Sarafi the Physiologist was incredibly kind and considerate during all of our interactions. He made a potentially stressful experience much less so with his patient and cheery attitude. Marco who picked up the equipment was equally lovely, respectful and efficient when faced with a very small bedroom where the equipment had been.

Excellent service from IPD for my polysomnography sleep study. The team were very accommodating, coming late at night to set up the equipment and returning early the next morning to collect it. Very professional, efficient and reassuring throughout. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Very straightforward process, everyone is very professional. Good communication at every step, answered all my questions, set everything up and removed, everything went smoothly.

The set up was quick and efficient. The instructions were relatively clear. The main frustration was when the technician arrived almost an hour late the next morning to clear things away as he had slept in. Given the extra expenses we had to pay for not being in London this seemed a little cheeky.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the setup process quick and efficient, and that the instructions were clear. We’re very sorry, however, that the collection the following morning did not meet the same standard. We completely understand how frustrating that must have felt. That’s certainly not the level of reliability we aim to provide. We take feedback like this seriously and have already reviewed the matter internally following our chat to help ensure better timekeeping and communication going forward. We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, and comments like yours genuinely help us do that. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate it.

How much sleep do you really need?

How Much Sleep Do You Really Need?A question I often hear is, “How much sleep should I be getting?” The answer varies for each person, but the general recommendation is between 7-9 hours per night. Anything consistently less than that can be detrimental to your health. While some people claim to function well on 5 hours or less, the reality is that they’re likely chronically sleep-deprived. In fact, less than 1% of the population has the genetic makeup to thrive on such little sleep—so chances a

Make Sleep Health a Priority

Make Sleep Health a Priority

Despite the increasing recognition that sleep is not a luxury but a fundamental pillar of health, just like nutrition and exercise, we still see evidence that sleep is being sacrificed in favour of work, social commitments, and screen time1. Of course, we all have bills to pay, want to spend time with friends, and often turn to screens to unwind at the end of the day. This is a natural part of life. However, when these habits are taken to the extreme, they can have detrimental effects on our hea

Understanding the Urge to Move — Identifying and Managing RLS Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), also known as Willis-Ekbom Disease, is a neurological condition that causes an uncontrollable urge to move the legs—often accompanied by uncomfortable sensations.
