I was very apprehensive about my diagnosis and procedure but Dr. Pareek was so reassuring and make me at ease . He is so skilled and and clever that what he said at the clinical consultation was correct and I am so impressed. The procedure was quick . I didn't know even a thing .From the moment I arrived , I was so impressed by the professionalism , kindness and efficiency of staff. The nurses and the support staff were so compassionate and attentive. The ward environment was clean and welcoming and I appreciate the five star care given to me and I noticed this for other patients too while I was wating. Please extend my thanks to everyone involved in my care . Dr Pareek and the team dedication and commitment to patient wellbeing made significant difference to my experience . It is always a pleasant experiance meeting Dr Shah for the consultation, despite the nature of the visit. The structure is generally clear and does well at providing patient confidence. To begin with, Dr Shah will listen to us and how we are feeling, how the treatment is developing, understanding and addressing any concerns we may have. All of this provides important patient validation which makes us feel included in the process. Dr Shah will therefore discuss the plan logically moving forward and why, and just clarifying we understand what everything entails. Discussions are open and are pivitol for my treatment, yet also for my wife Lisa, as we can feel confident in a realistic way what to expect and are to be addressing. As I say, all of our visits have been pleasat and comfortable.

Great! Excellent overall experience. Facilities in general good, room, cleanliness, staff and procedure. I really am a fan, and if necessity arises would return with a lot of confidence that things would go well. Two small items of feedback : Negative - situation of the centre is not ideal and some patients get a view of a dingy disused courtyard . This is a minor point ! Food could be a little more interesting. Positive - its both reassuring and positive that the whole experience, especially the excellent staff, are so personal. The patient feels that care is tailored specifically to them. Little danger of removing the wrong leg! Warm human interchanges throughout, which is very, very good!

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. His PA - Sukhy - has been extremely helpful, supportive and always at the end of the line if I had any question - even during the Christmas week. Thank you !

I had a online assessment, I was seen by Wioleta Cholewinska. She was really lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding and listened very well. The longest waiting part was from filling out the forms to the assessment, but even tho this was a wait, I was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was so that’s great. The actual booking of my assessment was super quick and easy. They sent me a date and time that was for an appointment within 14days of them sending me the appointment details. I’ve heard this can be a lot longer elsewhere so I was surprised about this in a good way.

The facilities were clean and well maintained, but the waiting time could be quite long at times. The restroom was clean; however, the lighting is motion-activated. When I remained in a private stall for an extended period of time, the lights turned off automatically, and I had to exit the stall in complete darkness, which was quite frightening. I believe this needs improvement.
