Ms Gabrielle Conroy

Gabrielle Conroy is a highly experienced podiatrist with a specialisation in musculoskeletal, biomechanical, and sports health. With over a decade of experience as a national-level athlete, Gabrielle developed a keen understanding of the importance of early diagnosis and treatment for sports-related biomechanical injuries. This passion led her to focus on therapeutic treatments and pain management, specifically the identification and management of lower leg disorders.

A first-class graduate from Southampton University, Gabrielle honed her expertise in musculoskeletal complaints, particularly those related to sporting injuries. She further advanced her practice by completing an MSc in Podiatric Sports Medicine at Queen Mary University of London, where she earned the Euripides Prize for the best research project.

Gabrielle joins Pure Sports Medicine after serving as the Service Lead for Biomechanical Podiatry at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. In addition to her NHS work, she has gained valuable experience at Crystal Palace Sports Physio Group and The Foot Health Company. She has also volunteered at major sporting events, including the London Marathon. Gabrielle's specialist knowledge extends to biomechanics, offloading, and she has published research on the effects of orthotics on an individual's centre of pressure.

In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys staying active through gym classes, running, and distance swimming. Her deep knowledge of musculoskeletal podiatry, combined with her passion for sport and empathetic approach, makes her an ideal therapist to help clients achieve their physical health goals.
