Following an incidental finding of a complex ovarian cyst in mid August 2025, I was deeply anxious—especially as both the NHS hospital and my GP expressed concern about possible malignancy. I then sought a private consultation with Mr. Anil Tailor, whose NHS experience and credentials immediately reassured me. Even my initial call brought comfort—Mr. Tailor himself answered, calmly and kindly. After reviewing my scan, he suggested bringing my appointment forward, which was greatly appreciated. At the consultation, his warm professionalism stood out. He performed the necessary examinations (with a nurse present) in his own office, then took time to explain everything clearly—using hand-drawn diagrams and plain language. I left feeling informed, confident, and, for the first time in weeks, able to breathe again. Surgery was arranged within two weeks. Mr. Tailor guided me through every step—from pre-op assessments to insurance support—and on the day, explained everything once more with clarity and care. His willingness to respond promptly via WhatsApp was an incredible source of reassurance. At my post-op review, he again took thoughtful time to discuss my new hormonal plan. I cannot recommend Mr. Anil Tailor highly enough—for anyone seeking gynaecological oncology expertise or compassionate, expert gynaecological care. He is truly exceptional.

The staff and my surgical team were all extremely helpful in every way shape or form. They answered all of my questions and they particularly helped with me when it came to my anxiety after surgery. Postop my doctor listen to me and prescribe me the necessary medication for my post-operative care. They were particularly very attentive when it came to patient dignity. The only minor improvement I was I had to wait a little while to be seen once I was admitted and I needed a blood test pretty urgently prior to surgery so this slowed things down a little. The other thing was that I would make is maybe make the patient rooms a bit more less clinical looking I understand everything needs to be clean to avoid infections especially after surgery however making the rooms look a little more cozy and in some ways looks less daunting particularly people like myself that was the only minor improvement otherwise patient care was outstanding.

My optician knew that I was going to do some research to decide who to go to for my cataract surgery and she recommended Mr Balaggan as she had been following his work for some years. After looking at his website I decided to make an appointment and met with Mr Balaggan, who is a lovely gentleman. After enquiring about my lifestyle and what I hoped to get out of the surgery he patiently went through the different options with me and I decided to go for the latest premium IOLs. Mr Balaggan has now performed the cataract surgery on both of my eyes and I have great distance vision and can also read the smallest print on ordnance survey maps. Having worn distance glasses/contact lenses since the age of 14 and reading glasses/lenses for the last 20 years it’s absolutely fantastic at nearly 63 to be able to pursue all of my hobbies without the need for glasses or contact lenses. I would absolutely recommend Mr Balaggan and his team.

Four front teeth (old root canal treatment) replaced with a two implant bridge. Whole process clearly and patiently explained in a very friendly but professional manner and followed through as explained. As a nervous dental patient I was particularly impressed with the ease and remarkable effectiveness of the conscious sedation I was offered. During the normal short interval between surgery and final teeth, a temporary bridge is (instantly) fitted; these are effective but, by design, less sturdy. I cracked one on a nut and Vermillion were easily able to replace it as part of their service the same day with no inconvenience or fuss - very reassuring. My new final teeth fit well, feel and look natural, and bring a tremendous relief at not having to constantly worry or feel pain from my old ones. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My acupuncture appointments at mums were with Zahra, I have had about 6/7 sessions with her, every week or 2 weeks. I have noticed a huge improvement in symptoms of chronic back pain and stress levels, I have fibromyalgia and these appointments have really allowed for me to notice and learn my triggers, emotional or physical. I have been able to talk to Zahra about my experience of the week at each appointment and talk about the changes I’ve seen not only in lower pain levels but in mental clams and clarity too. This in turns will aid my fertility journey as the body and nervous system has regulated greatly and my menstrual cycles have developed a healthy constant rhythm in terms of length and flow. I would recommend this to anyone that was struggling with issues similar to mine.

We had an early scan today and were feeling quite stressed as I had been bleeding, but the sonographer, Vera, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. She made us feel completely at ease and was so reassuring, exactly what you need in such delicate moments. The receptionist was also wonderful, she came over to chat with us while we were waiting, with that kind of genuine, old-fashioned kindness that’s so rare to find these days. I would first like to say it was SIMPLY MAGIC ! Fantastic Operation by Mr Gok Ratnarajan on Both Eyes which i would recommend to others. The process was easy and both eyes were done in only 40 mins. Mr Gok Ratnarajan the surgeon was clear with his communication and has a professional calming approach explaining each step clearly. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and consoling when things didn’t go quite how I had hoped. . Having been given a date for the operation very soon after my initial visit to see the surgeon, it was held up by blood test results and the op had to be postponed. Otherwise everything else seemed to go smoothly. I am very pleased that persevering with the exercises in the early stages when my knee was really hurting, has paid off. My walking has certainly improved greatly.

I found the reception staff rude - I always felt rushed at the clinic and another friend the same. This is a private clinic the service was awful Dr Sunil was very knowledgeable and I got the results I wanted but not sure I would go back or ever recommend it as I just felt the service let the whole place down I also got a blister from the tape that was put on my back from the patch test - that looks like it might scar!

Dr Siva was very professional during my visit and went beyond the care normally expected when my Blood pressure went dangerously high and personally accompanied me to a different clinic to get further tests even though it was 6.30PM in the evening. Everyone very friendly and professional. But no-one was at the front desk when I arrived, so I went to the 2nd floor, and no-one was at that desk either. I went to the doctor's office, and they told me I couldn't be seen until I had registered, so I had to go back down to the ground floor to pick up some paperwork. Otherwise no issues

I've been seeing Ms Seetharam since April 2022 when she performed my breast conserving surgery. I have seen her twice a year since for checkups and mammograms and she is absolutely fabulous. Warm and clear and you never feel rushed. The benefits of this is that any anxiety I might have is understood and decreased.
