I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I highly recommend Well Life to anyone who wishes to be seen quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your care! Steven R.

If you are looking for a surgeon for private Gallbladder removal, Mr Neville Menedez is absolutely top of the list. This is my story….. I was admitted to St.Peters hospital after complications arising from private gallbladder removal surgery. It was a very scary time. I had bile leaks, resulting in high blood markers, numerous scans, operations and drains. Mr Neville Menezes picked up my case through the NHS at St.Peters hospital during my first ERCP operation. He wasn’t the original surgeon performing this procedure, but I heard him come into the room.. my original surgeon was having difficulty inserting stents, due to swelling from my original gallbladder surgery.. I heard Mr M. Say he would get changed & help with the procedure.. absolutely professional to take time out of his NHS service to assist… Mr. M then performed a successful procedure to insert stents a few days later.. Last Friday Mr M. successfully removed my stents.. I am now on the road to move forward… I cannot thank Mr.Neville Menezes enough. In fact I owe my life to him. Mr M. Has followed my case all the way through, checking up on me, checking my appointments are made, and that I hadn’t got lost in the NHS system. Mr Menezes professionalism, experience and calm, reassuring manner is above and beyond. I was so happy to see his smiling face, at the darkest of times. My only regret… is that I didn’t go to Mr M for the original private gallbladder removal surgery… I am in no doubt, had Mr M performed the surgery, there would have been no complications. I call Mr Menezes, “Mr Top Notch” because he is, in every way. Thank you from my heart, for giving me my life back. X

Receptionist was absolutely lovely and really friendly and helpful. The building and facilities were all excellent and kept clean and tidy. The consultant I saw was extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental. There were several comments he made that shocked me and that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out mid appointment. There was very little sympathy or mindfulness of my injury and he came across extremely judgemental in the assumptions he made about the level of sport I played, what I could afford, and several other things. I actually play semi-professionally and have represented our country in World Championships in the sport I play, and I also have a law degree and accountancy qualification which I did not mention as quite frankly it is irrelevant. It was apparent he took a dislike to me for whatever reason from the start and the whole experience was very uncomfortable. His behaviour aside, he is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Reading between the lines I got the answer I needed. This hospital was recommended to me by one of your previous patients and I was lucky to get booked in through an NHS referral but after my experience I would never return for any issue and am relieved I didn't pay to go private.

Mr. Nicol replaced my right hip about 3 weeks ago, using the anterior approach process. I can't speak highly enough about what he and his anaesthetist, Mr. Andrew Dalton, did for me, making the whole event so straightforward. They were extremely professional but at the same time very approachable and happy to discuss any and all questions. I had a hip replacement 11 years ago but this time it was very different and very much easier and I have not had the difficulties I experienced last time post op - easier to start the rehab, exercises, easier to get a decent sleep, not nearly so much initial discomfort. I had the op at King's Park Hospital which gave me excellent care ( my nurse Stephanie was brilliant) and I was home the following day, having had check up visits from Mr. Nicol and Mr. Dalton. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Dalton - if I had a third hip I'd be asking him to replace it too!

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.
