We went today for our gender scan. The waiting room was lovely and was nice to have a drink and biscuit whilst waiting. We were early and went in not long after our appointment time. Once in the scan the two ladies were lovely and so friendly. Our baby was being difficult and didn’t want us to see what gender they were. They checked everything else for us and did all the measurements and checks which we were grateful for. The ladies did everything they could to not have our journey wasted. I first was sent for a wee, then a walk and a hot drink. Baby was still sitting cross legged whilst cuddling the cord so told us to go shopping and then come back. Once arriving back the lady told us to sit and wait and she’ll come get us once she could. Wasn’t waiting long and went back in. Finally was able to see our babies gender. The Ladies loved seeing our baby, laughed with us about their movements as they were active and couldn’t reassure us more that our baby was happy and healthy. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We didn’t have the best first experience with NHS but this had made up for it. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family.

I had a treatment for an arthritic big toe at Gecko Fitness Clinic, using a product called Cingal under ultra sound guidance and I genuinely can’t believe the difference it has made. Before the treatment, pain and stiffness were really limiting what I could do, especially with sport. I’m currently away snowboarding, and the improvement has been incredible. Pain has been significantly reduced, movement feels much freer, and I’m able to enjoy the slopes without constantly worrying about my toe. It’s made a huge difference to both comfort and confidence. The team at Gecko Fitness Clinic were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very reassured. I would highly recommend both the clinic and the treatment to anyone struggling with arthritis or joint pain.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Dr. Shabana was exceptional; I highly recommend her for her compassionate care and clear explanations. She has listened my concerns patiently and examined properly. Also, suggested appropriate test and diagnostic to rule out the actual problem. She has explained me all my reports and conditions and suggest best care options and provided appropriate next steps for the treatment to solve the issue as well as in long term what are the precautions and care i should take. She has also guided me to join the community for the menopause to keep my self up to date with support and treatments. I am currently 6wks PO from having BA with Mr Apostolou. I cannot recommend him enough. Mr Apostolou was very professional and reassured any uncertainties I may have had. I am very happy with the results and I have not had any problems whatsoever. My very short stay at Nuffield Hospital was very pleasant and I was very well cared for, even after surgery with routine check ups. I will certainly be recommending Mr Apostolou to friends who I know are considering the same surgery.

I had a set of ADHD/Autism coaching sessions with Jo, and she was consistently supportive and understanding throughout. She helped me talk about how hard I find things without shame, which felt incredibly important. Together we made and implemented a plan that was realistic and achievable rather than overwhelming. I left feeling understood, supported, and much more positive about moving forward.

I saw Mr. Davda in April 2025 for a consultation regarding pain caused by arthritis in my big toe. Mr. Davda gave clear advice which resulted in chielectomy surgery in May 2025. The surgery went very smoothly and the recovery process was as outlined by Mr. Davda. I am pleased to say that the treatment was successful and, over six months on from surgery, I am not currently experiencing pain.

Fantastic from start to finish. I had a navigated total hip replacement and the groin pain I had before surgery has completely gone and I've been walking 2 miles a day since 2 weeks post surgery. Having cerebral palsy I was told it had the possibility of making the surgery more risky but everything has gone so well. I'm very happy with the result.

Rang Deben healthcare and Dr able to see me within half an hour. Dr was very thorough and carried out a small procedure. Issued a prescription for antibiotic cream.

Went away with a prescription for medication I was happy to use and am feeling much better. Would use again if it was required.
