I'm still working with Karima, but I felt I wanted to share how much has shifted already. I came to therapy struggling with anger issues and relational trauma that was affecting every relationship in my life, particularly with my family. Karima has been brilliant at helping me understand where the anger comes from and, more importantly, how to work with it rather than being controlled by it. She's patient, non-judgemental, and has this way of helping you see patterns without making you feel criticised. The real measure of progress for me is this: I'm actually looking forward to spending Christmas with my family this year. In previous years, I'd dread it - the tension, the miscommunication, feeling misunderstood or easily triggered. But the work I've done with Karima has genuinely changed how I communicate with them and how I manage my reactions. I know I've still got work to do, but for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful about my relationships and like I'm not constantly battling with myself. If you're struggling with anger or family dynamics, I can't recommend Karima highly enough.

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to Dr Adamczyk and his team. After multiple failed surgeries and being repeatedly gaslit for over 30 years, my anxiety when meeting Dr Adamczyk was through the roof. Hearing the words, “We’ve managed to excise all of the endometriosis and the chance of recurrence is small,” was indescribable. I finally have my life back, and I will never take that for granted.

Overall it went well. Manon has a very good communication, fast, clear and efficient. But when she was away, there were issues... These were the problems we've faced when she was away. On our first attempt, we got the results in 3 steps : - email with no attachment - then attachment without password - then we finally could see the result When you're awaiting the result badly, that really gets on your nerves! Then the biggest issue : on our second attempt, we didn't get an email telling us if we should start the triggering drug. We had to do researches ourselves, and gambling if we should to take it or not. We decided to take it, and we were right. To learn on the next day thatt Manon's substitute wrote the email, but did no send it; it was still draft. Great, almost a full cycle lost, with the expenses going with it!!! You definitely need more employees like Manon.

Mr Wagh is a lovely gentleman. He explained clearly what my issues are, and his proposed treatment. This did not include surgery, which would have been in his financial interests and which had been recommended previously; and he explained very clearly why it was not the best course of action. The treatment he suggested is easily achievable without expensive assistance, and does feel like the best course of action even though I went into the consultation convinced I needed to go under the knife. I am very impressed with his bedside manner, ability to clearly explain the pro's and con's of all available options, and his recommending the best course of action for me, rather than including his own interests which we know from the recent news is not always the case.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

I was struggling with a recent knee injury during marathon training for London 2026. I had been recommended by a friend to try physio at PhysioJack as they were very sports and strength and conditioning focused. I had a great experience from start to finish, and built my running up to now where I’m running 4 days a week. Nick also built me a Running Strength Plan to (hopefully) keep me injury free for the rest of my marathon block. I’d highly recommend PhysioJack for all injuries, especially those aiming for high level sports activities!

I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏
