We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

I had an great experience with Dr. Sotiris Nicholas and cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first meeting, he was calm, professional, and extremely reassuring. Dr. Nicholas took the time to clearly explain the anesthesia process and ensured I felt completely comfortable and confident before the procedure. At the surgery, his expertise and attention to detail were evident. I felt safe and well cared for at every stage, and the anesthesia experience was smooth with a far easier recovery than I expected. His calm manner and clear communication made a potentially stressful situation more manageable and reassuring. Dr. Sotiris Nicholas is an exceptional anaesthetist whose professionalism, skill, and genuine care make a real difference. I am truly grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone undergoing a procedure requiring anesthesia.

Booked an appointment and was seen 2 days later. Dr Chopra was very friendly, took a case history and examined my skin condition. He made suggestions as to the cheapest course of action, which he personally wouldn't have financially benefitted from, which showed real integrity as a doctor. I went ahead with a biopsy, which was quickly and skilfully performed, and dissolving sutures were deliberately used as to save me from needing a return visit, thus reducing costs and time. Dr Chopra clearly cares not only about his patients but also seeks to provide medical attention in the most cost effective manner for his patients.

Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to Chirag, the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.

Mr Vivek Wadhwa

I first saw Mr Wadhwa on the 3 November 2025 where an Epididymal cyst was diagnosed. Had scans on the 6th, pre surgery visit on 20th and surgery on the 26th. Cyst of 9cm long removed, a 'block' inserted and no pain has occurred post surgery after following the meds regime I was given. Back swimming after 3 weeks. The staff and Mr Wadhwa kept me informed at all times, the facilities were superb and on the day of my surgery I was operated on at 1pm and home for 6.30pm. I would recommend Mr Wadhwa to all based on my experience.

This was my first visit to a breast clinic after a referral, and also my first experience of having an mammogram and ultrasound. The clinic kindly found me an alternative slot the same day after I was unable to make the original appointment. Ms Seema Seetharam and the team I saw were all highly professional, approachable and kind. They answered my questions and gave me accessible information to help my understanding. They made a potentially very stressful experience much less stressful and I'm very grateful.

Having been seen by Dr Neil Chapman for some time who has helped me cope with volatile blood pressure (not helped by my autonomic neuropathy), I was a little nervous at meeting his successor, Dr Daneshmend. Nurse Lucy told me not to worry; she was right! Dr Daneshmend is likewise excellent at understanding, and has furnished me with thoughtful, cogent arguments - helpful when facing doctors not so well versed in the peculiarities of my condition. - as to why my treatment is as it is.

I met Dr Rozati following my prostrate cancer diagnosis to get information on Radio therapy treatment for my condition including assessing all pros and cons. Dr Rozati was able to give me advice on the current treatments options and how the treatment pan would be drafted. Whist I didn’t go for the radio therapy option, Dr Rozati was able to refer me to my surgeon.

Dr. Olympia Tsilochristou

Dr Tsilochristou helped to relieve all my concerns and answer any and all questions I had about my eczema and how it relates to allergies. She was nice and welcoming, and very informative about the skin prick tests. She is clearly very knowledgable about everything to do with allergies and eczema, and it was very very helpful talking to her.

I needed to have several inoculations for travel to high risk areas. It is possible, but not cost-free, to get this done on the NHS with lots of planning, delays, and waiting for appointments. Or get them all done in one go, here, seamlessly, for a little more cost. Doctor, staff, practice, whole experience all first rate.

Dr Taylor carried out a strabismus procedure on my right eye correcting it to a more straight ahead position. After 30 years of compensating for this it’s now significantly improved thanks to the procedure he carried out. All the way through he was informative and reassuring and I am incredibly happy with the result.

Dental practice aside, which are exemplary, the practice needs some heating it was too cold in there and I must say £5 for the soft bristle tooth brush just because I forgot mine was not necessary at all. I felt a little shoehorned into having to buy that which I did not appreciate.
