Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

I arrived circa 15min before my appointment time as requested and was greeted courteously by the reception staff before being lead to an examination room to undergo a basic check of my eyesight and health check/questionnaire. On retuning to the waiting area I was almost immediately greeted by Mr Bhargava. The consolation was just 5min after the appointment time, which is excellent. The consultation was thorough and very professional, Mr Bhargava has a very good manner and following questioning and examination explained all the parameters relevant to my condition. Mr Bhargava then went on to detail treatment and advice in a concise but detailed way covering all aspects very well. I left feeling that the visit was well worthwhile and that I had been treated well in all aspects of the consolation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Bhargava to friends and colleagues.

Dr Goran Ahmed has been fantastic. I have been treated under his care from receipt of my cancer diagnosis almost a year ago, throughout my chemo and various treatments and then for my mastectomy and axilla removal twice when he operated on me. I am beyond grateful to him. He has been patient, understanding, empathetic and I have felt informed and safe with him from day 1. In clinic his explanations are clear and concise and nothing is ever any trouble. His manner is so professional, caring, genuine and kind. As a surgeon in theatre he has shown compassion, skill and is very clearly top of his game here. I am delighted with the outcome of my operations. As a HER2 positive DCIS survivor he has just told me I am cancer free. I have a long journey of preventative treatments ahead under oncology but it’s all downhill from here. Thank you!

This is truly a very pleasant clinic. All staff put you at ease and treat you very well. I had an upper endoscopy performed by Dr Craig Mowat. He is a really patient, polite and conscientious professional man who listened to my concerns and talked me through them. He was very thorough and suggested how I could relive my symptoms mean time until my procedure, which was only a few weeks later. He explained exactly what would happen. The experience was very calm and I was put at ease. Dr Mowat told me of his findings immediately after the procedure and called me to discuss biopsy results a couple of weeks later. The whole experience was calm and quickly put my fears to rest. Thank you very much for lifting a huge weight off my mind - I can now get back to enjoying life!

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this psychiatric doctor mr singh has genuinely made a difference in my life. Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. If you’re nervous about seeking an ADHD assessment or psychiatric support, I’d honestly say you’ll be in safe hands here. Compassionate, thorough, and very respectful throughout the whole process

During this time Mr Jowett also requested further information which combined with a very thorough physical examination allowed him to make his diagnosis. Mr Jowett was clear in his explanation and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. At the end the consultation I felt confident that we had discussed all relevant details. I then quickly received a letter confirming Mr Jowett's findings. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and Mr Jowett's valuable guidance.

The surgery itself went very smoothly with an epidural and sedation and post-op the care was thorough and well co-ordinated. I'd been forewarned that it was a painful operation but still I needed to experience this first hand. With the kind support of family and friends (they formed a 'I Love my New Knee' Whatsapp group to liaise with one another) my good recovery has taken me by surprise. The hospital was totally 'there' for me with any enquiries. I'm so grateful to have had this opportunity for such prompt 'no fuss' surgical care with a fabulous hospital experience. Thank you.

Mr Mettias and his assistant were very polite,, professional and listened to everything I had to say. After taking notes of my symptoms and then asking about my diet and personal habits , smoking and drinking etc, he then proceeded to examine me.. After examination he was happy that there were no signs of any health issues and I should not be concerned. I was then advised what I can do to alleviate the symptoms that occur. The visit today was a pleasant one and both Mr Mettias and his assistant couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 service, thank you.
