I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I highly recommend Well Life to anyone who wishes to be seen quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your care! Steven R.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

I attended Mr Peter's surgery at Spire over 12 months back to discuss hip pain and options. Following xrays and confirmation of osteoarthritis in both, he was extremely helpful and clear as regards my (limited) options for managing the pain or resolving through hip replacement. As someone with 2 young kids and relatively young at 51, I was worried about surgery but his calm and supportive manner convinced me and I felt I would be in very safe hands. I underwent the surgery on my left hip in early August and was fully back on my feet n no time. The support, quality of care and professionalism of Mr Peter (as well as all the staff at Spire) was amazing and I would recommend to anyone suffering similar pain. I recently visited for a steroid injection in my shoulder, and the procedure worked exactly as the Mr Macleod explained. It has been both therapeutic and diagnostic, giving me much clearer insight into my condition as well as meaningful relief. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that this was a relatively minor procedure. I’m sure if I were to undergo surgery and receive the same level of care, it would easily be a 5 star experience. Overall, very professional, reassuring, and effective care.

I had a very good experience at iGP Cardiff - it was easy to book a timely appointment, the clinic was clean, light and welcoming and staff welcoming and friendly. The GP I saw was helpful, knowledgeable and very good at taking time to discuss results, weigh up pros and cons of treatment and agree a plan in a very collaborative way. An excellent service!
