I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

I recently booked an appointment with Dr Leena Sinha, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The online booking system was very simple to use, with plenty of available days and times to choose from, which made scheduling extremely convenient. Dr Sinha was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. She carried out a thorough physical examination and asked detailed questions about my symptoms and family medical history. I felt she genuinely listened and took the time to understand my concerns. She provided clear and helpful advice and recommended a series of tests to investigate further. The first test was arranged and completed within 24 hours, and the next one was booked within a week, which shows how efficient the process was. Overall, my experience was very positive. I felt reassured and confident in her care, and I’m very glad I chose to see Dr Sinha. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable doctor.

Dana is truly amazing!! She looked after my wife throughout her pregnancy and delivered our second baby by elective Caesarean, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for anyone better. She is one of the kindest and most responsive doctors we’ve ever met. She was always there when we needed her, always reassuring, and she guided us through every stage with such calm confidence... especially when our baby’s growth slowed towards the end. She’s not only an incredible surgeon with flawless communication skills, but she’s also incredibly warm and genuinely caring. She didn’t just support my wife, she supported me too. Not all obstetricians take the time to involve partners or make them feel at ease, so it meant a great deal that she looked after both of us with such thoughtfulness. I had an absolutely amazing experience (yes, I had major surgery and I can still say that). From initial consultation with Mez, who was the first consultant (of many) to actually hear, understand and validate my symptoms... to the admissions team, pre op assessment, ward staff on surgery day, anaesthetist and theatre team, I honestly couldn't have had better care if I had gone private. 12 weeks post surgery and I have never felt better - didn't even realise until after my surgery that my pain was daily; I had got so used to it. Post op follow up was phenomenal, the whole surgery was explained in detail and I even came away with a video of my surgery which is fascinating. 10 Star surgeon and 10 star experience. I took my daughter for her heart check and heart ultrasound following her treatment of strep A to rule out any complications. Doctor examined her thoroughly and asked me about my concerns to better understand the reason of my visit. Then she did the ultrasound explaining and showing on the screen my daughter's heart and what she was looking at. She was very kind and gentle with my daughter who just woke up after her nap and was a bit unsettled. It made her feel quite comfortable and relaxed after a while. After ultrasound doctor shared her thoughts and notes followed our visit. Doctor is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear way. I was very happy that we have chosen her.

We recently saw Mr Uddin for our son’s ongoing ear problems, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he provided. He placed grommets in both of my son’s ears, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.
