a face I recognised, who had conducted this procedure successfully earlier in the year. She was able to take the bloods from my arm skilfully first time, without causing any discomfort. Her calmness, warmth and humour quickly helped me to forget my previous experience. I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience). I would highly recommend Mr Khan and the London Independent hospital.
