Excellent quality care everything one would want if family member had to come into hospital.All staff professional and friendly and great in their job doing it so through The Anaesthetic explained everything he would do. Professor Ian Walsh explained everything I needed to know too. The Nurse who greeted me on initial contact was just the right person for it.A lovely smiley Nurse who was so friendly and put me at ease with her conversation.Well done Paula The theatre Nurse Syvonne was pleasant too in her greeting . All was done as to the book dignity maintained and aseptic technique . In recovery the Nurse looking after me was pleasant. On arrival back to the ward all was explained what was required before discharge. The Nurse who dealt with me on discharge was so cheerful . Sadly I don’t recall her name though it began with T maybe Tiffi .I was very impressed at getting two pairs of compression stockings.Lovely getting a recipe book and card much appreciated. I was given a letter on postoperative care and contact number heighlighted if I had any concerns post operative to ring.Very well done. Professor Ian Walsh saw me postoperative and was happy to tell me all was not what I had thought it would be.Thankfully my health issue can be sorted by medication.He explained that he would see me in 4 months time. Well done to all the staff a nice experience in a worrying situation.

Professor Mike has truly been a lifesaver for my son. Since meeting him, he has helped my son more than any other doctor ever has. He and his team have been absolutely amazing. I have seen many private doctors and NHS doctors, but none have achieved what Professor Mike did in just the first appointment. My son is now sleeping through the night, and for the first time, he is on a proper path—being seen, checked, referred, and given the care and medication he has needed since birth. For years, everything was dismissed and simply labelled as “due to autism.” But Professor Mike listened to us. He carried out thorough checks, arranged scans and referrals, and has consistently followed up. Because of him, we are finally able to give our son a better life—with less pain, fewer tantrums, and real progress. After years of disappointment waiting for surgery and being let down along the way, I truly believe things only worked out the way they did because I was eventually placed under the care of Mr Abdelkader. From the start, he was very clear about the plan for my open myomectomy. Previous doctors had only planned to remove one fibroid, but Mr Abdelkader explained that he would remove as many as possible during surgery and he did exactly that. His transparency and honesty gave me a lot of confidence going into the procedure. He was both professional and compassionate throughout the process. After the surgery, he checked on me and clearly explained the next steps in my recovery, which I really appreciated. He identified something unexpected during surgery and made sure it was properly flagged for further investigation. I’m very grateful for his thoroughness and attention to detail. I first saw Mr Blanco at the Spire, King's Lynn, on 20th January, the following Saturday I went to the Spire in Cambridge to have a MRI scan. I later saw Mr Blanco who discussed he results of the scan and informed me I needed a total knee replacement operation. |He said he could carry out the operation in February on a date of my choice. He informed me it would be painful afterwards and it was essential I carried out the physiotherapy exercises afterwards. I saw Mr Blanco on the morning of the operation, who again explained the procedure and details of the operation. The operation has proven to be a complete success. I saw Mr Blanco on Tuesday 14th April. He told me he was delighted with my progress, after which I was discharged and told I would be OK to drive again. I found Mr Blanco to be most kind and caring and have no hesitation in recommending him for his professionalism. Mr Blanco's secretary was also extremely helpful at all times.

Mr Natesh has been amazing in his care regarding my enlarged thyroid, both before the procedure and post operation. His genuine calm and kind bedside manner is only superseded by his surgical skills which I do not pretend to understand but a major operation without a single moment of pain in the first week is truly a reflection of his skill as a surgeon. I was very nervous and was put at ease by the staff. The procedure was only 30minutes for both eyes. There was no pain only pressure. My eyes were gritty & cloudy for first day. I can now read signs in the department which I couldn't see without my glasses. This is my second day and I am sitting here with my blinds closed with sunglasses on as they feel sensitive to light today but still no pain. Why oh why didn't I do this years ago. If your thinking about it STOP and just do it, be brave like me and you won't be disappointed. I recommend my surgeon Mr Mario Saldanha 1000%.

All staff from reception to the nurses treat you in a caring, professional manner; and of course Mr Tint who carried out and performed the procedures was informative the whole way through. The staff at the hospital performing a variety of roles all went the extra mile to make sure that I was alright and fulfilled their tasks and my requests in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. This included all the nursing and support staff. A special mention to the members of staff who took care of me after the operation and the nurse who helped me during the trial without catheter. It was not “third time lucky” but down to a measure of encouragement and reassurance from this nurse that enabled me to achieve my goal.

Got to appointment early and was seen straight away. I did think I was going to see the Mr Steven Lau but the nurses were very good and able to answer my questions, but unable to give me a date for my proscedure which was disappointing and if I am unable to make the next appointment I will have to go back to my doctor which doesn't seem right as we could have made an appointment which is suitable for both Mr Steven Lau and his team and myself straight away.
