I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

I have been under the care of Dr Alistair Ring since September 2024, and from my very first visit to The Royal Marsden, I knew I had made the right decision to begin chemotherapy there. During our initial consultation, Dr Ring immediately put me at ease, even though I had just received a difficult test result minutes before our meeting. He took the time to explain the Oncotype test for example and the treatment options available, making it clear that every step of my care would be centred around me. Dr Ring’s attention to detail and his encouragement to ask questions gave me great confidence and helped me feel empowered throughout my treatment. Following chemotherapy, I began medication that induced menopause, and thanks to his early guidance on potential side effects and how to manage them, I felt fully prepared. I also appreciate that he has been open to ongoing conversations about my treatment, including exploring HRT options, this openness means a great deal. The clinical staff at The Royal Marsden have been exceptional. They have consistently provided compassionate, professional care, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them at each follow-up. They remember small details and speak to me as a person, not just a patient, which makes every visit a positive experience. I cannot recommend Dr Ring and The Royal Marsden highly enough. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support I have received and continue to receive from the entire team.

From my initial appointment with Mr Hoo, I felt all my questions were answered and felt at ease, from the onset I knew I would choose Mr Hoo as my surgeon. I had done a lot of research for my procedure and felt reassured from my initial appointment. Pauline (Mr Hoo’s nurse) was also very informative and patient regarding any questions which I had. My surgery was booked and due to unforeseen circumstances had to rescheduled, Brenda in appointments was very helpful and offered me a cancellation slot which I was very thankful for. On the day of surgery, I was admitted into the admission pod and here all staff were attentive, I met with the anaesthetist and Mr Hoo and thereafter went to theatre. The theatre nurse and anaesthetist were so lovely, talked me through everything and I felt reassured. Thereafter, in the recovery ward, the nurse was excellent when asked about pain, I was immediately given pain meds which eased the pain and brought upstairs to a room which the excellent care continued. Mr Hoo came to see me and answer any further questions, truly 5* service from the onset. The hospital was spotless and attention to detail by all staff was exceptional.

Dr Ben and the Lister team were amazing in every single way. We started our IVF journey at another large London clinic on Harley Street and did not have a great experience. After that we changed clinics to the Lister hospital and Dr Bens care and wished we had done it sooner. Dr Ben listened to our wishes and concerns, and took them into consideration, whilst always focusing on the best outcome for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and we trusted him and his expertise completely. One thing that also made a huge difference to our patient experience was that Dr Ben was always available for any questions and would answer them himself and almost always immediately or within a few hours, depending on his time. At the clinic we were before, we never saw the same consultant, the plan of care felt very much like a standard protocol rather than tailored to the patient and answers to questions where hard to come by outside of appointments. Our son Alexander was born healthy at the end of 2025 and we could not be more grateful to Dr Ben and the whole Lister Team!

Zack treated my son for deep verrucas caused by swimming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The diagnosis and treatment were done in the same appointment, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My son is 9 years old and was understandably nervous, but Zack was fantastic at keeping him calm, confident, and engaged throughout the treatment. He was reassuring, patient, and made the whole experience far less daunting. The treatment itself was quick and very well managed. We went back for a follow-up today and were given the all-clear, along with a top-up treatment to remove any remaining dead skin and ensure nothing was left behind. Zack explained everything clearly to both my son and me, which really empowered us and reassured us that this was the best course of action. Zack was excellent — funny, caring, and professional — exactly what you want, especially when treating a young child. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I’m grateful to Mr. Tsepov, Vicky, Nadia, and the full medical team for the care I received across my surgeries. From the first consultation to post-op support, I felt looked after in a steady, consistent way. Mr. Tsepov explained the plan clearly, set realistic expectations, and answered my questions without rushing. His calm and confident manner helped me feel safe, especially during moments where I felt anxious. Vicky, the nurse, was outstanding. She was attentive, warm, and reassuring. She noticed what I needed and acted quickly. That kind of care matters when you feel vulnerable. Nadia, Mr. Tsepov’s PA, was organised and responsive. Communication was clear and quick, and the admin side ran smoothly. That reduced stress at a time when I had limited energy. Thank you to everyone involved. Went to see mr wee sim coor about a cancerous tumer on my top left upper back and he said he can and is willing to do a wide local exsision and we arranged for it to be done a week afer he were very gentle and the scar is very neat and tidy which is expected as he is also a cosmetic surgeon and he gave me the date when to come back for results to see if he got it all that I did 2 weeks later and he managed to get it all the nurses were very good mr wee sim cool were very good and also the receptionists are very good sorry for missing names out but dulcie lord is very good at her job it is well worth paying the money to go private and I will be back to beardwood if I have any other issues anyway merry christmas happy new year and all the best to all the beardwood team many thanks mr shane t

We were fortunate to be introduced to him during an open evening at the Portland Hospital, and within minutes of talking to him, I thought that he was the right fit for me during my first pregnancy. My husband and I thoroughly looked forward to each appointment with Dr Duncan during the 9 months of pregnancy; we always felt informed, cared for and safe in his hands. His qualifications and experience speak for themselves, but in addition to that he is a warm and interesting person and we always enjoyed his company, as we did that of Colette, his phenomenal secretary. We are supremely grateful for the experience with Dr Duncan and could not imagine a better one with anyone else.

Booked an appointment and was seen 2 days later. Dr Chopra was very friendly, took a case history and examined my skin condition. He made suggestions as to the cheapest course of action, which he personally wouldn't have financially benefitted from, which showed real integrity as a doctor. I went ahead with a biopsy, which was quickly and skilfully performed, and dissolving sutures were deliberately used as to save me from needing a return visit, thus reducing costs and time. Dr Chopra clearly cares not only about his patients but also seeks to provide medical attention in the most cost effective manner for his patients.

I had a check up and cleaning from the dentist Sonia. What a marvellous professional and friendly person. I am extremely nervous at dentist but Sonoa went above a beyond to make me at easy. She transmitted me calm and I'd never ever thought to feel calm at the dentist. I only hope she will not leave as well. I am so tired of OSD turnover of staff it's very stressful for me getting used to someone and than change it.
