From the moment I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and reassuring, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Every single member of staff I encountered from the porter who kindly took me to my room, to the nurses who introduced themselves and made me feel completely at home. Went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, calm, and welcoming, which made such a difference to my peace of mind. The nursing team truly stood out: they not only provided excellent care and attention during my stay but also took the time to share their own experiences of the same procedure, which helped to reassure me more than words can say. The recovery nurses were so gentle and attentive after my procedure, and the discharge nurse made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Every person I met without exception deserves a five-star rating. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made what could have been a daunting experience feel calm and positive from start to finish. Thank you so much to the entire hospital team for your exceptional care. I am truly grateful and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. You are all absolutely incredible.

Arriving at the Lyndhurst Rooms for a Blood test and a CT scan in the hospital. Reception were polite quick and efficient. The Phlebotomist was professional and conducted the tests well. Absolutely fine. However, the CT scan is conducted by the hospital radiology department. Waiting times were extended at the radiology reception(NHS) and in the department(NHS) before the scan. The staff were as expected very good and professional, no issue there, but the waiting time over and above the booked time was between 45minutes to one hour overdue. I have had similar scans in different facities previousy and this does not compare with the London Clinic which is fully private and the same private insurance payer is paying for a private service. the RFH Private Patients could do a lot better.

I saw Mr Wek for a consultation and a hip nerve block , done under x ray. I have seen Mr Wek, both in his NHS clinic and privately. On both occasions he put me at ease straight away and I was encouraged to ask any questions throughout the appointments. Mr Wek has a calm, approachable, professional and friendly manner. During my consultation, Mr Wek took time and care in showing and explaining the results of my MRI scan and x ray. He also further demonstrated the stages leading to advanced osteoarthritis using plastic hip joints, which was helpful. I would highly recommend Mr Wek, especially if you want a Consultant thats patient, and makes you feel involved in your care.

My initial appointment was to have a checkup to explore the feasibility of having veneers placing over my existing top row of front teeth. I was so impressed with everything that was done from the first visit to the finl fitting visit. Everything that was done was explained to me in fine detail. The owner of the practice, Stephen Dodd, is the ultimate professional. I guess you would call him a Supreme Dental Technician!!! His staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so so pleased with the end result of visits and I would highly recommend the prctice.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

I saw Professor Branley on the 31st of October for an annual review of my sarcoidosis. As always, he gave me a clear explanation and reassurance that the condition is stable. I have been under review by Professor Branley since this diagnosis in December 2022 he is always very accommodating with arranging appointments around my busy work schedule. As I also need this review for employment reasons it is very helpful to have someone who is organised and provides all the information required as soon as he has finished his review.

Recently admitted for a procedure under Dr Hunter at the Lisburn Road Hospital. Staff here have been so polite, professional and helpful, seeing to my every need and request. After previous surgeries for the same condition, Dr Hunter has been the most thorough clinician i have been assessed and treated by. He and the staff have kept me updated and reassured on the treatment I required. All staff from Consultants to Domestic Staff have been professional courteous and extremely approachable throughout my stay.

Had a lovely visit to MUMS today to see our little twins. I was over the moon to hear both heartbeats and see them wriggling around. The staff were so kind and really made me feel at ease. I was also so grateful to receive a USB with pictures and a video of the scan including the heartbeats totally unexpected but such a beautiful touch. I’ll definitely be visiting again! 💕
