I cannot thank Dr Grace and the entire team enough for making my egg-freezing journey such a positive experience. From my very first consultation, Dr Grace was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and always made me feel supported and reassured. Egg freezing can feel like a daunting and emotional journey, but I felt completely cared for throughout. The nursing staff were wonderful friendly, professional, and always available to provide guidance and encouragement. The communication from the team was excellent, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. The egg collection procedure itself was much smoother than I anticipated, and I felt safe and well looked after from beginning to end. Choosing to freeze my eggs has given me a real sense of peace of mind for the future, and I am so grateful to have had such an experienced and caring team supporting me. I was seen on time and dealt with very professionally and politely by Mr. Matar. The staff at this hospital are superb. I am still concerned that I haven't yet reached the required flexion with my knee replacement. Mr.Matar said I had 110° and yet the hospital physiotherapist measured 105° only a day later. As a regular cyclist, I need at least 110° to be able to cycle. Two weeks after both appointments, I still can't turn the pedals one revolution yet.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction last March and can’t fault the service from the start till my final check up. My procedure was done with Vivek who had a very positive attitude and assured me I would be fine with sedation which freaked me out. He was absolutely right I had it done on the Friday and was at work on the Monday. Would recommend as it had changed my life so much more confident.

Definitely feel it’s worth paying for these extras that you don’t get under the NHS if you can. I’ll definitely book more tests and scans here. It was a little unfortunate that we couldn’t get the prescription directly but I understand.

Lovely experience! Had a 5 and a half month history of episiotomy infection. Attended outpatients to see Mrs Khaja who diagnosed episiotomy infection on vaginal examination. Referred me for surgery and GA surgery was completed within 2 weeks. Today I’ve had my follow up appt and all fine. No issues so can return swimming with my son
