Professor Carmichael in particular was a wonderful clinician to have encountered. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen, explain her findings clearly and discuss the options available to me without ever making the appointment feel rushed. She immediately put me at ease and struck that rare balance of being reassuring and approachable whilst inspiring complete confidence in her clinical expertise. The wider team were equally excellent, and the transition between consultation, imaging and review was remarkably smooth. At every stage I felt informed, comfortable and genuinely cared for rather than simply moved through a process. I left the appointment feeling reassured, well informed and very grateful for the standard of care I had received. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Professor Carmichael and the breast service at Nuffield Derby.

I am beyond impressed by the level of expertise and precision provided at the London Finsbury Clinic. The clinic is lead by Dr Eroglu MD, and provides an exceedingly professional level of care compared to most London aestheticians and injectors, who often don’t require as much experience and practise in order to receive an injector qualification. I was skeptical of collagen boosters like juvelook in regards to building volume in areas like tear troughs, but my results have proven me too harsh a skeptic. 2 months post juve eyes treatment there is significant reduction in discolouration and hollowing. I have just had my second treatment today. Dr Eroglu also has a very positive attitude towards his work and is very patient and accommodating. The environment is friendly and relaxed, he took time to answer all my queries, and even provided me some doctors insight on another small medical concern instead of being corporate and sterile in his approach to patient communications.

I felt no pain afterwards and didn't need to take a single painkiller. It felt as I hadn't even had a the procedure. His level of expertise is outstanding, and the person behind the doctor stands out. He is a true gentleman, kind, compassionate, respectful and genuinely caring. Mr Khan was extremely kind and compassionate when explaining my diagnosis. His support meant more to me than I can put into words. It is rare to come across someone who is not only an excellent professional, but also such a genuinely kind and compassionate human being. I feel truly blessed to have been under his care. I wish Mr Khan many blessings and hope he continues to help many more people through both his expertise and his kindness.

My visit was a life-changing experience. The staff were fantastic, and so were the patients. However, the rules took a while to adjust to. Make sure to ask questions about everything and pay close attention to the timetables, because they're not always closely adhered to. Know your rights, and definitely write down things you are asking for on word rounds so that you are able to remember your own requests under the pressure. The community was amazingly supportive and kind: I really bonded with other patients and nurses and learned to ask for help and share my thoughts in a healthy way.

From initial consultation, to operation and subsequent after-care, my experience with Mr Kiszely and his team was excellent. He was both approachable and informative and set my mind at rest about the procedure that I required. I attended our initial session with my wife and youngest son today at an introductory assessment session with Louise. Although this was just the initial session, I found Louise very friendly, approachable and warm in her manner and she was able to strike up a good rapport with all of us, especially our son, with the initial fact finding exercise she worked through with us. The discussion was very positive and happy and so much so that we have booked our second session with Louise, as she is definitely the person we feel who could help us.

We had an excellent experience at Parkside Hospital. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, calm and welcoming. The environment was quiet and peaceful, which made a huge difference, particularly when my 7 year old daughter was having surgery. The care felt very personal and attentive, and all the staff were kind and professional throughout. The food was also excellent! A lovely, calm environment that made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. I would highly recommend Parkside Hospital.

I chose the CHEC surgery at Stevenage. The procedure was excellent, though I was not impressed by the two eye protectors stuck on with surgical tape. I was a little disappointed with the venue, in so far as the publicity depicted comfortable surroundings, easy chairs and hospitality. However, CHEC Stevenage is a waiting room, similar to the average hospital. I was a private patient so was invited to have a cup tea and a biscuit. Finally, after the procedure I felt a little horrid as the surgery was about to close at 17.30

Mr Debendra Sahu

Mr Sahu has a friendly, approachable manner and is good at explaining what the scans and vision tests are showing him. He outlined various treatments and what he would expect them to achieve, together with possible risks and costs. He suggested an initial treatment with eye drops, and explained how and when to put them in, and encouraged me to remain in the NHS system so that I could benefit from the fluoresceine angiogram that isn't available at the Nuffield Hospital.

Mr Adam Ajis

I had been experiencing discomfort and pain in my feet for some time. I had tried to resolve the problem with visits to my GP and National Health and Private Podiatrists. None of these provided a satisfactory resolution. I had a consultation with Mr. Ajis, who diagnosed a condition that could be corrected with a minimal surgical procedure. Mr Ajis completed the operation, the result being that I am now pain free.

The visit to Bristol was very good, quickly seen and staff very friendly and efficient. The report on areas of concern was made available within the few days promised. However, attempts to phone The Mole Clinic were very difficult and the ring back service did not work. It made rearranging my original appointment at Bristol very long winded and difficult.
