My experience at the Fitzrovia private maternity suite at UCLH was exceptional from start to finish. The room's were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and calm - exactly what you hope for during such an important emotional time. The food was genuinely excellent, with a great variety of choices, which made a real difference during recovery and long days on the ward. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing. From the midwives and healthcare assistance to the catering team, every single person was kind, caring and professional. The midwives were extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to support and reassure, no matter the time of day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What truly stood out was the continuity of care even after discharge. The midwives remained available to support me with breastfeeding and post cesarean aftercare, which was invaluable and made me feel supported well beyond my stay. I cannot fault the Fitzrovia private maternity suite at UCLH. The standard of care, compassion, and attention to detail where outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering private maternity to care.

I had a wonderful experience at this aesthetic clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, calm, and very professional. The staff were welcoming, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. The practitioner took time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the consultation. I felt genuinely cared for, not upsold or pressured. The treatment itself was smooth and comfortable, and the attention to detail was impressive. The results look incredibly natural: refreshed, not “done.” Exactly what I was hoping for. I also appreciated the aftercare advice and follow-up, which showed a high level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments with a personal touch. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

My experience of the hospital was very good. The staff were amazing especially Jayne on Day surgery and David at the ward at night. The only downside that came to my attention is being told that there was no lactose free milk for my tea. The lady, I did catch her name, told me that she wasn’t aware of my overnight stay. She asked me if I was aware that I was staying overnight and I replied ‘yes’. She then went on to ask if I had put it in my forms prior to attending and I said yes. She kept on going on it wasn’t her fault she had been told. A bit of advice would be that she overshared. She clearly sorted the problem as the following morning someone had picked up the milk and I had it with my tea.

We have seen Dr. Jawad several times with my son, and he has been absolutely amazing on every visit. He is exceptional with children and has a very calm, kind manner that immediately puts both kids and parents at ease. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure parents fully understand each step and feel reassured. I honestly don’t think I have ever met a better pediatrician. His level of professionalism, care, and dedication is truly outstanding. As a parent, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jawad to any parent looking for exceptional care for their children.

Mr Oliver Wiseman

My consultation with Mr Wiseman was a follow up to Kidney stone surgery carried out on a large stone at the beginning of 2025, and specifically to discuss possible treatments to deal with the residual smaller stones left following the surgery. Mr Wiseman explained very clearly the options and ways to manage the condition. He also initiated further testing to help identify reasons for the stones and introduced new medication to help manage symptoms. I left with a clear action plan to follow.

Dr Hodge - what a lovely man! My two children both had appointments and from the second we met him he had an approachable, kind vibe. He listened to the issues, and gave lots of clear information before allergy tests were carried out. His knowledge and presence really gave such a reassurance. He was also great with the kids who were quite wild after a 3 hour car journey to the appointment. I arrived an anxious mum and left completely relaxed and reassured after the appointment.

Professor Sanderson is a very kind and enterprising man. Other doctors have either had little ideas or will to treat me. In contrast, Professor Sanderson has never given up trying to help me. It is in a large part thanks to him alone that I’m still alive. His administrative staff are also a pleasure and make sure I’m well looked after. Do contact them if you are considering it. It will probably be one of the best things you ever do.
