In a word - excellent. I had sent in advance copies of medical consultations and ECGs conducted over the past 3 years by the consultant where I live mostly in France. I also prepared the points that I wished to discuss with Dr Adhya, mainly regarding the side effects of my current medication. He immediately put me at my ease and inspired my confidence. He expressed his views clearly, was extremely helpful in explaining his suggested way forward, and provided the reassurance that I needed. He also, within hours of my visit, very clearly summarised in a letter a summary of the points that we had discussed and his recommended future programme for medication and increased exercise. I will certainly refer back to him at any time I may need to do so in the future, and cannot recommend him too highly enough to any others seeking expert cardiologist advice. I must also add that his PA was first class in her handling of the pre-consultation administration. Very warm and welcoming words and rapid responses to my emails. In short, this was a superb experience all round and I am extremely satisfied.

I have undergone hip revision surgery under the care of Mr Mahmoud . The treatment i have received to me was outstanding from him and his team. His manor was of a caring and friendly nature explaining my situation and offering choices to have the surgery or to keep observing the hip. Right from the day of admission to hospital i was reassured by all people involved as i a very bad experience the first time round. I wish to give a special mention to the anaesthetist and his team because this was something i really anxious about again reassuring me all the way i can't thank them enough as a result of their kindness and support i was completely relaxed So once again a very big thank you to everyone involved in my treatment.

I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

Everything was fine, except that no one is able to provide the invoice for the procedure and it is not acceptable. I need the invoice to claim the money back from my insurance, I have called twice emailed and I am still waiting. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get this invoice. It is a legal requirement to provide an invoice while a payment is made and service delivered. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if the amount was not that big, but we have paid £2995.00 on Sunday, and no invoice was provided...

Her knowledge and expertise in dealing with my health condition (Ulcerative Colitis) definitely helped us identify the nutrition gaps in my diet that were influencing some of my gut issues, which allowed us to implement changes in my diet to improve my health. Even beyond just nutrition, she also provided me with some really helpful information and guidance on living with my health condition and has given me tools and knowledge to be able to live with it moving forward.

On entering the theatre I was greeted by a lovely member of staff (chaperone) she explained a brief description of what I was having done. Dr Dimitri explained the procedure in full and informed me each time he injected the vein, the nurse reassured me, held my hand as it was a little painful. The Dr then told me the aftercare should I be in pain or bleeding. All in all a great experience, it’s funny I always look forward to surgery as the doctors want to get me better. A great service. I had an excellent experience with Dr Bhandari. He was very attentive and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. Dr Bhandari is extremely knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and in great detail, which was very reassuring. The echocardiogram and ECG was performed with great patience and care, with everything explained step by step. I felt well looked after throughout the appointment and treatment journey and would highly recommend Dr Bhandari.

Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

Dr Dexter has been extremely helpful in dealing with my migraines which have significantly improved since visiting him, reducing in frequency and severity. He is also very kind, thoughtful, considerate, and takes the time to listen to all my symptoms. He has given me lots of extra tips to help manage my migraines on top of the acupuncture. Appointments are easy and quick to get and he's very responsive. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this treatment.

Highly recommend. Online booking process for a GP appointment was easy and so speedy. Lots of parking and no wait times to be seen. We were at the Portland for a weeks stay. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I was kept updated and could ask as many questions as I needed. The rooms are fine and clean.
