I've been seeing Erin at PSM since March 2025 - she is by far the best physio I’ve ever worked with. When first starting treatment, I had no idea of what was wrong – just a feeling of being ‘uneven’. By November, I’m pain-free and have a far better understanding of my body and how to look after myself for years to come. I was referred to Erin by another member of staff at PSM clinic who said she was one of the best – and they were absolutely right. From the start, she took the time to understand how I was feeling, carried out detailed tests, and quickly identified the root of the issue. Over the past six months, we’ve worked together to strengthen my shoulders and back through a tailored mix of gym and mobility exercises. Erin has gone above and beyond to adapt my programme as I’ve progressed, and I genuinely feel the difference. Whilst Erin was on holiday, she arranged cover with Cam, who was brilliant at answering my questions and fine-tuning my programme – his knowledge was greatly appreciated. The wider PSM team, including Morgan and Ellie, have also been fantastic – always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially with my medical insurance.

I was referred to Dr Shah with very shortness of breath, recurrent chest infections, uncontrolled asthma for years. IIt would be an understatement to say that my treatment has transformed my life. I am now a very active, energetic grandmother to 4 grandchildren all under 7 who live in Manchester and London . I can now manage the train journeys which I do every week and the walking without my usual cough , shortness of breath and fatigue. I feel totally blessed that I was referred to by my consultant to Dr Shah for help with the management of my asthma and Allergic Bronchopulmonary hypersensitivity. Dr Shah has shown kindness and understanding of any concern I had of my condition and treatment. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor as my life health has improved so much and even at nearly 70 I am an active, useful person to my children and grandchildren.

I arranged to see Mr Hall after my daughter was showing signs of tongue tie. I had her assessed by the IOW midwife specialist at 4 weeks and they informed me my daughter had no tie. After 7 more weeks of matters getting worse I was referred to Southampton by NHS but when I found out the waiting time I booked myself in to see Mr Hall who could see me within 3days of my initial contact! A tongue tie was located and procedure performed there and then. With minimal distress with my daughter and I. There was immediate feeding benefits and physically seeing my daughter move and use her tongue better. Hopefully this is a road back to breastfeeding full time without the need to keep pumping. I wish I had followed my instincts and made enquires to book sooner. All health visitors should have his details to pass on!

The staff were lovely, so kind and understanding which has been thoroughly appreciated. However, some frustration noted around wait times. While it is appreciated that diagnostics are a lengthy process and take time, I found issues where my assessments were delayed due to Skylight not having all the information from the forms I had already completed, and after submitting my forms I was not told that all of the information had not been received until I reached out and chased my application due to the time frames I was given being overdue. To improve this experience, more communication on what has and hasn’t been received would improve the experience and shorten some people’s wait times, as my wait time was partially increased due to lack of communication over forms I had or hadn’t filled in.

I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

Following my initial consultation I was offered a date for my surgery which was only two weeks ahead which completely surprised me as I expected a much longer wait I attended my surgery and was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff I encountered I was put at ease both before and during the procedure my surgeon My discharge nurse explained clearly what I needed to do with my medication and also how to keep my eye clean I received a phone call from a nurse the day after my surgery checking that everything was okay. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience and would recommend Newmedica to all of my family and friends.

Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.

I had a two surgeries with Mr Lomax, one on my right foot to correct a previous bunion surgery , where complication was hallux varus. He explained exactly that he will have to use artificial tendons if necessary. The 2nd operation was on my left foot to correct my bunion. This seems to be a straightforward operation, no complaints and lit has a minimum scar, just on one side! I'm very happy with it, looks better than the right foot! I'm just waiting for the swelling to go down! I would like to thank him for this hard work!

Dr Karolina Afors is highly skilled and took plenty of time to read through my pages and pages of notes at our first appt. After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough. I've got my life back with her help.

Joshua was very friendly and professional listened and asked questions regarding how my son sustained his injury to his ankle. A thorough examination was given and then Joshua explained what he believed the injury to be and what my son needed to do to help mend the ankle. He was taken to the gym and shown strengthening exercises and advised to wear a supportive brace which we have now and is definitely helping. We have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

They explained everything clearly, made me feel very comfortable, and the treatment was quick and professional. Initially I went to the London clinic hospital, but was redirected to the correct building.. Again, slight confusion for me in Filling in the registration form, which I then failed to hand to the consultant. I was again not sure where to wait as clinic D and E are on the same floor. This was all resolved by having an excellent interview with my chosen consultant

I arrived 12 minutes early and was quickly shown into a private room where my blood pressure and an ECG was carried out. I then waited to see Matthew Wright for my 7pm appointment. He explained everything very clearly to me and spent a long time making sure I was happy with the procedure I had had and the recovery period and the medication going forward.

Dr Marie-Louise Daly has diagnosed me with a condition that the GP did not think about and has offered a solution which resolved the issue. She was also open to hear about other skin conditions as well, in the same meeting and offered treatment for those too. Overall I am very pleased I went to her.

Dr Ayazi is a truly exeptional and caring doctor. I continue to receive excellent care from Dr Ayazi. He has perfomed several pain managment procedures on me, including pudendal nerve blocks and pulsed radiofrequency. I can't Dr Ayazi enough for his amazing care and I would highly reccomend him!
