Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

After enduring increasing pain in my left knee over a period of 15+ months with associated sleep deprivation I consulted Mr Winston Kim, who, after investigation, confirmed that the issue was more than likely with my badly arthritic left hip, which could impact the knee with resultant pain. I consequently had a full left hip replacement carried out by Mr Kim at the beginning of August. The pre and post operative process was very well organised and the surgery was undertaken extremely professionally. Mr Kim was very empathetic and understanding, explaining what would happen during and after surgery. He rang my family as soon as I was in recovery to reassure them that all had gone well. I was encouraged to stand up out of bed in the evening following surgery and was discharged with very little pain after only two nights in hospital. Five months after surgery, with support from the physiotherapy team, I am now able to walk without any mobility aids. I am extremely grateful to Mr Kim for resolving my issue and for his reassurance and guidance during post operative reviews. I would highly recommend Mr Kim and his team.

As a someone who has never experienced detox/rehab, group therapy, meetings, psychiatric evaluation or support and with very little exposure to discussion or open dialogue about my addition or indeed addiction in general it would have been helpful to have a better introduction/orientation to the process, perimeters, etiquette etc. I full appreciate the variables and ambiguities in an environment such as this but even being aware of what they might be would have been helpful. I felt my length of stay and the detox treatment was minimised and at times mocked, invalidating my treatment, commitment and if I’m honest, my character. I felt ridiculous and vulnerable and two particular group sessions. I would never have mocked anyone else’s efforts or derided anyone on their multiple attempts at recovery but if I had I would have fully expected to be challenged for doing so - I didn’t feel there was anyone interested in challenging the negativity directed towards me and it left me feeling quite isolated and undermined.

Mr Tailor's care throughout my consultations, surgery and follow-up was outstanding. From our first conversation, he gave me a clear detailed understanding of my health issue and treatment. He outlined options and what would determine what type of surgery was needed. He treated my case with the urgency I wanted and organised for me to have a scan on the day of my first consultation and an operation date within a few weeks. His communication throughout the treatment was excellent - using phone, WhatsApp and email to ensure I had all the information I needed and received biopsy and blood test results as quickly as possible. I had a Laparoscopy procedure and while Mr Tailor had to manage some unexpected observations during the surgery, my recovery has been smooth and scarring minimal. I highly recommend Mr Tailor for any gynecology treatment or procedure.

(Other medical conditions had made this a difficulty in the hospital of my first choice.) He was an excellent surgeon, my recovery has been very good, he took extra time to make 3 additional visits when I was in hospital to ensure that the wound was healing properly. He was very good at listening to me, both in terms of my current problems and in terms of my expectations for recovery. My operation was 3.5 months ago, my check up appointment was supposed to be 4-6 weeks after. This got postponed 4/5 times due to apparent emergency surgery that was known a week in advance each time. I rang and spoke to the surgeons secretary when it was postponed again and I couldnt make the new date due to work, it kept getting postponed and explained I was having problems ( wound opening multiple times and infection ) I was told to leave work, I explained i couldn't due to my job and working away on that date over two weeks, she said we'll if you don't want the new date then don't have it. She was very rude and tone was awful.

After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well.

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. Mr Brown is a very pleasant surgeon and extremely competent. He managed to repair tendons in my shoulder which previously were told were irreparable. His secretary is excellent and responding to my queries to Mr. Brown and both have been very patient with me. His matter is very pleasant and was good at sharing details of my operation and answering questions. He has a good sense of humour which often is lacking in surgeons! I am happy for Mr. Brown to view my comments.

Tried to book online but came to end of booking and it wouldn’t finish. Then phoned the hospital general number. Twice rang and after a while was cut off. Finally got through and sorted an appointment. Everybody at the hospital was very polite and helpful.

He said he will look after me and do the surgery with the same OCD as he always does and he has delivered on that.
