She graduated from Khyber Medical College, Peshawar, Pakistan, and completed her general surgery training at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After moving to the UK, Miss Iqbal gained extensive experience working across various breast units nationwide. In 2021, she earned her Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration in oncoplastic breast surgery.
Miss Iqbal offers a wide range of oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgeries, including wide local excision, sentinel lymph node biopsy, mastectomy with skin- and nipple-sparing techniques, and axillary clearance. She is also experienced in therapeutic mammoplasty, implant-based and partial breast reconstructions using perforator flaps, nipple reconstruction, breast reduction, and augmentation. Very efficient and timely. My mother was treated with respect and everything was explained clearly. Very professional and helpful service.
The whole visit took just over one hour and consisted of a consultation with quick exam off a lady doctor, an ultrasound which was quick and painless, the mammogram which was totally fine too. So many people told me it was painful so i was a bit apprehensive but it wasn't at all. All femle staff, really friendly and put you at ease and very thorough.
I had an excellent experience at the Clinic. The consultant was professional, approachable and extremely reassuring throughout my consultation. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly and answer all my questions, which made me feel completely at ease.
