Mr Reza Moosavi

Mr Reza Moosavi is an ophthalmic consultant based in Windsor, Bracknell and Reading. He has specialised in ophthalmic surgery for over 20 years.

Mr Moosavi typically sees patients with suspected and confirmed glaucoma and he has a specialist interest inglaucoma management. He provides excellent care to his patients using his expertise in ophthalmology.

Mr Moosavi received his medical degree from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London. He then completed the South Thames surgical training in ophthalmology. During his training he worked at St Thomas' Hospital as the Medical Eye Unit Registrar.

During his clinical training, he carried out academic research in the Glaucoma Research Unit at Moorfields Eye Hospital and the Institute of Ophthalmology.

He gained high-calibre experience in the management of glaucoma from undertaking two fellowships following his training.

Outside of the hospital, Mr Moosavi has published in several peer reviewed journals and presents his work at national and international conferences. Additionally, he currently teaches, trains and assesses medical, nursing and allied health professional staff in his NHS service.
