I was greeted by an amicable, polite & efficient receptionist on arrival and shown to the waiting room where member of the theatre staff would come for me and explain what would happen next. Kate introduce herself and on knowing I have profound hearing loss made sure that I understood everything. She prepared me well with the required eye drops and made sure I understood the process that would happen in theatre. Having escorted me into theatre she introduced me to Mr Shafiq, the surgeon and the other theatre staff. Mr Shafiq is very approachable and explained clearly what was going to happen. During the procedure he talked me through what he as about to do and what I would see. He was very reassuring throughout the whole procedure which took about 10 mins. He explained clearly about the eye pad, the eye drops etc and Kate made sure that I had understood this before she escorted me to the waiting room. Overall, an excellent team and excellent care; even better than I'd expected because of my profound hearing loss.

I spent hour and a quarter talking in detail about my symptoms as an adult and what I could remember from my childhood I was then told that whilst I reached the threshold for adult ADHD, I did not reach the threshold for childhood ADHD. I was told I did not have ADHD whilst showing some symptoms. We discussed for a further ten minutes about the fact that I had some difficulty understanding why I needed to reach the threshold for a neurodivergent condition as a child in order to receive some help as an adult with threshold symptoms. I accepted the findings with some disappointment that I was not going to get help but at least it was suggested that I return to my GP for a different referral

The support service has been fantastic… from start and every step of the way the girls have helped me over come any fears as this has been a challenging time with having a breast cancer diagnosis , and to over come these moments we need professionals that have that caring human touch, the medical expertise and knowledge that has helped me each step of the way. Unexpected diagnosis but finally relieved to find an answer. I have since my teenage years have always issues with my tummy, feeling bloated, loose stools and sometimes constipation, never feeling right. After consultation with Dr Mahesh, he suggested a few tests including endoscopy- both ends!. However the endoscopy confirmed I have coeliac disease and colonoscoopy showed colitis. He also gave me a clear step by step plan. I feel so relieved to have found what was the issue, now adjusting slowly to a life without gluten, and , tbh its not all that bad. Anyway, an intelligent doctor, thank you. My kids are seeing him too!

I've been trying to book an initial appointment for last two weeks. I've been emailed times slot for appointment but then we're told that the time slot was taken by another patient. I've called numerous times. But there is no one picking up the phone. Emails are not responded to in timely manner either. I don't know what to think of you're services and what your staff are like because you're team are not there to take calls or email back when we need them. Will you're doctors be the same? Would it be that difficult to get a consultation with them. I'm very disappointed with your reception staff!

I would just like to say that I am really grateful to have had Mr Mohan as my surgeon. I feel blessed as he has been so understanding, kind and never puts pressure on when having a discussion. The surgery itself has been very successful, and from having a permanently painful left shoulder it rarely hurts any more and it's only been 5 months, when I was told it could take 6 to 9 months to fully recover. I can't stress enough how well Mr Mohan treated me and just, as always, wanted to give credit where it's due and it certainly is due to Mr Mohan

It was time to look at having my cataract in my left eye. My right eye has glucoma and both trabulectomny and cataract had been done by Ms Poorna Abeysiri. She explained that a more advanced lense would be more suitable for my left eye. She told me about the benefits and reminded me that there are always risks. She is brilliant at both medical assessment and explaining the ways forward.

The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented
