Dr Gregory Sebepos-Rogers

Dr Gregory Sebepos-Rogers is a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a subspecialty interest in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and clinical nutrition. He provides general gastroenterology care alongside specialist IBD services and performs diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy.

He completed his medical degree at University College London and undertook specialist gastroenterology training across the Oxford and London regions. Dr Sebepos-Rogers has completed advanced fellowship training in complex IBD and nutrition at tertiary referral centres in London. He holds an MSc in Genomic Medicine from Imperial College London and has undertaken a PhD in Immunology at UCL as a Crohn’s & Colitis UK Research Fellow.

In his current clinical role, he provides inpatient care at St Mary’s Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital. He runs general and specialist IBD outpatient clinics and leads the nutrition service at the Hammersmith site. He is an experienced endoscopist and endoscopy trainer, and contributes to the advanced polyp multidisciplinary team. He is site training lead at St Mary’s Hospital and examiner for Imperial College London.

Dr Sebepos-Rogers is a Principal Investigator for IBD clinical trials and an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London within the Digestive Disease research group.

His clinical interests include Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, nutrition and intestinal failure, changes in bowel habit, rectal bleeding, abdominal pain and bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia, and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.
