Dr Chloe’s caring personality shone through from my first consultation at Kingston Hospital on the NHS in August. I had been diagnosed with invasive lobular cancer in my left breast after a routine mammogram in May. Quite a shock, to say the least! Dr Chloe proved to be not only caring but incredibly thorough & professional. She immediately scheduled an MRI as my lesion had not shown up on the ultrasound. In the whirlwind of appointments which followed I felt completely supported by Dr Chloe & her team, my wonderful MacMillan nurse Janeetta Thomas & nurse Catherine Ronayne.. Both Janeetta & Catherine provided a reassuring presence during my consultations & Janeetta was always available to answer my many questions. Thankfully no other cancers were found and I could proceed to surgery. A short time later a smiling Chloe, Janeetta & Catherine delivered the results, the very best news, that the surgery had been successful & the cancer had been removed with clear wide margins. Despite the lesion being situated deep within my chest, Dr Chloe took the extra care to ensure I wouldn’t have a scar on my chest. I can still wear low cut dresses. I have a small scar next to my nipple which is healing very well. My husband and I are eternally grateful to Dr Chloe & her team.

I am a medical doctor myself and so have an idea of what good quality care looks like and Dr Jose is excellent. He is caring, detail-oriented and highly evidence-based in his assessment and individualized treatment planning. My case was a bit of an outlier in that I had a lung infection that is very rarely seen for my age and baseline level of fitness and so I was essentially passed over by the NHS and another physician because I seemed not sick enough for more definitive treatment and investigations despite my complaints that I was not getting better and expressing that something was not right within myself. Dr Jose listened and gave me the inpatient treatment, thorough investigations and outpatient follow-ups that I needed for curative treatment and I am now back to my healthy normal self. I was extremely pleased with my right knee replacement journey from beginning to end. I was kept fully informed and taken care of very well at the spire with Mr Leong and the staff. Mr Leong is very approachable and down to earth which relaxes you straight away. I was extremely nervous about having my second knee replaced as the first took a good 2 years for me to even think it was worth it. Straight away i knew this one would be different and it is. I was on theatre for about 45 mins and stayed in for 1 night as i had a problem with low blood pressure. I honestly cannot fault Mr Leong as didn't feel rushed with him and answered any questions i had .

She is incredibly personable, takes time to engage, listen and explain whatever medical issues are being discussed, in depth. I'm in my mid-40s and believe she has the best interpersonal skills of any healthcare professional I've ever met. I feel in very safe hands with regards to the medical investigations, discussions around treatment and outcomes; Dr Salooja is clearly extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Saber is an absolute diamond. Attended appt after being in debilitating pain in joints for a month, not able to work, sleep or really function properly - after tests were completed and results she diagnosed seronegative arthritis and started a treatment plan right away.
