Hi My time with glenda was superb , since the start of my sessions i was greeted with great compassion. Glenda has a great ability to dig up issues that made me feel i was in the right place. When i was diagnosed with depression ,anxiety ,ptsd and finally adhd glenda started with my adhd issues first which we worked together to finally understand my feelings and also understand who i was . Glenda has really helped me with talking about my depression in a big way as i thought it was just normal to feel sucidal all the time and thinking real bad things in my mind. I have always known there was something not quite right since when i was young but again i thought it was normal but glenda taught me to understand that things i did and have done over the years were not so normal . I felt i was in good hands with glenda and like to thanks her again for helping me at such a bad time in my life , and if anyone else in this world needs that help glenda is there to help. I am now in a better place

I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

I recently saw Dr Neelam Potdar at Spire Hospital in Oadby after suffering with heavy periods since the age of 11, which had become particularly difficult over the last year. From the very first appointment, Dr Potdar made me feel truly heard. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, showed genuine compassion, and explained everything in a calm and reassuring way. She put a clear plan of action together immediately, which gave me so much confidence and relief. During the surgery process, Dr Potdar was incredibly kind, caring, and reassuring, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and safe. Of all the doctors I have seen over the years, Dr Potdar has been by far the kindest and most caring. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would encourage anyone experiencing similar issues to seek her care.

I've been under Mr Jenkins' care for almost two years now. Based on my own experience, and my recovery from pretty serious, life-changing surgery, he's an excellent, skilled surgeon. Before I got anywhere near an operating theatre, I was reassured by his thoroughness, his clear and sensitive communication, and his patience with my questions and concerns. In his follow up to my surgery, he has been both optimistic and cautious at the right times, and ensured that no stone has been left unturned to ensure good outcomes. Lastly, he's surrounded himself with good people, from his practice to the theatre. You can be confident that if he is working with someone, or recommending a referral, then you'll be in equally good hands.

But Ranjana made me feel safe and comfortable from the first day. She explained everything to me clearly, offered me a safe space to feel emotional, explained to me about what was going on in my body and allowed me to not only come to terms with what was happening but also get through it. Every niggle, worry and symptom was treated with care. knowledge and I got through it! There are not enough words for me to express what a fantastic doctor she is and how in a scary situation I felt like I could trust her completely. I will forever be grateful that she is on my team.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8-year-old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. Thank you very much.

I was anxious and didn't know what to expect during my SABR treatment for Prostate Cancer, but during the Planning Scans, it was explained to me what would happen and how to prepare for the treatments. Every stage was well organised, professional, and caring. A dedicated team looked after me very well. The car organised by Genesis picked me up for my appointments, with the same driver each time, making me feel at ease. The treatment sessions were comfortable throughout. Clinics were always on time, and admission to hospital was quick following the pre op assessment. Excellent pre op advice and information (including the input from the whole theatre team). Post operative advice was thorough and good follow up the morning after surgery leading up to my discharge. Post operative clinic appointment 7 weeks following operation was useful.

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

I had trouble releasing urine, as well as blood being present in the urine. Blood would still come out after urination. A stricture in my urethra was the reason for my discomfort. Mr Varun Sahdev was able to determine that and propose various procedure options. After the operation, all my discomfort gradually disappeared, with a very significant change right after the operation.
