My hearing care assistant Claire was brilliant. I only made the appointment because I was spending New Year in the area from London and still had muffled hearing despite being under treatment for wax removal in both ears. I had already gone down the local NHS route, which uses only irrigation, to no effect and the private (Specsavers) route, which uses only micro-suction, with limited success after several visits. So I was delighted that with just one treatment of about twenty minutes at Meadows and Wood my ears were completely clear. Claire used both methods in appropriate combination to get the result I wanted. She was very pleasant, friendly and extremely professional and fully answered any questions I had. She was also careful to keep me informed of what she was doing at every point of the treatment whilst ensuring that there was no pain or discomfort. I would unhesitatingly recommend Meadows and Wood to anybody. The standard of treatment I received was so high that it might well be worth making the trip from London the next time I need their services!

Just over 4 weeks post-op from a total laparoscopic hysterectomy with left salpingo-oophorectomy, and I am feeling massively relieved and happy. Mr Duncan is a rare find: a surgeon who combines elite technical skill with genuine compassion. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-up (where he patiently helped remove surgical glue and reassured me about my pathology results), he has been professional and composed. He successfully navigated a tricky surgery that required more incisions than originally expected, yet my recovery has been faster and less painful than I expected. Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

Daniel is a happy, friendly and personable guy and puts you immediately at ease. He clearly set out the different options and their particular implications for the future which was very helpful in selecting the procedure best suited for me. His care and attention throughout, from prescribing medication a couple of years ago to the aftercare, post op currently, is impeccable. I'm in no doubt that I have received the very best care, surgery and treatment under his hand that is available worldwide. In fact I'd go as far to say that he is a legend! 😊👌

The hospital was very clean and well maintained, and all of the staff were extremely helpful, caring, and professional throughout my visit. I felt very well looked after from start to finish. He very plainly knows what he's talking about (luckily) and was genuinely interested in my fairly trivial medical problems. It was a valuable experience, and while no-one really looks forward to seeing his doctor, Dr Nik is an exception.

I was recommended St Giles physiotherapy to take our Son to as he was complaining of knee pain. Claudiu diagnosed what was wrong and gave our son various exercises to do to help with the pain. Our son also had laser treatment and massages which really helped. The exercise programme we continued with at home too using a friendly app to track progress. I highly recommend St Giles physiotherapy and Claudiu.

Mr Rajkumar quickly diagnosed what seemed to be quite a rare condition, and gave me lots of advice on how to recover and how long it could take. He was always fast at responding to any questions and importantly, he was very good at keeping up my positivity throughout a journey of 6 months recovery which in reality was a very hard time.
