The Dr give a warm and pleasant welcome, that put me at ease in his presence. He asked questions, but more so listened and attentive to my answers.
Just missing the 'results' of 'tests' already taken for a full diagnosis & prognosis! Managed to achieve best possible outcome due to the positive attitude of my consultant by repeating one of the breathing tests (on this visit) & proceeding (while awaiting 'retrieval' of o/l results from doctor in Smethwick) to treatment by issuing prescription for an inhaler!
Dr Maqsood was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, which really helped during the appointment. He was extremely thorough, took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and helped me immensely. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism shown throughout. It’s reassuring to see a doctor who genuinely takes the time to understand and support their patients. Thank you for the excellent care. — J J.
Incredibly professional service - consultation very informative and CT scan organised and carried out in less than an hour. All staff extremely polite and helpful.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review and glad you had a good experience.
The doctor tock time to examine me, and explained, what was going to happen next
Overall, I was happy with my appointment and I was seen on time. Doctor took time to find out what the symptoms were and gave clear explanation .
After seeing Dr Maqsood with my parents to get a second opinion today on my mom’s breathing, we had an excellent meeting, we all came out of there thinking this time we are finally on the road of getting some answers. Dr Maqsood is referring my mom back to the NHS and GP for further tests. We felt listened too and he gave us his professional opinion. I wish we had hospital insurance , as I felt my mom was in great hands today and we would get answers and finally we would get to the bottom of my moms health problems. He didn’t rush us and was very experienced. I would definitely recommend Dr Maqsood as this doctor gave us full support and help today in our meeting. Hopefully with his report to my moms GP my mom will be getting the help and tests she needs. Thanks again Dr Maqsood.

Really pleased to hear that. Feedback like this makes everything we do so rewarding.
