Daniel is a first class obstetrician and surgeon, and it was a privilege to meet him on my journey to parenthood. He always listened attentively to my questions and provided me with clear, straight-to-the point answers, which were very helpful to understand the procedure I was going to have. The planned c-section seemed a worrying experience at first, but it turned out to be not as scary because of the Daniel’s professional approach and calm manner. During the course of the operation and after it, in hospital, I was under his full-time medical care and everything was under his control. I felt in safe hands and this is what I needed. Daniel was always very efficient in replying to my emails. No matter how busy he is, he always puts his patients first, whether it is day or night. I am very impressed with Daniel’s approach to work and his professionalism. Thank you very much!

I can’t believe I have been sent a message asking how my appointment went and asking to rate my experience I attended my appointment to have my procedure done, the doctor went through details that had already been disgusted and proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to get the arranged procedure done as she was leaving and from a professional point of view she could not do it as she would not be there for my follow up appointment. So I’m still wondering where the professionalism was when no one contacted me to inform me of this only to be turned away after I drove an hours journey to get to my oppointment and an hour home again. A simple phone call would have been professional. This was not that the doctor was off sick or something last minute, she was leaving and was very blasé about it. Absolutely no professionalism here at all

I arrived at the appointed time, checked in with the receptionist given forms to complete which I completed & handed back to the receptionist, after waiting half an hour passed my appointment time I was still waiting to be seen, eventually my partner asked a male nurse if Mr Patel was running late, and we were told that we were the next to be seen, when we were invited in to see Mr Pater he was very apologetic for keeping us waiting saying that there had been an administrative error whereby he had been told that I hadn’t arrived for my appointment, Mr Patel commented that he thought that was strange as the paperwork I had compieted on my arrival was on his desk. So he realised that I was there but nobody had apparently bothered to check.

I was transferred to the Nuffield Hospital Woking by the NHS under consultant Mr Neville Menezes. My first consultation he examined me and gave me a full explanation of the issue, the required treatment and the time schedule. On the day of the operation Mr Menezes was professional, had an excellent bedside manner and explained the procedure in detail. Post Op he checked with me that I was OK, with pain management and informed of how the procedure went. Final consultation post surgery, Mr Menezes gave me another examination to check for infection, wound healing. He then provided me with excellent advice to assist me back into my normal daily routine. Really please with all the consultations, the surgery and support - excellent service.

Tom has been a total life saver for me and my family. I would never have felt so safe or happy with anyone else. I had an emergency c-section for my first child which was my worst nightmare. However, it felt so calm and I couldn’t have felt less stressed or been in a better pair of hands. My second child was born via elected c-section which was incredibly smooth sailing and my recovery was amazing, I put that all down to what an amazing job Tom did for me. I would recommend him a million times over and I cannot wait to have more children just to go back to him. I truly feel as if I have a friend for life. Every time I’ve ever seen Tom I couldn’t have had a better experience if I tried.

The mentor and therapy is key, combined with the well thought out group sessions is the major turning point in my life in recovery. From the owners and upper management taking the time out of their busy days to assist with advice and personal experiences it brings me to the conclusion that Delamere is the best purpose built facility of its kind.

The facilities were spotless and tidy, and the food was genuinely good. It was such a nice touch that my husband could order meals and eat with me during our stay. The views over the Houses of Parliament were an added bonus! The midwife team was outstanding – always available, supportive, and especially helpful with breastfeeding throughout the night when I needed it most. A special thank you to Tilly (trainee midwife), Molly, and Fabienne (sp?), who went above and beyond to make us feel cared for.

We were anxious about our daughter Abigail going under anaesthetic but put completely at ease by the friendly and professional team. Mr Moor gave a detailed description of the procedure and we particularly liked that our daughter was given the choice of IV or gas administration of anaesthesia. Nurse Jen provided exceptional care and was kind and compassionate throughout. Aftercare advice on discharge was very thorough. The ward was spotlessly clean and food very good.
