I had a sizeable lipoma of about 10com on my chest wall removed after many years of it bothering me. I was nervous about the general anasthetic and surgery but Anita Jatan kept me fully informed and reassured me with her obvious expertise. On the day I had a very pleasant stay in Chelsea and Westminster outpatients ward where the staff were kind and caring. The anesthetist was equally reassuring and I was immediately asleep, then seemingly immediaetly awake again with no lipoma to speak of. I didn't feel a scrap of pain or discomfort, the incision was neat and and healed quickly with, again, absolutely zero pain or discomfort -- the first sign of an excellent surgeon. I consider myseff very fortunate to have had such excellent treatment and I'm enormously grateful to Anita for her briliance. I come from a medical family and know a lot of people in medicine -- and I know that this was a first class, very special experience at one of the best hospitals in the world.

This gave me complete confidence that he was doing everything possible to identify the source of my pain and provide the best treatment available. Such a positive experience under the care of Dr Naji and his team. I am so fortunate to have found him to support me through my choice to have a coil. However, my scan revealed some abnormalities and Mr Naji swiftly took me under his wing to ensure I experienced the best possible treatment and outcome. I am so grateful to him and his team for seeing me, listening and supporting me. I had a follow up appointment for hysteroscopy as an outpatient to address the concerns and I don’t think I would have trusted anyone else to do it. Steve has been immensely helpful over the past few months. He is a great listener, helping me to talk through some difficulties, but what I really appreciated is that he is an involved therapist, who challenges and applies his knowledge and theory to what I was experiencing. Steve is clearly very passionate about his profession, someone who nerds out on psychology and keeps up to date with developments. He’s also just a very friendly and approachable person. We found the staff at Moorfields Eye Hospital extremely professional and helpful during the visit to the Glaumona clinic. Especially the doctor and consultant who looked after us during this visit. Miss Founti was particularly impressive in the way She explained concerns we had around surgery and explaining the pros and cons around this particular procedure. She changed medication and also changed the clinic we would visit in the future which meant a great deal due to how far we live away from the hospital. Just lost a star because I was a bit late, yes my fault not leaving longer than 2 hours to get to you. and the male receptionists initial statement was 'we have a ten minute rule, you will probably have to rebook' rather than ' oh dear yes you are, I will have to ask because we may not have enough time, but let me enquire just really choice.of words and inflection.
