We had the most positive experience with Dr Tania Brasse at Essex Private GP today. She was incredibly kind, compassionate and thorough from the moment we walked through the door. She took the time to really listen to both myself and my husband and most importantly, she listened to our 7 year old daughter too. We never once felt rushed or dismissed. Dr Brasse explored every concern carefully, carried out a comprehensive examination and produced one of the most thoughtful referral letters I’ve ever read. She captured our daughter’s strengths just as much as her challenges, which meant so much to us as parents. Rather than jumping to conclusions, she considered the whole picture and made us feel genuinely supported. She also reassured us regarding our daughter’s heart after a worrying episode, which immediately put our minds at ease. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such clinical professionalism with genuine warmth and empathy. We left feeling listened to, understood and hopeful for the next steps. Thank you, Dr Brasse, for treating Charlotte with such kindness and for treating us as parents with such respect. She said you’re her new favourite. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Essex Private GP to anyone looking for exceptional, patient-centred care.
