I have seen the doctor multiple times for an ongoing issue. I have been impressed in every appointment with her thoroughness, her professionalism and her knowledge of what I had assumed were relatively niche areas. She takes the time to fully understand complex issues before proposing options to proceed. She is also very friendly and personable.

The clinic is conveniently located with good parking facilities. The staff are professional and polite and the clinic is clean and well presented

Saw Dr. Lach at the Essex Private GP. She is so lovely and puts you at ease. She listens to everything and is very thorough. I was able to get a referral the same day and my appointment was booked in with a consultant. Fabulous service and would highly recommend the Essex Private GP to everyone. I have to say that all the doctors at this practice are amazing - I personally would be happy to see any of them. So glad I have them to take care of all my medical needs. Thank you

He took the time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions clearly and thoroughly, making us feel completely at ease. The service was excellent, and we will definitely be returning.
