From my very first interaction through their website to every conversation I've had with members of the team, the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Every single person I've dealt with, from the initial enquiries team through to the clinicians responsible for diagnosis, prescribing and reviewing my treatment, has demonstrated a genuine level of care, professionalism and commitment that has far exceeded my expectations. One thing that has particularly stood out is their communication and accessibility. They are incredibly easy to get hold of, always return calls, respond promptly to enquiries and take the time to explain everything clearly. At no point have I felt left in the dark or unsure about the next steps in the process. What has impressed me most is how genuinely caring and understanding everyone has been towards my personal circumstances. Rather than feeling like just another patient going through a process, I've felt listened to, supported and treated as an individual. The team have gone above and beyond to work with me and find the best possible outcome for my situation. I've now started my first course of ADHD medication and have already noticed improvements, even on a very low starting dose. It's been an incredibly positive experience from beginning to end, and I'm genuinely grateful for the support I've received. If I ever come across anyone who suspects they may have ADHD or is considering seeking a diagnosis, I will 100% be recommending Lighthouse Pathways without hesitation. He was extremely professional, very thorough throughout the examination, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The diagnosis was a big shock as I'm young (33), "healthy" and basically asymptomatic. Mr Rovira put me at ease almost immediately with his quick recommended plan of action. He gave me all the time I needed to drill him with questions and was always so kind, knowledgeable, down to earth, compassionate, caring and funny (quite the skill given his line of work.) I couldn't recommend him more!

This facility is 5 minutes walk from London Bridge Station and has a number of hotels nearby. The facility is well organised, scrupulously clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming efficient and kind. From admission to discharge I could not have had better care or treatment from all involved. I was accompanied by my partner who waited in my room during my procedure. She was kept informed of my progress and given coffee.

However I had cause to contact him regarding a health event I had whilst I was recently away on holiday which was related to my CLL. He responded to my call within two minutes of me leaving him a message and he rang me as he said he would within 10 minutes where we discussed my event and I was reassured as to the significance of it.

Each and every member of staff I met, from my first appointment through to my operation and beyond, was to a fault, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Perhaps the only slight criticism I would have, albeit one that is difficult to manage, is that I was admitted early on the day of my operation, and operated upon late. I waited in situ for about four hours.
